Beautiful frontline 2nd floor 2 bedroom one bathroom apartment with stunning views across the ocean and La Gomera. This property has been refurbished to a very high standard. The property is all on one level and consists of a fully fitted kitchen and bathroom with washing machine, a good sized lounge/diner with plasma TV with full BBC ITV Satalite system, leading onto a double balcony with patio table and chairs looking out to sea. There are also 2 double bedrooms ( both with double beds).One bathroom, en suite to the master bedroom.

Parque Santiago II is a stylish and upmarket resort situated on the front line next to the beaches of Playa De Las Americas. The complex has been superbly maintained with beautiful landscaped gardens and a large swimming pool. These 2 bedroom properties have been refurbished completely and are ideal for families and couples alike. The complex is ideally situated within 1 minutes walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants.

Booking Notes:
A booking deposit of £100 is payable for each week booked, the reservation will be held for 7 days pending receipt. A refundable security deposit for breakages and or loss of keys will be held and refunded upon return of keys and inspection of apartment. The remainder of the balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Changeover Day:
Flexibility where possible. Must vacate by 10am to enable the housekeeper to prepare for the next guests, however luggage can be accommodated. Earliest entry 3pm.

Prices for the above property are 375 Pounds Sterling per week and in UK pounds.
The above prices are charges for the apartment per week and up to 4 persons, additional guests (5/6) will be charged 15 per person per week.

Notes on accommodation: Apt 1 is a ground floor duplex situated down the side of the Patch commercial center, Apt 2 is all one one level with the bathroom en suite to the master bedroom.All are ideal for families and couples who like to stay in a comfortable apartment with all the facilities of home and to holiday close to all amenities that Playa De Las Americas has to offer. They are just a couple minutes stroll from the beach and shops. The complex has a poolside bar offering a full range of breakfasts and lunches. There is a swimming pool with sun beds which can be hired direct from the community. There is an on site supermarket and fully operational reception offering a full list of tours and money exchange. Outside: On the outside both apartments have a private terrace which has tables and 4/6 chairs. Ample space for sunbathing and a secure patio for children to play. Directly across from apartment 1 there are restaurants, bars, bank, money exchange and a tourist office just across the road.

Absolutely Fantastic Apartment with Stunning View

Apartment was as described and as the photos.We found the apartment in a spotless condition and we were all more than happy.The location of the apartment and the views mean we will be heading back 100%.We had a issue with the door lock and contacted Lindsey who arranged a handyman who attended within the hour.We found Lindsey excellent to deal with prior and during our stay.Harpers pool bar at the pool serves a excellent breakfast and happy hour after 3pm.Like i said we will be back next year.

Excellent accommodation

Loved the apartment and its views. We will be returning next year as we found Lindsey and family very helpful. Apartment was clean and tidy and had everything to make you feel at home we've recommend it to friends.

We arrived at this apartment....apartment and made immediately for the balcony..woooooooo wooo woo..The view was even better than described and you can hear the waves crashing onto the rocky beach... It was heaven on earth. we then had a look about the apartment and were more than happy with all furniture and fittings, exactly as described with superb English tv with sky sports and more, The shower in the bathroom would blow your head off it was brilliant, the beds comfortable and more than adequate for a holiday apartment, Our son was kicked into the inner bedroom lol as we insisted on the exterior bedroom with access to the balcony perfect for chilling with a wee glass of vino. We had the pleasure of meeting the owner Lindsey on return from her own annual Holiday who offered to fit a brand new ceiling fan in the inner bedroom due to the very high temp at that time, It was fitted as promised and our son loved it, Overall this complex is not brand new, yes you have to factor in the cost of sun loungers if you wish to spend time at the lovely sea water pool but the apartment sells itself, We are already booking for next year and would highly recommend it to all, please note it has its wee quirks and its not the ritz but omg for a holiday apartment its the bees knees... hoover washing machine fully fitted kitchen and appliances , hair dryers, lovely leather sofa and basic balcony furniture that is more than adequate, The door locks do require a technique to open but its not a fault its a design security feature and actually made us laugh at our attempts to open on some occasions, normally after a few beers Nothing but praise and great value....Thank you Lindsey ..and Barry

