This new 2 bedroom, fully air-conditioned luxury house is situated on the outskirts of Peyia Village, near Coral Bay. Furnished to a very high standard, it's a home from home. Beaches, restaurants and bars are only minutes drive away and approximately 35 minutes from Paphos airport, it's an ideal base for a relaxing holiday.

Brilliant location and spotlessly clean! Minutes from both the picturesque village of Peyia and the bars/restaurants of Coral Bay! Booked again for next year!

Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds. A 2 week rental is available at a cost of £550. Other rental periods can be arranged upon request. Long lets are also available.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 50% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
  • 100% refund for cancellations more than 60 days before check-in date.

Notes on accommodation: The house comes with heating and air-conditioning and is suitable for both families and people of all ages all year round. Fly screens are fitted throughout the house for your convenience. Welcome packs can be arranged on arrival at an additional cost. European adaptors are not required as plugs are the same as the UK (3 pin). Outside: Bedroom 1 with patio doors to furnished balcony with table, 2 chairs with pool, sea and mountain views. The south facing terrace has a full patio set including four reclining chairs, large glass table and parasol and benefits from afternoon and late evening sunshine. The terrace has a small garden area and overlooks the main communal swimming pool accessible via the terrace. There are communal changing rooms, showers and toilets below the pool area. There are also showers around the pool along with sunbeds and umbrellas. The pool is 4ft deep throughout. There is also a second smaller communal pool. There is also a parking space reserved for your use. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The house is equipped with top quality linen, quilts, pillows and bathroom towels. Please take your own beach and poolside towels with you. The property is cleaned before and after your visit.
