Beautiful air-conditioned one bedroom apartment with extraordinary large private sunny terrace providing fantastic panoramic sea views, views over Santa Ponsa and Calvia beyond and views over one of Santa Ponsa's many golf courses, situated on the very popular Kings Park complex with community gardens and 2 swimming pools. The apartment is self contained, (i.e. has it's own private entrance). It has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Close to the main sandy beach and to Santa Ponsa's many shops, bars and restaurants.

We've always liked Mallorca and our friends had moved out there some years ago. We were looking for a "holiday retreat" of our own and fell in love with the views from the extraordinary large terrace! Kings Park is definitely one of the most sought after locations in Santa Ponsa and we were lucky enough to find this lovely property.

What makes this apartment unique

The property benefits from fantastic views from the extraordinary large private sunny terrace. It is both peaceful and quiet, whilst also being within easy walking distance from the main Santa Ponsa shops, bars and restaurants. Kings Park is a lovely community with a mix of residents and holiday makers as well as a mix of nationalities.

The apartment has undergone a complete makeover and been fully modernised. We take great pride in the appearance and cleanliness of the apartment.

Thank you for the rental of your fantastic apartment. We had a wonderful 10 days in Santa Ponsa. We were met promptly on arrival & taken to the apartment. The apartment was very clean with clean towels & linen and was exactly what was described. Overall we were completely happy with all the arrangements from payment, receipts, to being met on arrival. Apartment suitable for couples, friends and families of 2 adults and up to 2 children. Outside: Lovely panoramic views of the Sea, Calvia and Golf Course from the large, private, furnished terrace with table, chairs, loungers and awning. Use of 2 community pools with free use of umbrellas and sunbeds. Utility Room: Useful laundry room complete with washing machine and storage for iron and ironing board. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Rates include a one-time linen & towel setup. Rentals of 10 days or more include a weekly towel and linen change. Please bring your own beach towels as we do not permit towels or linens to be taken from the property. A daily maid service is not provided. Other: Large private terrace with amazing views. Table and chairs plus sun loungers and awning.

Lovely appartment well equipped beautiful view.

We have been to Kings Park numerous times and it still pleases us. It's far enough away from the busy part and near enough to all the amenities if you wish to use them. We love this location and return year after year.

The apartment was so comfortable x

Amazing would go back every year if I could the apartment feels like home the terrace is so big and the sun shines on it all day .Having the use of the washing machine means no dirty washing to take home . I would most definitely recommend this apartment x

Keep fit holiday

Amazing views, high on a hill in a safe and secure residential complex with a lovely pool area and the best terrace for miles around. David provides everything to make this apartment a real home from home with a pile of printouts with tons of information on things to do, bus timetables and recommendations etc.

We went in the last week of March and it proved to be a lovely quiet side of Santa Ponsa, away from the rowdy British and Irish bars on the other side of the bay.

Special mention goes to neighbour Barbara, who welcomed us and gave great advice and was always on hand for any help.

We will definitely be back.!

Ideally situated with stunning views

Booking our break was easy and efficient and David provided us with all the information we needed to plan our trip. The apartment is ideally situated; set in the hills with only a short walk to the beach; it was perfectly equipped for our five week stay. The apartment was spotlessly clean and all appliances were in good working order. The sun terrace is fabulous providing stunning views and lots of sunshine.

Myself and my sister had a most enjoyable week at this lovely apartment. The views from the sun terrace were stunning and

we spent many days out there enjoying it. David was a pleasure

to deal with from the initial booking right through to our actual stay.

Very professional and made arrangements very simple. It is a lovely

apartment in a lovely part of Santa Ponsa.

Coast/Beach:

Close to the main sandy beach and to the shops, bars and restaurants.

Travel:

Palma airport is a 25-30 minute drive from Santa Ponsa. Recommend "Shuttle Direct" airport transfer (details on Palma Airport website). There is a parking space that comes with the apartment if you are thinking about hiring a car. For the more adventurous there is also a good bus service into Palma direct from the Airport, where you can catch another bus to Santa Ponsa. In all, the whole trip would cost you around €5 per person, but may take a couple of hours. Details can be supplied on request.

Distances:

Palma is 25 kilometers away, 20 mins by taxi for about €30 or there is a good local bus service for a few euros. Magaluf is 8 kilometers, 10 mins by taxi for about €10. The local bus service also runs between Santa Ponsa, Palma Nova and Magaluf as well as the nearby local resorts of Portals, Son Caliu, Paguera and Port d’Andratx.

Further Details:

There are lots of bars and good restaurants locally. Well stocked supermarkets and takeaways. Nice clothes and gift shops. Santa Ponsa is a lovely thriving resort, ideal for young couples, families, or those not so young wanting peace and relaxation.

Booking Notes:
Booking Terms and Conditions: 20% deposit required at time of booking with balance due 12 weeks before arrival date. Full amount due at time of booking if within this period. Meet and Greet on arrival at the apartment. All breakages or damage will be taken out of the security deposit.

Booking the apartment confirms your agreement to our standard terms and conditions, a full copy of which can be supplied on request.


Changeover Day:
Changeover days are flexible where possible and we will always try to make the apartment available to accommodate your arrival/departure times.

Notes on prices:
Rental prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling based on a 1 week stay. Additional nights, or for a stay less than 7 nights, are calculated at the nightly rate. Discounts for longer lets are available during winter months (November to March), but do not include a weekly towel and linen change.

Please note a security deposit is required on arrival, returnable on departure - just in case of any damage or misuse of the apartment. This will be £100 or €100 - whatever currency you prefer to use.
