Lovely contemporary two bedroom penthouse apartment, fully furnished (including towels, crockery etc), with large outdoor patio and 75 sq.m roof terrace, with loungers and great view of the Mediterranean. One king size bed and two large single beds. Two fully fitted bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, lounge with TV. Internet WiFi access, Hi Fi and Ipod docks. Use of three swimming pools, Jacuzzis. Secure parking. About one mile from the beach (5 minutes drive) and a 15 minute drive to Marbella town. Three golf courses within close proximity.

Your apartment is beautifully furnished, so well equipped and with the great terraces, it really made our holiday knowing that, after being out all day, we had somewhere very comfortable to return to! Where your apartment is located certainly changed our idea of the Costa del Sol and we will certainly return...we had a great time taking Seville, Granada and Gibraltar tours which we booked through the Vime Hotel which meant we could be picked up at the bottom of the road and not have to go into the nearest town. We explored the surrounding area including Ronda, Mijas Pueblo, Marbella old town etc and wished we had booked longer as there is so much to see!"

Notes on accommodation: Private parking garage on ground floor, can then take lift directly to 4th floor and the apartment. Strictly no smoking inside apartment and no pets allowed. For any issues English speaking property manager available, lives nearby. Outside: Mediterranean gardens surround the property, access to 3 separate swimming pools, with largest closest nearby (simply walk from ground floor lift lobby without leaving building). Use of Jacuzzis at poolside, children's pool also next to main pool, life guards on duty every day. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included, property cleaned (including fresh linen and towels), once a week, more often by negotiation. Other: Marble floors throughout, tastefully decorated. Patio with table and four reclining chairs, parasol. Roof terrace with four professional quality loungers, two parasols and barbecue.
