Villa in La Capellania, Corralejo, Fuerteventura, Canary Islands - Residential Community, 3km outside Corralejo

A luxury 2 bed villa with private pool and volcano views. Sleeping 4/6, this Moorish-style villa is just 3km outside Corralejo on beautiful Fuerteventura. 4 hours from the UK and Ireland and little over 50 miles from the coast of Africa, there is guaranteed sunshine year round. Our corner-plot villa is in the residential community of La Capellania (Tamaragua), just outside the main Corralejo resort, with its own: large supermarket, internet cafe, bars, restaurants, childrens' playgrounds, basketball courts, and shops. About 40 minutes car drive from the airport, all the major car hire firms are available at the airport - taxis and buses are also frequent, if you prefer not to hire a car. Looking for adventure? We're close to: deep sea fishing, scuba diving, combat adventure, submarine and boat cruises, trike, quad and offroad safaris, snorkelling, or visit the Baku Water Park.

About The Owner

We are a family of four, mum, dad and two (teenage) girls. We wanted a home from home comfortable place for family holidays and had enough of renting villas and finding the photos and descriptions didn't quite match the reality.

We have made a point of accurately and honestly describing everything that we have on offer.

The Owner purchased this villa in 2008

Why The Owner chose La Oliva

After renting in the area for some years, we had become addicted to the consistently great weather, welcome and range of bars and restaurants in a truly exceptional location.

What makes this villa unique

The beauty of staying in La Capellania is that it is 3km out of town, far enough for peace and quiet, close enough to get access to the resort when you want it.

Hi Lorenzo and Debbie, just to let you know that we had a lovely time in the villa. It was most comfortable and relaxing. Everything was perfect. It would certainly be our intention to book with you again when we revisit the island (IH and GH).

What can we say but 'wow' your villa is out of this world. Ah it's beautiful -we love it. We're so happy to have a pool here, kids were straight in the pool and weather is amazing. (GR and DR).

Fantastic villa

We had a lovely week in this villa, celebrating my 30th Birthday. The villa was so much more than we expected, lovely and clean, great pool and in a fantastic location.

The villa contained all home comforts plus more. Sky TV, washing machine, wifi (extra charge), all linen, dishwasher, and even a sewing kit!!

Local supermarket just down the road to get all the essentials and only 5 min drive to Corralejo. Took us around 35 mins to drive from the airport,

One of the best villas we have visited yet. Will defiantly return for more holidays!!!

Lorenzo gave clear instructions on how to reach the villa plus extra information supplied in the villa for days out etc.

Lovely comfortable villa

We had a fantastic 2 weeks in this villa.The outside area is lovely,it's a good size and very well maintained and the pool was great.The beds were very comfy (which is a plus).The living room is much bigger than we thought with comfy sofas.Its well equipped,all you need is thier for a great holiday

Notes on accommodation: Additional baby/child items (high chair, cot and buggy) are hired locally from our English speaking property managers. Outside: Large private patio - not overlooked - with furniture (table, 6 chairs, 4 loungers, umbrella) and private pool warmed by the sun. Typical Canarian garden with aloe vera, cacti, palm, hibiscus and other water hardy plants. Irrigated automatically, you'll always have a green garden to enjoy. Gardens at the front with driveway for off-road parking. Utility Room: There is an automatic washing machine and Belfast sink in the separate utility room - although you won't need a tumble dryer - remember this is Fuerteventura. Clothes horse, iron and ironing board provided. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included (but not beach towels). Changed weekly. Cot, highchair and push-chair hire available (reserve with booking - but pay locally). UK mobile reception - good.
