There is an extra large walk-in closet to store your vacation wardrobe! Bedroom #2 is bright and sunny! It has a Queen bed and flat screen TV with Comcast cable. There is a second full bathroom in the hallway area near the bedrooms, as well as a private laundry room with high efficiency washer/dryer, iron, and ironing board. The living room has a super comfortable sectional sofa with a Queen size sleeper to sleep two more guests. This is a family oriented complex. We do not under any circumstances rent to non-family units under the age of 25. There are plenty of pillows, blankets, and comforters. (Bring your own sheets, towels, and paper products.) While seated, you have a direct ocean view from this 2nd floor end unit! You also have access to a private locked storage room in the parking garage with some miscellaneous beach gear. There is plenty of room for your own things too. Professional cleaning is always included. This condo is the perfect place for your family's summer vacation.
