Casa Mirama is a large villa split into two self contained apartments. Wi-fi available.

The spacious poolside ground floor apartment has its own entrance and sole use of the pool which is salt water and has a safe shallow end for children.

There are 2 large bedrooms & 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge/kitchenette with sliding doors leading to large covered terrace which is shaded during the hot days, with BBQ ideal for outdoor dining overlooking the pool and garden.

The accommodation keeps very cool even during the hot summer months.

Located in a quiet area the villa is a 10 to 15 minute easy stroll to Alvor village with promenade, harbour and great choice of cafes and restaurants offering local and international cuisine from expensive to budget family meals. There are a number of restaurants and local supermarket 5 minutes walk away if you choose not to go into the village.

The superb beach is 25 minutes walk (5 mins by car). Parking available. The nature reserve is walking distance. There are many golf courses and further activities a short drive away.

17 August 2016 We have had the best holiday and feel we have joined a select club lucky enough to have found this place. The apartment is perfect, so well equipped, light, airy and spacious. We loved the pool and garden of course. We arrived feeling fraught and leave feeling relaxed. We discovered lots of lovely places, restaurants and beaches. We even went parascending and to the water parks which the kids loved. I hope we will be back next year or the year after. I couldn't face leaving if we didn't think we'd come again. Notes on accommodation: The price is based on 4 people sharing for 1 week. Extra person £30 per week. Suitable for families or couples. Both bedrooms are spacious and can accommodate a fold down bed/cot, alternatively an extra bed can fit in the lounge. The cot includes cotton linen and waterproof. The poolside apartment is on ground level and safe for children. The pool can be viewed from every room. Guests have commented how cool the apartment is in the hot months especially if the shutters are closed. There are two free standing fans. There is a single electric induction hob, combi microwave and a single gas ring on the BBQ. Two free standing heaters available in the cooler months. Non smoking indoors. Outside: Generous 9.5x5m pool for sole use of guests in the poolside apartment. A splendid large and shady covered terrace adjacent to the pool with bourgainvillea, surrounded by a spacious private garden. Lovely sunsets in the evening. On the terrace dining table, 6 chairs and a gas BBQ with double grill, hot plate & gas hob for outdoor al fresco dining. A further table with 4 chairs and 4 adjustable sun-loungers are positioned around the pool. The pool is surrounded by non slip tiles with outdoor shower. The covered terrace, garden and pool are situated with a south/westerly aspect. The sun will be on the garden and pool all day leaving the terrace in the shade until late afternoon/evening. Outside lighting on terrace to enjoy the long evenings. Buses pass at the top of the road every 30 mins to the village and beach. Connections to Portimao & Lagos are available at the bus stop in the village. Trains from Portimao to major cities. Utility Room: Ironing board and iron available. Washing machine is in the en-suite bathroom. Drying wrack. Two free standing fans. High chair, cot and potty available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and linen included and changed weekly together with a clean. Please bring your own beach towels, if you prefer not to carry heavy beach towels we can rent them out at 5 euros each. There is a washing machine in the en-suite bathroom.

20% non refundable deposit to secure apartment. Final payment 65 days prior to check in.
CANCELLATION: Final payment can only be refunded if accommodation is re let.

Changeover Day:
Flexible changeover dates in order to obtain cheaper flights, subject to prior bookings.
Arrival 2 - 3 pm. Departure 10am, negotiable if no prior bookings.

Bookings held for 7 days by which time a deposit is required.

We provide 1ltr water & UHT milk, tea, coffee and bottle of wine.
Optional extra: Welcome pack £15 (1ltr water & fresh milk, cheese, ham, bread & butter, tea, coffee and bottle of wine)

Maid service included for 2 week stays being change of linen/towels and clean.
For stays of 8 to 13 nights mid stay change and clean extra £25 for one bedroom apartment and £35 for two bedroom apartment.
