El Beril is a small beach front complex overlooking the sandy El Duque beach in Costa Adeje. The complex is perfectly located between the famous Gran Bahia de Duque Hotel and the luxurious Riu Palace and Mirador Hotel. Costa Adeje is an exclusive resort area in the south of Tenerife, famous for its El Duque beach, exclusive shops restaurants and numerous 5 star hotels. The weather is good throughout the year, temperatures remaining between 23C and 30C.

Notes on accommodation: We appreciate no smoking or pets in the house. Outside: There is a garden and patio complete with outdoor chairs, tables and parasols. The balcony has tables and chairs. There is also a large shared pool. Utility Room: Washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: There are plenty of towels and linen in the cupboards. The house will be ready for your stay but has no maid service. Should you wish to have your linen changed at the end of the week or at any time, arrangements can be made. Other: Through the patio door is the patio area with tables, chairs and parasols. There is also a small garden overlooking the ocean.

Lovely comfy seafront house in a superb position.

4 adults staying for 10 days

Good food, good weather. Lovely, comfy beachfront house. Ideal location for beaches and restaurants. Easy walking distance to Caleta for seafood. Steve is an excellent host, nothing is too much trouble. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this holiday home.

Superb stay in a lovely house in a perfect location.

The house is exactly as described. A lovely house in a perfect location looking onto the beach. There is everything you could need in the house and Steve and Tatiana provided a lovely welcome pack for us on arrival. Perfect hosts who kept in touch to ensure everything was perfect for our stay. Everything was perfect but the location of the house was absolutely outstanding. Beautiful beach only a few metres from the house and fantastic pool in the beautiful complex. We will definitely be back to this house on our next visit to Tenerife. Only wish we could keep it a secret. Thanks to Steve and Tatiana for their friendly and cheerful manner that made us feel so welcome. We will see you again without any doubt.

Great owner

We had a few issues with the property but they were immediately resolved by owner Steve and his wife who moved us immediately to alternative accommodation. Very impressed and grateful at how we were treated overall.

Perfect Host and location

As promised by the owner Steve, he was there waiting for us the night we arrived and had a nice bottle of wine and fruit as a welcome present, gave instructions on everything in the house and nearby.. the location of the house is just perfect as the beach is closer than the pool it's that close. Restaurants nearby are good. You can walk to so many more. The beach is fabulous. the house is close to all shops.

Great starting point for driving to the volcano or the Zoo's.

All in all., A great holiday and we are going back.

May 2017 - 2 Adults 2 Kids (3 1/2 years & 7 months)

The property was perfect for us and the owner and his wife (Steve & Tatiana) were great and very accommodating.

The location is perfect just a few steps from the beach with a great terrace and balcony looking out to sea (ideal for sunbathing if the kids need a daytime nap, or for sitting around having a drink once they're in bed). A short walk through the private complex to the shared pool (which we basically had to ourselves) can be done easily up some stairs or round the edge of the complex by ramp if like us your taking a buggy. Supermarkets, shops, bars and restaurants all within a 100m of house as well and with great prices.

The property has everything you need two bedrooms (both upstairs) and two bathrooms (one upstairs & one downstairs) as well as a kitchen and living area. Steve and Tatiana provided us with fruit, snacks and drinks on arrival and provided a high chair, baby walker, cot etc for our 7 month old.

I'd highly recommend the property to couples or families. No doubt we will be back in the future.

House situated on the El Duque beach which leads along the coast to the popular tourist resort Las Americas.


The nearest airport is called Reina Sophia, otherwise known as Tenerife South. It is a 20 minute drive, but we never suffer from aircraft noise. Car hire is not essential (but we can advise further if an inexpensive car hire is needed). Taxis are very available and reasonably priced. The nearest bus stop is a 2 minute walk from the house.


Within a few minutes drive you can reach all the popular places in Los Cristianos and Las Americas. The north of the island can be reached in an hour to experience the more traditional towns where the capital of the island, Santa Cruz, is found.

Further Details:

There are 3 supermarkets only a few minutes walking distance from the complex. And, several hypermarkets are only a few minutes away by car.
