This gorgeous, modern semi-detached villa offers 4 bedrooms (3 en-suite) and private pool. Three of the bedrooms have partial sea views; two have outside terraces. The piece de resistance is the gorgeous roof top terrace with views of the sea, mountains and Port Andratx. This includes a hot tub, outdoor shower, 8 person dining, informal seating area, and BBQ. This 2nd line villa also offers sea access within a short 50 metre walk. Beautiful modern villa in Amdraxt

We really enjoyed our stay in this stunning modern yet comfortable villa. The pool gets the sun all day and we had breakfast outside on the patio . We then moved up to the roof terrace which has amazing views over the port . The jacuzzi on the roof terrace was great fun! The villa itself is stunning - we will be back .

Fantastic villa in a wonderful part of Mallorca

The villa was just a delight to stay in. It was modern, clean and very spacious. The pool was lovely and clean and well-maintained. The bathrooms were modern and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The AC worked well and we had everything we needed. The villa was a 10 minute walk to Port Andratx which was a delightful, buzzing marina with some great restaurants and bars. A very good supermarket was a 15 minute walk. We were very happy here - the pictures don't do the villa justice!

Just as lovely as the first time we rented back in 2008 and a few times thereafter!

We love this place!

We seriously do love this house. 2015 was our third year of staying here while on Majorca and 2016 will be the fourth. Why risk going to another property when you have everything you could possibly want in this modern, stylish house which is very close to everything Andratx has to offer. Great pool, great roof terrace and views, great everything including Cindy and Frankie who look after the place for the owner. As you can tell, we thoroughly recommend it!

Fantastic Villa

Lovely villa in fantastic location. 10 minute walk from the bars and restaurants in Andratx. Perfect for families with teenagers if you want to let them go out on their own in the evenings. Amazing roof terrace, with a jacuzzi you can turn down to cold when it is very hot during the day. Really nice helpful house managers, who live locally and turned up within minutes when our daughter managed to lock her money in the safe and couldn't get it out again. Definitely the nicest bathrooms we have ever had on holiday anywhere ever!

My husband and I and our two children stayed here 3 times in the last 4 years. We like the contemporary, minimalist feel of the villa; it still feels brand new. The patio doors slide open the whole length of the room to poolside or the harbour, making it feel very open and spacious.

The views of the harbour and surrounding hills from the bedrooms and roof-top terrace are stunning. We like the outdoor kitchen for bbq-ing the morning's catch, fresh from the harbour. There is room to relax and dine both by both the pool and the roof terrace. Port Andratx is a half mile sunset stroll away. The Port has a luxury marina, amazingly clear water and an outstanding choice of quality bars and restaurants. We hike or bike in the mountains nearby, and sandy beaches are 5-10 minutes drive away. I highly recommend this villa.

50 metres walk to access to sea. Tiny beach in Puerto Andratx. Small secluded calas to be found and explored nearby. Large, developed, sandy beaches 10 minute drive away, include Camp de Mar, Peguera, Santa Ponsa and Sant Elm (ferry and bus services also available).

Travel:

The villa is about a 20 minute drive from Palma and 30 minutes from the airport.

Distances:

The restaurants, boutiques and shops of chic fishing village Port d'Andtratx are 500 metres from the villa. Unique location with easy (less than 10 min) walk to harbourside restaurants. World class golf courses and tennis facilities within 10 minutes drive.
