Utility room with washing machine and dryer. Equal distance between the resorts of Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago and close to 5 star local golf courses. Walking distance of the lovely beaches of the area and near to all other local amenities.

About Valerie Crellin

We are both lawyers and have four children and three grandchildren. We live in Surrey and until very recently owned and ran our own legal practice. We have holidayed in Portugal for over 30 years and think it is a fantastic area for families. We play golf and enjoy games at various local courses. We are also keen tennis players.

Why Valerie Crellin chose Almancil area

We liked this property because it is spacious with four good sized bedrooms so there is plenty of room for family to visit. The pool is a good size and the dining area is shaded and spacious. It is well placed for Quinta do Lago and Val do Lobo and nearby beaches. The area is quiet and very attractive.

What makes this villa unique

This villa felt like home as soon as we went in and for all the reasons detailed above it is ideal for family holidays, couples going away together or girlie holidays away.

Notes on accommodation: Fully air-conditioned. A camp bed is available which will go easily in two of the larger bedrooms and will accommodate a child. The owner also has a cot and a hire chair which can be used on request. Central sound system providing music to every room, at the press of a button. As well as the upstairs balcony for bedrooms 1 and 2 there is a roof top terrace. Please note the villa is strictly no smoking. Outside: Private pool with outside sitting area, outside pool shower, table, six chairs, loungers and barbeque. Small well planted and pretty garden. Covered dining area with large eight seater table and BBQ. Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels provided, changed once a week, or more frequently on request. Some pool side towels available. Maid service available and can be arranged. Other: All rooms fitted with speakers.

Hy Valerie,

We stayed in your villa, the passed August 2012.

In 2013 it was not possible because we needed 5 bedrooms.

This year 2014, as we need 4 bedrooms, we would like to rent it for the period 02/08 to 16/08.

The only thing it was not good during our stay was the absence oh lightning in the swimingpool and the maid service ( real vey bad ).

So tell us iof it's avalable, the price and if its possible to improve the above problems. Best regards. ( Armindo Martinho e Angelo Cardoso )
