1 bedroom air-conditioned apartment in small secure complex in Puerto Pollensa

The air-conditioned apartment is on the 2nd floor of Camelia, which is one of two buildings in the small Camelia/Loto complex of apartments. There is a swimming pool and the complex is situated approximately 250 metres from the famous Pine Walk and the nearest beach. A couple of grocery stores are close-by including one specialising in British products, and the Multi-Hire shop is also close by, where you can rent anything from a TV to a cot to a mobility scooter, etc. Pollensa's popular bars and cafes are within easy walking distance, as is the central plaza, and the harbour.

I live permanently in Port de Pollenca, so will be on hand for any queries you might have or if any problems arise.

Just to say that I will be in the UK for two weeks from 24th June, in some remote areas so might not have access to mobile or Wi-Fi, so can't guarantee a quick answer to any booking queries.

Basic accommodation. Nice pool.

Basic flat. Rather tired bathroom and kitchen. Bathroom in particular could do with a make-over (bath very slow to drain and using loo entailed a careful balancing act as it was not securely anchored to floor). Air conditioning worked well and was very welcome. Overlooked two fairly busy roads so not the quietest spot. Well situated for exploring the north of the island however. All facilities within very easy reach (e.g. restaurants, supermarkets.etc). Ample parking nearby. Enjoyed the pool.

Cheap and cheerful

This one bedroom apartment is in a fantastic location, only a short walk to the beach. A little noise from the school opposite and from the skate park but not a problem by any means. The apartment itself is a little tired, especially the kitchen and bathroom. The bath was quite stained and the water in the bath and sink took a while to drain away so there's a blockage somewhere, the plunger next to the bath would suggest to me it's been a problem for a while.

When the shutters were open the light floods the apartment and the balcony has wonderful views of the mountain and gets the evening sun until about 7pm (June)

It was clean, functional and worth the £300 I paid for the week. Had I paid more I'd have been disappointed but I was looking for a cheap week away and the apartment was perfect for that. Graham the owner was always quick to respond to any email I sent him and I'd happily stay in the apartment again.

very good base for exploring Mallorca

Very good , clean apartment, set in pleasant quiet gardens with nice pool . Apartment is basic and provides all that we need for a relaxing holiday where we tend to eat out . We come to Puerto Pollenca once or twice a year to walk and enjoy the beautiful scenery in the North of the island and wouldn't consider staying anywhere else. Good customer service from owner . Have recommended to friends who have also enjoyed their stay .

Lovely apartment, great location

We've stayed in this apartment many times, and it's now become home from home. The grounds and pool are superb, as is the location, close to the Pine Walk and many good restaurants. The property is always extremely clean and well maintained, and the owner is customer friendly and very efficient. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family.

Loto 2c

This is the 3rd time we have stayed in these apartments and as usual the standard was found to be excellent. They are close to the town centre and very close to the well known Pine Walk beach. The shared pool was clean and well looked after as were the communal garden areas. All in all the ideal place to spend a relaxing holiday.
