Vila Rosal apartments are located a few minutes walking distance from several beautiful beaches on the outskirts of Albufeira with its many restaurants and nightlife. The apartment itself is quiet, siuated away from the road facing the sea and overlooking the tennis courts and agricultural land. It still offers easy access to all amenities including the marina at Albufeira as well as many excellent local eateries and beach restaurants for eating out. The apartment benefits from a large communal pool and sunbathing area with a shallow end ideal for children. All the rooms lead onto an extremely spacious balcony furnished with a table and chairs/BBQ and sun loungers so you can dine alfresco and relax enjoying the sea views. With easy access to other attractions such as the Zoo Marine Park, Salgados golf course, water parks and the excellent shopping at the Algarve Centre, the apartment is ideal for families and friends, golfing groups and couples. Internet is available within the apartment.

About Cecilia Walker

John and I live in England with our pet Labrador and 3 cats. I work and my husband is now retired. Since buying the apartment, we have spent most of our holidays in Portugal. We have visited it at different times of the year and always had a wonderfully relaxing time. In the summer, there is the pool, the tennis courts and the beaches not to mention excellent local restaurants and shopping facilities. In the winter, we have the beaches to ourselves and the nearby local Salgados golf course offers excellent indoor leisure and spa facilities as well as a very attractive golf course overlooking the sea.

Why Cecilia Walker chose Albufeira

We fell in love with the property itself with its lovely swimming pool, gardens and tennis courts. It has easy access to exceptional beaches and spectacular cliff top walks along the coast. The apartment itself has been built to a very high standard and is very comfortably furnished. It overlooks the tennis court with agricultural land beyond. It has an exceptionally large balcony with plenty of space for eating and sun bathing. All the rooms face towards the sea and share the same pleasant view.

What makes this apartment unique

The apartment has exceptional on site facilities with beautifully maintained gardens and easy access to beautiful beaches. It is in a quiet location but there are a large selection of good restaurants and bars within a mile of the apartment.

We returned to this apartment for our fourth time in June 2011 which says it all! An extremely spacious and modern 2 bedroom apartment with the added convenience of 2 bathrooms and finished to very high standards. We love the fact that, unusually, both bedrooms and the living room and kitchen have access to a magnificent long balcony which runs the full length of the apartment with the space to eat and lounge out of doors. Its peaceful location has lovely views over to the coast and it is not overlooked. The apartment complex is well equipped with a magnificent pool and a pair of tennis courts with private underground parking. Just our idyllic holiday 'get-away' apartment! John June 2011

High Quality Accomadation

This was my first visit to Portugal and having stayed at this first class well maintained property I would be more than happy to recommend both family and friends to stay there the venue gives you the best of both worlds quiet and peaceful if you wish or the night life if that is your choice in addition the large balcony is a sun trap where you can relax.I look forward to returning in the not to distant future.

Holiday 2013

Excellent accomodation. Well furnished, spacious and very comfortable.

A quiet location with some excellent beaches close by. There is also a great supermarket a short drive away as well as some great places to eat out. It is a great base for sight seeing, we prefer to hire a car but you could cope without if you are just wishing to soak up the sun.

Bookings can be made by phone or email. A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to secure the booking. Balance is due 4 weeks before the start of the rental period.
Refundable breakages deposit of £150/credit card details required on booking, to be refunded on your departure (subject to satisfactory property inspection).

Changeover Day:
Saturdays preferred although some flexibility available upon request depending on other bookings and the time of year.

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.

Notes on accommodation The apartment is on the ground floor with access by a few stairs from the main entrance. The building has an underground car park and video entry security system. All the rooms have electric shutters, heating and air conditioning. Please note we do not accept bookings of less than a week. No pets allowed. Outside: The apartment complex has a large swimming pool with a shallow end and separate baby pool for children. Around the pool, sun loungers are available for all residents with a parasol being available in the apartment. There are also 2 tennis courts. All facilities are within beautifully maintained gardens for the sole use of residents. Utility Room: Washing machine, space for hanging coats and storage area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bathroom towels and bed linen are included. the apartment is cleaned before arrival and once during a 2 week let. Other: Particularly large balcony with sea views. It has a dining table and 6 chairs, built in BBQ and 4 sun loungers.
