New to the market...We have recently restored this (200 year old plus) Mallorcan family home attached to our property but with separate entrance into hallway. Although attached to our family home which is reflected in the price, you will have private use of terraces ,enjoy breakfast on your bedroom terrace. Including private roof terrace excesses by spiral staircase, on the private sun terrace you have stunning and beautiful views of Pollenca old village, the Calvario etc. One bedroom self contained rustic house retaining all the original features including stone walls wooden beams, stone staircase, with beautiful terraces and views, self contained lounge, kitchen: including oven, hob. Situated to the entrance to the beautiful Ternelles Valley with panoramic views of the Puig de Maria, Pollenca and LLuc. 10 minutes drive to Puerto Pollenca, Cala San Vicente and Alcudia with a wonderful drive to Formentor. A car is not really necessary with Pollenca providing outstanding restaurants serving all your requirements together with some wonderful local bars and all within just a few minutes walk from the property

Notes on accommodation: Central heated, air conditioning and double glazed. Fans provided. Not really suitable for children under 8 years or elderly due to spiral staircases. The property can be rented either for a weekend or for a long term rent, depending upon availability. Outside: 2 terraces overlooking the garden Parking for both cars and bicycles. Outside dining table and chairs. together with 2 sunbeds.Private use of roof terrace... with panoramic views of Pollenca LLuc and the Calvario and the outstandingly beautiful Mountain range.. Other: Bedroom leads to outside terrace excellent for dining or just relaxing with stunning views, then a metal spiral stair case leading to the roof terrace with table together with a seating area and sunbeds.With breath taking views of the area.

Beautiful property and great location for walkers

Delightful and comfortable accommodation with wonderful views from the patio and roof terrace. We started each day with views of the Tramuntana Mountains and ended each day with views of the stars.

The excellent location meant that car hire wasn’t necessary. Can Pi is only a ten minute stroll from the centre of Pollensa and only two minutes from the GR221 (long distance walking path) The very good local bus services gave easy access to the surrounding area for sightseeing and walking.

The owners Lesley and Paul are amazing hosts – very friendly, helpful and a mine of local information.

A lovely holiday. Hope to be back soon.

Relaxing holiday.

We would like to thank Paul and Lesley for a very relaxing and enjoyable holiday.

They were both helpful, kind and courteous and answered all correspondence quickly. Paul met us on arrival at the time of our choice and took the time to show us around.

The accommodation was perfect for us and our stay was very comfortable with all facilities amply provided. Location was superb for exploring the wonderful old town of Pollenca with it's fabulous choice of places to eat & drink which were only a 10 minute walk away. Would recommend Restaurant La Placeta for great food & wine.

We enjoyed lots of walks in beautiful scenery. A short drive away at Cala San Vicenct there are some lovely coves for swimming, my favourite was Cala Molins and if you like the markets Sineu markets on Wednesday is a must.

Plenty to do if you want to be active but peaceful and quiet when you want to relax.

Amazing accommodation & location for cyclists!

This accommodation did not disappoint! Rustic charm, lots of space - including room for my bike. Set just moments away from Pollenca Old Town this accommodation had so much to offer. I came for a brief last minute cycling trip & was very lucky to have found this place stay. It provided a great base for my daily cycling as well as being a relaxing and comfortable place to unwind and relax. The patio & roof terrace were perfect places to soak up the tranquility of the surrounding environment. Whilst being so close to the old town meant I could venture out at my leisure.

Paul and Lesley are the most amazing hosts.: helpful, knowledgeable & genuine people. I cannot recommend this place enough for both cyclists and those just looking for a lovely place to stay in Pollenca. This accommodation has it all. I will definitely be back!

A perfect gem!

We found the property easily thanks to good directions from Paul and, as promised, he was there to greet us. He also offered to carry our cases in and showed us round. Access is through a lovely shared room that was effectively ours during our stay. Then through our private door into a beautiful, stylish living, dining, kitchen. The room is gorgeous with an exposed stone wall and beams and furnished and decorated to enhance these features. The stone staircase is narrow but perfectly easy to use, and we are not particularly young! The bedroom is fresh, light and again well furnished with very comfortable beds and plenty of storage. The terrace out from there is much bigger than the photos suggest and we spent much time sitting, reading and eating watching people go up and down the lane. The roof terrace also is great with the most fabulous views and very private for sunbathing. Many extras are provided like beach towels, bathrobes and slippers and the apartment is very clean. Leslie and Paul are excellent hosts and a mine of information. The location is perfect for travelling about the island and we can't wait to return.

This was our tenth holiday in Pollenca but this time we were there for 4 weeks. We chose Can Pi because of its location and rusticity. What we hadn't experienced before was the unbeatable hospitality given to us by the owners, Lesley and Paul. The accommodation was excellent and beautifully presented, with great attention to detail. The views from the bedroom terrace and roof terrace were outstanding (in all weathers!). To say Lesley and Paul were equally outstanding hosts is an understatement, so all Jane and I can offer is our sincere thanks. Can Pi is thoroughly recommended and is an experience as well as affording a superb base for any holiday, short or long. Can Pi offered our easiest access yet (a ten minute stroll) to Pollensa central square and its superb bars and restaurants. You will not be disappointed.

Stunning Property,Beautiful Location,Great Owners

Me and my partner booked our stay at Can Pi for two weeks in August after seeing the pictures online, reading the reviews and emailing Paul the owner, who was extremely helpful. We asked if he offered a pick up service from the airport and he was more than happy to at a reasonable price, considering the distance. Paul was waiting for us at the airport and we were off. Paul was extremely knowledgeable of the area and on our way back was telling us all about the breathtaking mountains running alongside the motorway and where would be worth visiting. As we got towards Pollenca, we could see how beautiful and traditional the area was.

Once we arrived at Can Pi, from the outside, immediately the pictures on the website had not done it justice. It was the same inside and we were pleasantly surprised to find a fantastic welcome pack with everything we needed for our first night, so did not need to venture out and find a local shop, we could just relax and immediately start to enjoy our holiday.

For the rest of the holiday, the owners Paul and Lesley made us feel extremely welcome, always on hand to recommend any restaurants (the better, more traditional restaurants, that other tourists would not know about). Nothing was ever too much for Paul or Lesley.

We have had two of the best weeks away, enjoying beer and wine on the rooftop terrace looking up at the incredible skyline at night, with regular shooting stars.

This is the first time I have written a review for a holiday, I could not recommend Can Pi enough, from the house, the location, the owners, everything was more than we could have wished for.

Thank you Paul and Lesley, we will definitely be seeing you again in the future.
