amazing villa and location

The villa is fantastic and has everything you could need, it was very clean, well maintained and spacious.

Steve and Debbie were very helpful and very quick to return our deposit.

The managers Ron and Shellie are lovely friendly people and always on hand to help. I can't recommend this villa enough, I for one will definitely be going back.

Lovely Villa with all amenieties,

We holidayed in this lovely villa with our family age ranges fro 19 months to 67 years. It is conveniently situated close to shops, a hypermarket and restaurants and just a 10 minute stroll takes you to the town centre and lovely beaches.The villa itself is fabulous and just as stated. The little extras make all the difference , like the welcome tea, coffeeand milk, the provided loo rolls and the cleaning stuff. The owners had even put up a travel cot for our grandson. We thoroughly enjoyed our second stay at this villa and hopefully will return. We would thoroughly recommend it for a fabulous stay in Corralejo.

wonderful holiday

Arrived with family of 8 ages ranging from 66yrs down to 12yr old, the apartment was fantastic situated perfectly near shops, the strip, and a short walk to water park

plenty to do for all ages. Ron and sheila across the road very helpful, would definately return, cannot reccommend villa more highly. Thank you Steve and Debbie for the pleasure of your villa

Simply Fabulous

From the very first availability enquiry to the returning of our deposit after our stay, every aspect was first class,professional, friendly and everything we could want. This fabulous villa was more than big enough for two families totaling 8 people. Superbly furnished with everything we needed and very well maintained. Right across the road from a large very cheap Hiperdino and just 15 minutes walk into the town center, it is in the perfect location. Had a fabulous Xmas week, kids even went in the lovely pool using the multitude of lilo's left at the villa. Great fun having a bbq'd Xmas lunch sitting on the large south facing veranda. First class villa that i would highly recommend. Thank you Steve and Debbie for a stress free rental - we will be back :)

thank you so much for letting us use your villa for our stay in Corallejo, from the directions from the airport to the local knowledge you both provided we couldn't have asked for a better holiday...the villa is superbly furnished,the pool was a godsend,everything was just great,it was nice to meet you both as well,and pass on our thanks to Ron/Shellie as well..when we come back to Fuerte,we will be booking your villa again..excellent location,plenty of local amenities and lots to do(or not) for everyone...

Activity and Interests

Car: not necessary

Special interest holidays:

Local sea fishing trips can be arranged at the local harbour in the town.

Coast/Beach:

10 mins walk to the nearest sandy beach, which is ideal for families with young children and close to all the bars, restaurants and shops. 5 mins by car to the famous sand dunes where clothes are optional.

Travel:

Fuerteventura has only one airport and will cost approx 50 euros in taxi to Corralejo each way. Car hire is not essential as Royal Park Village is situated near the centre of Corralejo, but a car would be recommended if you wish to explore the island. Buses are one of the easiest ways of getting around the island of Fuerteventura. There is a ferry service which operates from Corralejo to Lanzarote several times a day.

Distances:

Only a 2 min walk to the new El Campanario Shopping Centre with a well stocked supermarket, fashion shops, bars/restaurants and live Spanish entertainment, also Saturday flee market and Sunday craft market. Taxi rank is situated at the side of the shopping centre. Baku water park and market (held Monday and Friday 9am-1pm) are only a 10 mins walk. The town centre is 15 mins walk and the old harbour a 25 mins walk.

Corralejo is a hive of activity with many atractions for those who are looking for adventure. snorkelling, scuba diving, surfing, boat trips, power kites, dolfin safari, jeep safari, quad/trike tours. Glass bottom boat to Los Lobos and bicycle hire to name just a few. All can be booked locally.

  • Notes on accommodation: There is a no smoking in the villa and we ask you to respect this. The size and layout of villa is ideal for family and friends to share. We are able to arrange for even larger parties with other owners. With this villa being South facing you will be sizzling in the sun rather than shivering in the shade. Mosquito nets are fitted to 3 bedroom windows, 1 bathroom and stair windows for additional comfort. Outside: There is a small gated front garden with plants and palms, with steps lead up to the alfresco dining terrace with pergola, entrance to the villa is accessed from this terrace which has a lockable gate leading down to the swimming pool/garden. Please note the pool is NOT heated but the terraces and garden are south facing for all day sunshine. The top terrace is accessed through French doors on the top floor with stunning views of Los Lobos. There is also a garage for storage and off street parking. Utility Room: Mop and bucket, sweeping brush, clothes airer, clothes pegs, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner. Garage with fridge/freezer, washing machine, storage and outside parking. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bedding, hand and bath towels are supplied. (no beach towels).
