1 bedroom for two adults non-smoking apartment on the 2nd floor with stunning views overlooking the sea and main swimming pool. The apartment is on a complex which is extremely well run and maintained. 5 mins walk from the sandy coves at Es Forti and Cala Egos, with bars restaurants, supermarkets etc in Cala Egos. The marina at Cala D'Or is a 10 -15 mins walk through a tree lined coastal path. 3 swimming pools, set in gardens, 24 hour reception, snack bar, restaurant, tennis courts, mini golf, table tennis, Internet access in reception, small supermarket and laundrette. Please note: BOOKINGS ARE NORMALLY 1 WEEK MINIMUM.

Lovely Waterfront Apartment - Fantastic view!

We stayed for 10 days in June at the apartment at Las Rocas and had a lovely relaxing stay. On arrival the apartment was clean and well equipped with lots of homely touches. Julie, the owner, clearly pays attention to detail and there is everything that you need for a comfortable stay. The view from the balcony is a stunning feature and we would often sit and enjoy it over a meal.

The weather was fantastic the whole week (between 28-30deg) so we spent a lot of time relaxing round the pools. The Thomas Cook team on the resort do a fantastic job and the entertainment in the evening is great fun and always ended by 11pm.

In general we loved the location because whilst having a seafront view, the apartment is within short walking distance (c350m) of both the beach and Cala Egos with some great bars and restaurants. The marina and centre of Cala d’Or are also nearby via the little train or a slightly longer but enjoyable walk (c30/45m).

We will definitely be returning to stay at this apartment again as we loved the resort, location and the lovely apartment. Thanks Julie and David!

Great apartment with everything you need

Stayed here for a week with my partner. This is a great apartment with everything you need. Everything is as pictured on the website. Large balcony with deck chairs and a lovely view, clean living area, kitchen and bathroom. The only minus point was the lack of air con but in the end this was not an issue as there are two large fans in the cupboard.

The complex also has great facilities with three pools although the natural pool had no water in when we were there. The main pool was a little noisy for us, especially with a stage with events on most evenings but the adults only pool was very peaceful. There's also the opportunity to go all inclusive for the day for £20.

Cala d'Or itself is a small but fairly lively place. Lots of great restaurants and bars. A few bars stay open late; a couple which offer the chance to have a little dance!

We understand the natural rock pool is having some repairs as some boulders fell in from rough seas.The complex does have a good choice of pools - we too love relaxing by the adult pool with its amazing view. Excellent Apartment with phantastic sea views

Excellent Apartment with large balcony overlooking the sea ! We really enjoyed our stay there. Easy communication with the owners, everything as discribed.

Good restaurants and bars in walking distance. Our favourite was the cafeteria Piscis in the Marina from Cala d Or. With good Pizzas and Salads, very reasonably priced. Nices beaches and lots to see close by. Our favourite beaches are in the Mandrago Natonal park.

Our week at Julie and Davids apartment ticked all the boxes for a wonderful holiday.The balcony view provides so much pleasure and is the first thing to enjoy every morning.The apartment provides everythingyou can need and is very clean and tidy.Julie provided well documented directions and we found the apartment with no problems.The complex is excellent and we enjoyed use of the polls and the varied evening entertainment.The surrounding area has much to see and we enjoyed many a good meal in the varied choice of restaurants,

Excellent apartment in a great location.

If you're looking for an apartment with great sea views and excellent hotel facilities, this is it. From the balcony, which faces due south, you can watch the daily procession of yachts and motor cruisers going to and from Mondrago Beach and beyond. The complex is rated 3 Star, but is clean and well managed. The main pool has a family atmosphere and offers entertainment for all ages. Our personal favourite is the adult pool just around the headland where you can relax in a tranquil setting. The hotel food is excellent value for money and to a high standard. Not easy to find a cosy apartment that ticks all the boxes, but this one stands out on it's own. Well done Julie and David and our thanks for a fabulous holiday.

Great Apartment and Fantastic Views!!!

We had a great holiday at Julie & David's apartment. The apartment is well presented and there is everything to make you feel welcome and comfortable.

The complex and gardens are really well maintained with the reception area providing free WiFi! There are four beautiful pools which were cleaned daily. Our favourite being the adult only pool, with its amazing view of the Mediterranean, where we spent the majority of the day relaxing!

Within a 5 minute walk, Cala Egos offered an array of restaurants, bars and shops, along with a street market on a Thursday evening, which we really enjoyed. We also loved the 15 -20 minute walk around the pine walk path to the beautiful marina, to try the different restaurants on offer.

Communication with the owners was very good. Julie made the whole booking experience very easy for us. We also really appreciated the recommendations for island excursions, bars and restaurants in the welcome book.

We would happily recommend this property to family and friends and look forward to returning. Thanks again to you both.

The apartment is front line to the sea and a few minutes walk to 2 beautiful sandy coves. Five minute walk to the centre of Cala Egos with shops, bars, supermarkets etc...A coastal path through pine woods takes you to the beautiful marina. A glass bottom boat stops at Es Forti beach (Cala des Pou) and visits all 7 bays at Cala D'Or and the beautiful beach and National Park at Mondrago. A land train stops outside the hotel and goes to the beautiful marina and into Cala D'Or with its pavement restaurants and boutiques.


Palma de Mallorca Airport, 45 minutes drive.Taxis available from the airport, also numerous car hire options.Buses also available from the airport to Cala D'Or, also Resort hopper bus, which will drop off outside the apartments.

Car hire not essential as land train stops outside hotel and all facilities - restaurants, bars, shops,supermarkets and beaches are all within walking distance.


Cala Egos - 5min walk. Supermarkets, shops, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, car hire, etc.

Cala D'Or - approx 2mls. Land train stops outside apartments & goes into the centre.

The apartment complex is set on a beautiful headland in the Es Forti district, close to Cala Egos. Cala D'Or is one of Mallorca's hidden secrets with white washed buildings (no high rise), a wide range of restaurants, bars and cafes, a beautiful marina and yacht club and lots of lovely coves. The hotel has an International atmosphere with guests from France, England, Germany, Spain etc.
