Situated 1km from the center of Morzine and just 70m from the Nyon cable car, our apartment is perfectly situated to provide the ideal base for either winter or summer holidays. The apartment is extremely well equipped and provides first class accommodation from 4 up to 7 people. It has a ski locker, a cave and a private garage. Newly decorated, the apartment also boasts fabulous views over the mountains. The apartment also has full free internet access

About the Owner

Hi my name is Bill Armstrong. My wife Linda and I have owned this apartment since it was built in 2008. Linda is a teacher and I work in sales and marketing.

Our two children are now grown up and living away but they still try to meet us at the apartment when they can specially if we are paying.

From the Owner

We bought the apartment because we love the area both in winter and summer. For walking, cycling skiing and interesting places to visit the region cannot be beaten. We bought the apartment from new because we wanted to make sure that we got exactly what we wanted. We ended up with more than we expected when the local council installed snow cannon right down to almost our door while the apartment was being built. Not being skiers we bought the apartment for the summer but all the people who have been our guests over the last two years have enjoyed the closeness to the slopes and the ski lift as well as the amenities the apartment has to offer.
