Located on the 3rd floor, both rooms in this 1400 square foot unit offer king size beds. A single roll away bed can be added at an extra cost. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom (all Italian designed) equipped with a shower and also the second bedroom (tub) but with dual access to act as a guest bathroom.

The entire unit including bedrooms are air-conditioned but with the option to use ceiling fans located throughout.

Furnished by an accomplished interior designer the hallway leads into the kitchen/dining/living area which is fronted by glass sliding doors leading onto a large ocean view balcony.

The living area offers luxurious leather furnishings complimented by a large wall mounted flat screen Cable TV.

The built-in marble kitchen counter provides laid-back dining or dine on the beach front balcony for a more Caribbean experience.

The incredible panoramic ocean view will greet you every time you enter the living/dining area.

Notes on accommodation: Twice weekly housekeeping / laundry services are all included. Ocean One is suitable for kids and has elevator access to all floors. Every unit is completely air-conditioned but also offers the option of using the ceiling fans located in every room. Outside: The property has a private and secure driveway and parking. It has one beach front main pool, a kids splash pool and a non-heated jacuzzi on the terrace in front of the building. In front of the pool terrace is our beach side garden where you can use the pool side lounges to relax. Two steps off the garden and you are on the beautiful white sand beach lapped by the crystal turquoise waters of the Caribbean sea (sea is safe for swimming and the property is gated, walled and monitored by security 24 hrs daily). Tennis facilities and water sports are available close by.
