Villa in Soller, Mallorca - A ten minute walk to the town , 5 Min Drive To Port De Soller. Excellent Walks From The Doorstep

Set amongst orange and lemon trees, the villa has ample parking with its own garage.The beautiful port de soller is only a 5 minute drive away, where you can enjoy a walk or its many fine bars and restaurants. The famous walks and cycle routes are on the doorstep. This fully equipped traditional majorcan villa, the gardens, and the orange and lemon groves will enchant you. The villa is not suitable for children under 8 or those with walking difficulties due to hillside location and terraced gardens. For anyone else it is paradise.There is someone to meet and greet my guests and show them around and how it all works.

Tis has been a truly dreamy holiday, the garden , flowers , fruit trees and the pool and views make for a little taste of paradise , check the cupboards we have half the mind to hide in order to stay stay and stay !! Nigel and family , Cardiff . August 2012 .

We had a wonderful week in this amazing house .particularly loved sitting on the terrace watching the dramatic changes of colour of the mountains as the sun went down. The gardens and pool being so lush made it hard to tear ourselves away,

Outside: The villa features a private pool and lawned recreational area, the outside terraces provide ample space for outside dining and entertaining and are private. There are a number of quiet s sitting area within the private grounds. space in abundance. Sun loungers are provided. In addition it provides a barbecue and outdoor dining area, with ample table and chairs. The villa is in its own large private orange and lemon grove with private garden areas to loose yourself or others! Utility Room: Washing machine. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are changed weekly . Fabulous Villa

Without doubt the best Villa we have stayed at in Mallorca; clean and comfortable with everything you could want. The views from the terraces and the pool are fabulous, so you may find it difficult to get your family to venture further afield. If you do though the local area is beautiful with olive and citrus groves on the terraced hill sides, and local villages that have world heritage site status. A fabulous area for walking, cycling, running or more gentle sight seeing.

The road up to the villa is steep but should not be a problem for the able bodied and competent drivers.

Would thoroughly recommend.

Villa with views in Soller majorca

This was our second stay at this villa. The owners Sue and Mark make you feel so welcome, and encourage you to enjoy their home. The villa is excellent, clean and very welcoming, with many of the facilities you hope for when staying at a rental property in the UK.

The grounds are beautiful and well worth the walk or drive up the relatively steep lane. There are numerous places to sit and soak up the sun or enjoy a few moments on your own enjoying a good book in the shade.

A lovely property, with superb views, excellent facilities close by, and a great pool that is sourced by spring water.

Fabulous retreat

Second summer at this ideal villa where everything you need is provided (including British plug sockets) The swimming pool is one of the best we have had and the gardens are very well maintained. Orange juice is not quite the same in the UK when you have gone out, picked your own and then freshly squeezed your own.

Soller town and Port Soller are easy to reach with their great restaurants and some great shopping.

The challenging approach lane is worth it for the fabulous views.

Sue and Mark are great hosts.

Secret Paradise

We returned relaxed and happy from a wonderful holiday in Soller, and what really made it was this special villa. A home from home, so comfortable, clean, quiet and utterly charming with the most spectacular views of the town. Sue and Mark were fab, so generous in their spirit allowing us to enjoy their little piece of paradise. To be honest I didn't really want to write a review, wanting to keep this lovely villa in its paradise setting my little secret. I would definitely go back again, if you're looking for a place that offers tranquility, comfort with breathtaking surroundings and within walking distance to everything, then this is for you, but please don't tell everyone!

Lake District

Beautiful villa

I have stayed in various locations in Mallorca over the years, and decided to try Soller for a change following a recommendation. The villa stood out on the website, and the owners were incredibly helpful throughout my enquiries. I stayed with friends and family at the villa for 2 weeks in May 2014. The description really understates the beauty and tranquility of this villa. It is a perfect retreat, yet only 5-10 minutes walk from the unspoilt town of Soller. The property was clean, well maintained and had the most delightful garden and pool. The owners were very helpful, and attended to any problems or requests without delay.

The market in Soller was fantastic, much more interesting than many I have been to on the Island. The square in soller is gorgeous....a perfect setting for sitting, relaxing over coffee and watching the world go by. There are numerous patisseries from where we bought fresh bread and pastries/cakes, two very good supermarkets within 5 minutes drive from the villa and a very pretty tram ride into the Port of soller. The port offers, boat hire, cycle hire and a very safe and clean beach, together with a variety of restaurants.

My favourite eating spots were in Fornalutz (5-10 minute drive) and Deia (15 minute drive). The restaurants in Deia were truly amazing with a huge variety and not unreasonably priced. La Residencia (Deia) is worth a trip for coffee if lunch or dinner is outside your budget (60 E per head)... and the beach at Deia...pebbled beach and a really lovely bay, with a fantastic restaurant perched on the rock face (fish platter was wonderful!).

I can recommend this villa and the area to anyone looking for a beautiful clean and well maintained retreat, with a real mallorquin flavour.

If you are looking for a beautiful location with a touch of class but within easy reach of shopping, beach and wonderful walks then this is it!!

stunning views from balcony, to outside dining, to swimming pool area and the wonderful sounds of the swifts flying by looking for insects - which means less insect bites - all within a stunning garden lovingly tended by the gardener combine to provide a glorious sanctuary. - bird lovers should take binoculars as birds of prey can be seen frequently riding the air currents.

Crisp immaculate, very comfortable bedding and tasteful interior with air conditioning make for a wonderful nights sleep followed by an early dip in the fresh water pool (no chlorine) and freshly squeezed oranges picked directly from the trees for breakfast on the terrace - drinking in those wonderful views -as well as the juice - you may not want to move very far!!!

If you do - delightful Soller is a 5-10 min walk away (lovely market on Saturday) and the port a short drive, longer walk or not to be missed tram ride away with wide choice of good restaurants with beach and perfect sunset views.

Can Pons IS up quite a narrow steep road (hence the views) so walking back from town should be taken at a leisurely pace but if driving be reassured that your hosts take every care to ensure you have all the instruction needed to safely negotiate it . Its biggest problem is the difficulty you will experience in leaving it.

We had a truly relaxing time and Mark and Sue the owners made every effort to make sure we can't wait to go again!!
