We are a French family living in London. Philippe is a lawyer and I am a doctor. We have four grown up children and five grand children.

We love to spend a few weeks in Soller (Mallorca) in Summer and also in Spring and Autumn.

We rent our house there the rest of the time when it is not occupied by the family or friends.

First of all, thank you very much for "lending" us your cottage in Soller, we had one of the best holidays we have ever had in the past 24 years! The sun shone every single day, only a bit of rain on our last day in Palma. We walked every day from the cottage, with a picnic lunch, returning happily exhausted each evening. We had lots of gorgeous orange juice. We were so lucky with the weather and indeed the temperature was quite often at 24 degrees. Your cottage was exactly what we wanted and we stood on the roof terrace in awe on our first morning, not believing how wonderful the views were.

Lovely location and views from the roof terrace

We found the accommodation very easily and received a warm welcome from the housekeeper. This property "did what it says on the tin" and was large enough to accommodate us and our two friends. It is set in a lovely garden within walking distance from Stoller and its many bars and restaurants. It was also well equipped to "eat in" and enjoy the sunsets from the roof terrace. As a base for longer walks it is perfect.

We were particularly impressed by the help we received from the owners who obviously know the area and what it offers by way of food and drink. I can only echo what others have written about the property and obviously enjoyed what it has to offer.

A perfect place for relaxing and an active holiday

I and my wife - a retired couple from the north of Sweden - spent two weeks in May 2015 in this lovely house. The first week our children and grandchildren (four girls age from 1 to 4,5 years) came to visit us. Five grown-ups and four children could easily live in the house for a couple of days. The dishwasher and the washing machine made life easy. The charming garden with flowers, orange- and lemon trees (quite exotic for people living close to the arctic circle) was a perfect play ground for the girls. The 3-generation meals around the beautiful outdoor table are memorable for all of us. The location of the house in Soller is almost perfect. You don´t need a car. Walking distance to daily service, bus stop and restaurants. Beach life and swimming in Port de Soller can be reached in half an hour by bus or tram or by a short hour´s beautiful walk. Shopping in Palma in less than an hour.

The second week I and my wife did a lot of trekking in the beautiful surroundings. The walk from Soller to Deia can be recommended.

Last but not least we very much appreciated the useful information and service from the owner of the house during our planning of the trip to Mallorca and Soller.

We spent a wonderful week here in April. The house is in a very quite location with a secluded garden containing orange and lemon trees. We enjoyed freshly squeezed organge juice picked from the trees every morning. This is a perfect location for walking and a 15 min walk from the centre of Soller with a number of good restaurants and tapas bars. It is also only a short drive to Port de Soller (or tram ride from Soller) where there are many sea front restaurants and a good beach. We are already talking about returning next year.

Great Setting

Spent a lovely week here in September. House is located up a quiet lane and has a beautiful secluded garden and a roof terrace with fantastic views of the mountains all around. Enjoyed eating out on the patio and picking lemons off the trees for our pre-dinner gins. Recommend 'Sa Frontera' restaurant close by - friendly staff and delicious food at reasonable prices.

Good base for walking - several picturesque villages within easy reach.

All in all a great stay.

Lovely house in a great spot

We had a wonderful relaxing 10 day stay. It's a lovely house and garden, and we looked forward every evening to the 360 degree view from the roof terrace of the mountains in the sunlight and the moonlight.

Less than 5 minutes walk to a large Eroski supermarket & bus station, and 10 minutes walk to the charming town square / Saturday market and train / tram stops.

It's also just around the corner from a great little Mallorcan restaurant, Sa Frontera - also very well reviewed on tripadvisor - we went several times and really enjoyed the food and hospitality.

A helpful and responsive owner, and the caretaker lives just around the corner.

We'd definately recommend as a great base to relax and explore this amazing area.

WIFI Outside: Private garden with flowers, 2 big palm trees, orange and lemon trees. The terrace has furniture for outside dining. There is also a roof terrace with beautiful view on the surrounding mountains and is ideal for sun bath (deck-chairs provided). Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided except beach towels. Cleaning can be arranged during your stay. On leaving if cleaning is required there will be a 50 euros charge. Other: The terrace (ground floor) has a shade and is nice to use for outside meals in Summer (large Moroccan table and metal chairs for 6). Roof terrace has breath taking view on the mountains ,two deck chairs.
