Apartment 1

Master bedroom has a double bed, ample drawer space and fully fitted wardrobes, and wooden security shutters. Private balcony. Situated between both bedrooms and is large in size and has a shower, sink and toilet.

Bedroom 2 has two single beds, ample drawer space and a fitted wardrobe. All linens provided.

The second bathroom is situated downstairs and has a corner shower, sink and toilet. All towels are provided.

Fully fitted modern kitchen with electric hob, full oven, fridge/ freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle and all necessary equipment required. There is also an iron and ironing board and washing rack.

The apartment has a good sized lounge with 2 large bed settees modern furniture throughout and Satellite TV with a good selection of English TV channels, ceiling fan and wooden security shutters.

The lounge leads onto a new aluminium white conservatory which can be used as a dining room in winter. The patio overlooks the centro commercial Patch

The complex has been superbly maintained with beautiful landscaped gardens and a large swimming pool. These 2 bedroom properties have been refurbished completely and are ideal for families and couples alike. The complex is ideally situated within 1 minutes walk to the beaches, shops and restaurants.

Booking Notes:
A booking deposit of £100 is payable for each week booked, the reservation will be held for 7 days pending receipt. A refundable security deposit for breakages and or loss of keys will be held and refunded upon return of keys and inspection of apartment. The remainder of the balance is to be paid in cash upon arrival.

Changeover Day:
Flexibility where possible. Must vacate by 10am to enable the housekeeper to prepare for the next guests, however luggage can be accommodated. Earliest entry 3pm.

Notes on prices:
Prices for the above property are 375 Pounds Sterling per week and in UK pounds.
The above prices are charges for the apartment per week and up to 4 persons, additional guests (5/6) will be charged 15 per person per week.

Outstanding place to stay

Second time we stayed at the apartment. It was brilliant both times. Lovely spacious apartment. For the second stay the apartment had just been renovated with a new settee put in and a ceiling fan in the bedroom. PS2 is an ideal, central location for everything you need for a great holiday. The pool bar is great, happy hour from 15.00 and serves great food to keep you going. The new restaraunt directly across from the site shop is fantastic and reasonably priced. We have stayed at PS 2 for the last 6 years and are booked for this year.

A big thank you to Lyndsey for making myself and my son's holiday a pleasant stay, I read the reviews before I booked and can honestly say i'm glad I ignored them . We had a fantastic week , fresh rolls from the shop every day , the apartment had everything in it , very comfortable , yes it overlooks the bars , but they close the windows at midnight by law and noise was minimal then , yes a couple of plug sockets didn't work but did not hinder us there was plenty more, its a beautiful apartment and very clean 2 bedrooms 2 bathrooms 2 balcony's ideal , plenty of garden furniture, we are definitely coming back, thank you Lyndsey , from Lorraine and Gareth

My self my partner and two friends stayed here for 11 nights... description very misleading no air con ... not very clean not refurbished if it was must of been 10 yrs or so ago ... broken toilet seat reported for day one and still not repaired when we left.. during out stay we never had a cleaner.. also we had to ask at reception for clean bedding and towels ect.. plugs not working. also no mention of having to Hire sun loungers 2.50 euros and pads 1.50 euros.. very noisy from bars across the way .. which did not shut their severing hatch shutters. which we know they should of done... NO!! would not recommend this apartment to any one. we have been to Tenerife a number of times but normally stay near Port OColon ....

Fantastic central accomodation

Just got back from our second holiday in apartment 1 in the last 8 months. Once again had a great time. Apartment was clean and ready for our early arrival which was much appreciated when you have two small kids. Thanks to Lindsey for providing us with a baby gate and high chair for the duration of our stay. I would highly recommend this apartment to couples and families alike, great price for a spacious apartment. Can't wait to book the next holidays. Great thanks

A needed chilled out holiday.

Can I start this review by saying it was a good price for the duration we were there. Other than that I would not recommend apartment 1 to anyone.The information we got was wrong, there is no air conditioning in the apartment only a couple of dirty fans. We never had a cleaner for the 10 days we were there and "WE" had to ask for clean towels and bedding.Also a lot of electrical sockets did not work and the toilet seat was broken for the 10 days we were there dispite several times asking at reception to have it fixed.The washing machine did not work, another thing told to reception about and yet again it was not fixed. Paying for the loungers at the pool was another thing we were never told about when booking which would have saved us £160 and probably would have never booked the apartment.Overall terrible accomodation.

If only

Disappointing, but you get what you pay for I suppose. It backed onto the pub and karioke bar, although Barry said it was quiet, only old people around, which was far from true. Some bedsheets and pillow cases were missing, and pillows far from clean. Small blankets felt tacky with other people's sun cream, but that's all there was. Kitchen poorly equiped, electrics a bit iffy, showers didn't drain too well so a quick shower was all you dared. Basically grubby although it said nicely re-furbished, perhaps that was just new plastic flowers and different curtains.

Nice location, nice complex if you can get an apartment near the pool or overlooking the sea, but that seems to be pot luck.

Nice pool area and good pool facilities.

YOur survey doesn't cover why we went, which was to relax together and allow granddaughter to study for exams whilst watching grandson in the water, we knew the area and knew there were good strolling/running facilities. Unfortunately we were away from the pool and this couldn't happen.

We were a mixed group of grandmother, parents, and teenage grandchildren.

Activity and Interests


This complex is located front line to the beaches of Las Americas, with direct access via the complexes own secure gate. Los Cristianos is just a 15 minute coastal stroll on the flat, passing shops, beaches and restaurants. The upmarket areas of Fañabe and Bahia del Duque are 15/20 Minutes stroll along the pedestrian coastal walkway in the opposite direction.


Car hire is not necessary due to the location of the complex. However, the taxi from the airport will take from 15 to 20 minutes and cost approx 20-25 euros. If you would like to explore the Island. Car hire can be rented direct from Parque Santiagos own reception.


All entertainment, shops, restaurants and bars are located next to the complex.

The area offers something for everyone, old and young alike! Whether you want to relax by the pool or beach. Or you prefer a more packed holiday with a host of activities. There are a large choice of golf courses, all water sport activities imaginable including water skiing, surfing (directly outside the complex), scuba diving, jet skiing, boat rides, submarine, various tours around the island (Loro Park, Teide, Puerto de La Cruz, La Gomera). All can be booked direct at reception for a very reasonable rate. The nightlife is second to none with fantastic restaurants offering a varied menu and fantastic wines to cheap and cheerful budget cafes, fantastic pubs and discos (if needed) all on your doorstep. The Siam Park, built by Loro Park in conjunction with Florida's Busch Gardens) is scheduled to open in September 2008 which will be the joint largest (with Dubai) water park in the world.

  • Notes on accommodation: Apt 1 is a ground floor duplex situated down the side of the Patch commercial center, Apt 2 is all one one level with the bathroom en suite to the master bedroom.All are ideal for families and couples who like to stay in a comfortable apartment with all the facilities of home and to holiday close to all amenities that Playa De Las Americas has to offer. They are just a couple minutes stroll from the beach and shops. The complex has a poolside bar offering a full range of breakfasts and lunches. There is a swimming pool with sun beds which can be hired direct from the community. There is an on site supermarket and fully operational reception offering a full list of tours and money exchange. Outside: On the outside both apartments have a private terrace which has tables and 4/6 chairs. Ample space for sunbathing and a secure patio for children to play. Directly across from apartment 1 there are restaurants, bars, bank, money exchange and a tourist office just across the road.
