Beautiful air-conditioned one bedroom apartment with extraordinary large private sunny terrace providing fantastic panoramic sea views, views over Santa Ponsa and Calvia beyond and views over one of Santa Ponsa's many golf courses, situated on the very popular Kings Park complex with community gardens and 2 swimming pools. The apartment is self contained, (i.e. has it's own private entrance). It has recently been refurbished to a very high standard. Close to the main sandy beach and to Santa Ponsa's many shops, bars and restaurants.

Thank you for the rental of your fantastic apartment. We had a wonderful 10 days in Santa Ponsa. We were met promptly on arrival & taken to the apartment. The apartment was very clean with clean towels & linen and was exactly what was described. Overall we were completely happy with all the arrangements from payment, receipts, to being met on arrival. We may return to Santa Ponsa next year & will certainly contact you with our accommodation requirements if we do - Simon & Amanda Rowlands

Kings Park Apartment, Santa Ponsa

Myself and my sister had a most enjoyable week at this lovely apartment. The views from the sun terrace were stunning and

we spent many days out there enjoying it. David was a pleasure

to deal with from the initial booking right through to our actual stay.

Very professional and made arrangements very simple. It is a lovely

apartment in a lovely part of Santa Ponsa.

59 Kings Park Santa Ponsa

Kings Park lies in an elevated spot close to the beach and offering panoramic views over the bay and hills. It consists of two-storey houses and apartments . It is a peaceful, relaxing, secure, family-friendly and laid-back in one of the quieter residential areas of the town. It's within walking distance of Santa Ponsa centre although you will have a climb back to the apartments. Within 10-15 minutes walking to an excellent Eroski supermarket, smaller local ones are closer.

Apartment was clean and tidy and not full of clutter which we like. Excellent patio area with fantastic view over bay. Cooking facilities are adequate including a microwave. Excellent large screen TV in main living area. Shower is nice and hot and powerful. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend this apartment. Have to also add site lady Elaine was excellent.

King's Park has two swimming pools, the larger of which includes a child-friendly shallow section, both were relaxing and quiet.

As mentioned town and beach is a stroll down the hill. The beach is great and Santa Ponsa has more than enough shops, restaurants and bars. There is an express bus to Palma.

Fun in the sun .. ..

Well what can we say? We arrived at Kings Park to really warm welcome from Elaine who showed us around this beautiful apartment. It was very clean and the surrounding outdoor gardens and pools a very well maintained to a very high standard. You could have a sunbed at pool area anytime of day it seemed, but to be fair the terrace on this apartment gets the sun all day and is just so peaceful.

Out and about the beach, bars and restaurants are a few minutes walk. It is on a hill and if by night time you can't be bothered walking home it's only €3.60 in taxi.

There are many great restaurants and a couple of our favourites are Seraganta, Krishna and Las Olas but with many other also. This was our 15th year in Santa Ponsa and the first time without our family so this apartment was perfect size for us but would be equally good size for a couple with small children.

I would highly recommend this property to friends as it was just a great experience from the start of the booking to saying goodbye to Elaine at the end of the fortnight. So much so we came home on the Saturday and rebooked with David for next year again.

We are looking forward to it already!!!!!

The apartment is excellent with everything as described. The large balcony with all day sunshine and brilliant views was great for relaxing. The weather was lovely so the air con was a real bonus at night. Town is 5 minutes away going downhill but it is quite steep going back this is the only negative on an otherwise great apartment , but there's always taxis! David was so easy to deal with and the information supplied very helpful. We had a smashing holiday and we would certainly recommend this apartment to everyone. Ian and Marion

Great Apartment

Spent 10 days at this great apartment and had a lovely holiday. Quiet location but within easy reach of restaurants and shops. Being at top of hill might not suit everyone but it kept us fit and the views were amazing from the balcony. David has always been very quick to respond to messages etc and his information pack was very useful. Glen was helpful and informative too. Apartment was very clean and tidy. We hope to go back next year.

Location

We've always liked Mallorca and our friends had moved out there some years ago. We were looking for a "holiday retreat" of our own and fell in love with the views from the extraordinary large terrace! Kings Park is definitely one of the most sought after locations in Santa Ponsa and we were lucky enough to find this lovely property.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Palma de Mallorca at 20 Kilometres Nearest Beach : Santa Ponsa

Coast/Beach:

Close to the main sandy beach and to the shops, bars and restaurants.

Travel:

Palma airport is a 25-30 minute drive from Santa Ponsa. Recommend "Shuttle Direct" airport transfer (details on Palma Airport website). There is a parking space that comes with the apartment if you are thinking about hiring a car. For the more adventurous there is also a good bus service into Palma direct from the Airport, where you can catch another bus to Santa Ponsa. In all, the whole trip would cost you around €5 per person, but may take a couple of hours. Details can be supplied on request.

Distances:

Palma is 25 kilometers away, 20 mins by taxi for about €30 or there is a good local bus service for a few euros. Magaluf is 8 kilometers, 10 mins by taxi for about €10. The local bus service also runs between Santa Ponsa, Palma Nova and Magaluf as well as the nearby local resorts of Portals, Son Caliu, Paguera and Port d’Andratx.

Further Details:

There are lots of bars and good restaurants locally. Well stocked supermarkets and takeaways. Nice clothes and gift shops. Santa Ponsa is a lovely thriving resort, ideal for young couples, families, or those not so young wanting peace and relaxation.

Changeover days are flexible where possible and we will always try to make the apartment available to accommodate your arrival/departure times.

Notes on prices:
Rental prices are quoted in UK Pounds Sterling based on a 1 week stay. Additional nights, or for a stay less than 7 nights, are calculated at the nightly rate. Discounts for longer lets are available during winter months (November to March), but do not include a weekly towel and linen change.

Please note a security deposit is required on arrival, returnable on departure - just in case of any damage or misuse of the apartment. This will be £100 or €100 - whatever currency you prefer to use.
