Sleeps up to 6 (3 bedrooms + cot room), 4 bathrooms (3 en-suite). Large dining kitchen and living room which both overlook the pool and garden. Spacious Master bedroom dressing room, en-suite with balcony over looking garden/pool and second double bedroom en-suite with balcony overlooking pool The third bedroom is spacious with en-suite and French windows with direct access to garden . Cable TV. DVD. Private swimming pool. Private parking.

Gorgeous Gorgeous Gorgeous

Absolutely gorgeous: couldn't have asked for anymore, lovely pool, brilliant bbq area, tastefully decorated, plenty of quiet seating areas to just sit and read a book. Would have no hesitation in recommending this villa to family and friends. Russell the owner was friendly, helpful and a really nice guy.

Fabulous Villa

The photographs do not do this fabulous villa justice.

The bedrooms have great views, there is everything in the kitchen you need to make your stay a home from home.

The pool is superb, we used it twice a day every day. Russell is available if you have any problems, not that we had any.

The villa is in a great location, quiet, and easily accessible, with the lovely Cala Fonts just down the road.

All in all we had a fantastic time, just a shame we had to come home.

great villa

Just returned from a very relaxing week at the villa with my wife. it is probably a bit big for just a couple but it is well appointed and furnished to a high standard. There are lots of little nooks and crannies where you could enjoy some peace and quiet even if you were in a larger group. The pool area has sun and shade areas and the pool was very pleasant to cool down and swim in.

It is in a a very quiet area of Santa Ana and yet is only 5 Minutes walk from the bustling harbour of Calas Fonts with its many excellent restaurants. Car hire is not essential.

Russell is a very easy person to deal with. The booking process was very simple and straightforward. I would unreservedly recommend this villa.

Fabulous Villa

My husband and I spent a week in this villa with my parents and 2 daughters. The house was clean, spacious with a lovely pool and outside area. It is located in a quiet residential area and only a 5 minute walk from the bars and restaurants. The bus stop to catch a bus to Mahon is just at the top of the street. We hired a car to go around the island but this is also ideal for a holiday that does not require a car as the airport is also not far in a bus or taxi. I would definitely recommend this villa and hope to return.

Lovely Holiday Villa.

We booked this villa to celebrate our 45th Wedding Anniversary and invited our 2 sons and girlfriends along as well.

This is a lovely villa, spacious with plenty of rooms for privacy. The grounds are secluded and the salt water swimming pool a delight to swim in.

It is located very near to the scenic harbour of Es Castell and is within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We did hire a car for our stay but due to the close proximity of the amenities of Es Castell car hire is not essential.

Foe those who want a relaxing luxury holiday this villa is ideal.

Coast/Beach:

Cala Padera is 5 minutes walk, there is a restaurant on the cliff side and a cool outdoor cocktail bar. You can sunbathe and swim in the cove (no sand, sunbathing platforms).Binibeca, Punta Prima, Alcuafar are all within 10/15 minutes by car.

Travel:

Airport, 20 minutes Mahon (main port) 8 minutes. There is a bus service which runs every half an hour to Mahon, San llius and Punta Prima and the rest of the island (via Mahon). The taxi service is excellent. Car hire is recommended if you want explore but not essential.There is also a water Taxi which goes to Mahon from Calas Fonts great if you don't want to drive!

Distances:

Es Castell (The Square) is 2 mins walk. Calas Fonts 100m walk. All shops,Tapas bars/restaurants are all within minutes walk of the villa. The villa is so close to everything and so quiet and private. The Port of Mahon is 4km long lined with bars, restaurants and shops. Sightseeing and historical visits are recommended. Everthing is very close to this villa.

Further Details:

All shops, supermarkets, banks, car hire, taxi rank, bus stops, chemist, doctors, boat trips, boat charter, pizza, Indian, Chinese home delivery all within 3 minutes walk from the villa.

Also the Es Castell and San Lluis festivals are great and suitable for children if they can stay awake. Festivals last all week and all day, carnival and street party! Weekly market in Es Castell.

  • Notes on accommodation: Central heating and double glazing in all rooms. Hot water supplied by solar panels. Very suitable for children. Air-Con in all bedrooms and living room , £95 per week. Outside: The pool is saltwater. This is a much safer and healthier option to that of chlorine. Also, no more green hair. There is a coffee table with chairs on the patio off the kitchen to read your paper with breakfast. The BBQ terrace is accessed from the other French windows in the kitchen. There is grass to one side of the pool and sunbathing areas around the swimming area. Above the pool area there is a chill-out bench and table. From the living room French windows, there is another terrace with tables and chairs for quiet, 'get away from it' reading and a further lower terrace with seating for shade. Bedroom 2 has a balcony with views of the pool leading up to the private roof solarium. The master bedroom has Parisien style French windows. Wake up and open the windows to another day in the Mediterranean with a view onto your pool. Easy parking. All beaches are within 15 mins by car. You can drive to Mahon in 5 minutes. Or there is the water taxi which leaves from Calas Fonts. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All towels and fresh linen are included. Linen changed on a weekly basis and the villa cleaned every week.Not including Beach towels. Other: There are 5 chill out areas /terraces for those moments as well as private and family bathing areas.
