Apartment in Kato Paphos, Cyprus - Only a Minute's Walk from the Beach

This is a modern, 2 bedroom, ground floor apartment in a quality development. Situated near the Tombs of the Kings and 200m from the beach, with superb sea views, south facing aspect and landscaped garden and pool area. With patio and garden areas to front and side, sun loungers, gas barbecue and ‘al fresco’ dining area, you can relax in the sun all day and then watch the sun set on your private sea view whilst enjoying your favourite tipple! The apartment is a 15 minute drive from Paphos airport. Transfers from and to Paphos airport are included in the price of your holiday. The apartment is part of a complex with full use of 2 pools, one for kids and a large family pool. There are plenty of local restaurants and bars within a 5 minute walk of the apartment and the popular areas of ‘Coral Bay’ and the ‘Harbour’ are within a 10 minute drive, where numerous Greek and English restaurants and Tavernas can be found.. Air con is available throughout and is also included in the price.

WiFi is available free of charge and English TV and catch up available as standard.

"Would definitely recommend this top quality apartment to anyone. Great location, fantastic patio area to catch the sun all day long. Inside the apartment was immaculate as you would expect for a brand new property. The air conditioning in all rooms was a life saver as well with the temperature getting well into the 100's!! Arranging the car hire for us was a great help and when the outside lights blew they were fixed straight away for us. Altogether a great holiday, we were well looked after. Will be returning in September when it's a little bit cooler! Many Thanks!"

Notes on accommodation: All rooms have air conditioning to keep you cool in the summer heat! , Outside: Kings palace is in a quiet area but you may hear occasional noise. It has access to a large shared swimming pool, a south facing garden, a south facing patio area .), sea views, panoramic views, a barbeque. If you are driving there is private parking with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. Utility Room: Iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and towels are provided for your use and are changed weekly.

Fabulouse Large Apartment Near all Amenities.

We stayed at Toney's apartment beginning of October 2017 the weather was still hot during the day and cooler by night...perfect.

The booking procedure was quick and easy making it stress free and Tony e-mails you back very quickly and can't do enough for you.

Janet who looks after the apartment was wonderful and very helpful and friendly and is just a phone call away if you needed her.

She met us when we arrived, our flight was late at 1.00am in the morning but she didn't mind at all and had put drinks and a few essentials in the fridge for us.

The apartment is in walking distance of restaurants / bars and a Lidle supermarket. There is a bus service just outside the complex to get you about and is still quiet if all you wont to do is relax outside on the patio without being disturbed by noise. The complex has a large swimming pool and a child's pool and was fairly quiet when we were there.

The apartment is large with 2 bedrooms 1 double and 1 twin the Kitchen /lounge was large with all you needed and was very clean, All rooms had air-con (free) and also had Wi-Fi and satellite TV if you felt the need to watch your favourite T.V shows at no cost to you.

The washer was a god send I did all my washing before going back home which was a big help when I got back. The patio area was large and private with a good view with parasol / table /chairs and sun loungers with cushions very comfy.

The only down side for me is......please get another parasol for the sun loungers as the sun shines all day on the patio and there's no shade from the sun only if you sit at the table I like to lay on the sun loungers to read my book.

Anyone looking for a home from home in the sun with all amenities on the door step and still being quiet..... I would highly recommend Tony's apartment its wonderful.

Home from home 😊

A fabulous apartment on a lovely complex with everything you need to have a relaxing holiday. You can choose to either dine alfresco or situated a short walk away from lots of very nice restaurants. Highly recommend for young families (as we were 10 years ago when we first visited Kings Palace) or as a family with young adults .Wifi and ex pat TV to keep up date with news / family whilst away also great for young adults to "Snapchat " friends 😊� . Also great if you just want a "night in " to chill have a beer , nibbles and watch a film. Large supermarket walking distance (less than 5 mins) that stocks everything you need for a self catering holiday . Bus stop less than 5 mins away , regular buses to either paphos or coral bay. Tony (owner) is very accommodating and responds to any questions you have quickly before your holiday and sends you all the information you need beforehand. The lovely Janet is there in Cyprus if you need anything and nothing is too much trouble. I text to ask about the BBQ and within 1/2 hour there it was . We'll definitely be staying there again