Superb apartment, ace condition & amazing sea view

Terrific modern 2 bed apartment, stayed with my wife and 2 sons (aged 3 & 6) for a week and absolutely loved it. Great lounge area to relax in with separate fully kitted out kitchen. Loads of storage space for clothes (which is normally an issue in apts and hotels) and a massive plus of washing machine too! Would definitely recommend this accommodation and will definitely be returning! Lindsey was also excellent in arranging transfers and was more than happy to answer any questions/queries.

Ruby Wedding Anniversery stay

I felt I just needed to submit a couple of comments about the apartment my husband, myself and 2 friends booked for our Ruby Wedding celebration. We all agreed that the main issues we had were:

We arrived at the apartment and had real difficulty in unlocking the door-it took us over 10minutes to unlock. By the end of the week my friend and hubby eventually mastered it but it definitely needs attention as it is faulty and can't believe it hasn't been identified as such. I never ventured back to the apartment on my own as I couldn't unlock it.

On entering, when we first arrived, we were under the assumption we had booked a two bedroom apartment, with one bathroom, and we were met with a bathroom that was only accessed through bedroom 1. The 2nd bedroom was an addition to the property and had no wardrobes-both were in bedroom 1. If this detail had been included in the description I definitely would not have chosen this property-it caused difficulty when all four of us had to access the main bedroom to use the bathroom or access clothes-especially when we were in bed and friends were reluctant to enter and disturb us.

The other main issue was the smell of drains in the bathroom, which lasted for the first three days and then cleared before we were about to report it


I have no complaint about the cleanliness of the apartment and the kitchen had more than enough equipment.

The view was excellent and close to all amenities.

Owner's Response: Thank you for your review. Unfortunately I have never had any complaints about the locks on the apartment from any other guests in the last five years. Had you yourself taken the time to call me, I would have sent out a maintenance man immediately to have a look at the locks and fix them if need be. You never let me know, but you now feel the need to write this is a review which I feel is a little unfair. Regarding the bathroom situation, I do stipulate on the apartment description that the bathroom is en suite to the master bedroom and that this is the only bathroom.

Fantastic apartment with amazing views

We have stayed in this apartment several times in the last few years and our most recent visit in December 2014 did not disappoint. The apartment is well located and fully equipped and has stunning sea views. The complex is clean and beautifully maintained and very centrally located for restaurants, shops and beaches. We would not consider any other apartment for our visits to Tenerife and look forward to many more holidays in this apartment.

This complex is located front line to the beaches of Las Americas, with direct access via the complexes own secure gate. Los Cristianos is just a 15 minute coastal stroll on the flat, passing shops, beaches and restaurants. The upmarket areas of Fañabe and Bahia del Duque are 15/20 Minutes stroll along the pedestrian coastal walkway in the opposite direction.


Car hire is not necessary due to the location of the complex. However, the taxi from the airport will take from 15 to 20 minutes and cost approx 20-25 euros. If you would like to explore the Island. Car hire can be rented direct from Parque Santiagos own reception.


All entertainment, shops, restaurants and bars are located next to the complex.

Further Details:

The area offers something for everyone, old and young alike! Whether you want to relax by the pool or beach. Or you prefer a more packed holiday with a host of activities. There are a large choice of golf courses, all water sport activities imaginable including water skiing, surfing (directly outside the complex), scuba diving, jet skiing, boat rides, submarine, various tours around the island (Loro Park, Teide, Puerto de La Cruz, La Gomera). All can be booked direct at reception for a very reasonable rate. The nightlife is second to none with fantastic restaurants offering a varied menu and fantastic wines to cheap and cheerful budget cafes, fantastic pubs and discos (if needed) all on your doorstep. The Siam Park, built by Loro Park in conjunction with Florida's Busch Gardens) is scheduled to open in September 2008 which will be the joint largest (with Dubai) water park in the world.
