Apartment in Torrevieja, Costa Blanca, Spain - Private Complex With Communal Pool

The apartment is ideally located 15 minutes from the sea front and promenade with bars, restaurants, supermarkets and the Aquapolis water park all within walking distance. Torrevieja is the ideal holiday location, acclaimed by the World Health Organisation as one of the healthiest places in the world to live, with its proximity to the salt lakes, an abundance of sea food and its own climate. The town is very cosmopolitan but has retained all of its Spanish appeal. With daily craft fairs on the promenade and one of the biggest markets in Spain every Friday morning, its a must see location.

Notes on accommodation: Everything you need is within walking distance, car hire not essential. If you want a break from our winter, long lets between November - April can be negotiated at very attractive rates [for example a 6 month let could cost as little as £1800 plus utilities] and you wont miss out on your favorite UK TV programmes. Managed locally, cleaning, maintenance and any help is all at hand. We can collect you from the airport and see you to the door. Outside: The communal pool is ideal if you just want to sunbathe and chill and feel secure from the road. Utility Room: Iron. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided. Other: An outside utility room off the kitchen and a top floor solarium.

Excellent property central location

Our family really enjoyed our 2 week break. The apartment was just perfect with everything you would need. The other guests were really friendly and the pool is great after a long day in the sun. There are bars and restaurants close by one with a pool table and the other Bar Carlos put on the league matches. We would love to stay again all amenities are close by with the supermarket a few minutes from the apartment. My wife bought fresh baguettes every day. No negatives.

Die Wohnung war schmutzig, in Wohnzimmer gab es keine sitz möglichkeiten, weil Sofa war

difekt. Was mir gefallen hat Aussenanlage, sehr gut geflegt und angenehm.

Strand und Supermärke waren in der nähe.

Très satisfaite, je recommande sincèrement

La location est totalement conforme aux photos et descriptions. Il y a tout le nécessaire, la piscine sur place avec vue du balcon! La plage et tous commerces à 15mn à pied, le port avec le marché nocturne , la fête foraine, de très belles vues! Il y a un aldi a 5mn a pied, très pratique. On a passé 17 jours au top ! A 10 minutes en voiture tout juste le parc aquatique et le grand marché du vendredi ! Ainsi que tout les magasins grandes et petites chaînes. Un lac rose à 10 minutes, prévoir de l'eau claire pour se rincer mais c'est à faire obligatoirement.

Paul, le gérant adorable, très à l'écoute et aux services si besoin, merci encore pour votre gentillesse.

Nous reviendrons pour la location et la ville !

La casa está muy bien ubicada,sobretodo para gente que quiera salir por la noche. También está cerca de la playa. Muy amplia. Paul es un encanto y nos atendió genial. Sin duda repetiría.

Only a 15 minute walk to a number of blue flag beaches in Torrevieja. A short drive will get you to La Mata or Cabo Roig.


Alicante and Murcia Airports a 40 minute drive.


The Habaneras shopping centre with its fabulous fashion shops and the Aquapark are all within walking distance. The famous Friday market is a 5 minute walk away.

Further Details:

Alicante is an hours drive away and the Terra Mitica theme park outside Benidorm is a 90 minute drive away.

You will be met by my Management Company who will provide you with the keys. For any lets that are less than 2 weeks in duration a £45 cleaning charge will apply. Air con is charged at £5/day
