The complex is behind the Paradise Park hotel in the newer part of Los Cristianos. It is only 2 storeys high of which the apartment is on lower one. Only a few steps takes you down to the newly refurbished pool which gets the sun all day. (Photos of new pool to follow soon) It is lit up at night which is pretty if you are looking out from the apartment terrace. During the day you can sunbathe at the pool and nip up for drinks and snacks without bothering with lifts etc. or sunbathe on the balcony which gets the sun from afternoon till sundown all year round. Sunbeds are free which cuts down your daily spending. New patio doors fitted in January 2016. Fully tiled bathroom with bath and overhead shower, sink, toilet, table and small cabinet. New kitchen fitted in August 2016 with full oven, ceramic hob, fridge, sink, microwave, kettle, toaster and plenty of dishes, glasses, utensils etc. We leave some food items e.g. condiments, tea, coffee etc and some cleaning products. We are over often to check and replenish these. Apartment has plenty of British T.V channels and some extra sky channels too including sky news. Washing machine and dryer available on site. 5 euros for washing and 4 euros for dryer. Both take large loads. Linen and towels supplied. Linen and towel changes can be arranged with the manager Sally at reception for 10 euros. Living area is spacious with flat screen T.V. and DVD player on a cabinet, comfy sofa, two coffee tables, an indoor table with 4 chairs and large fan. Bedroom has 2 single beds, double wardrobe, chest of drawers, two bedside cabinets, two chairs and portable fan. There is a safe in the wardrobe. The sunny terrace has a table, 4 chairs with cushions, a parasol and an airer for drying clothes. The complex is small and not too busy.

We love this complex because it is so quiet, friendly and safe. Also because of it's location near all the fantastic eating places and bars etc.. The apartment is south facing so has a very sunny terrace which is especially good in the winter months. The complex is well looked after and the manager and cleaners are there every weekday. Our manager's phone number is supplied to guests.

Chipeque is a small quiet, friendly and well managed complex. Apartment 23 is clean and comfortable with the advantage of having British television so you don't miss the soaps. A new fitted kitchen and upvc sliding patio door add to the comforts. Sun shines on the balcony all afternoon to top up your tan and enjoy a few cold beers. We have rented this apartment for the last 3 years and already booked for next year. Thanks again Janis. Marilyn and Geoff.
We have enjoyed our stay here ,the apartment was very clean and quiet , a little disappointed the pool was being refurbished so didn't get to use it !! but sure it will now be looking lovely and back in action. Sure we will be coming back to enjoy it again .
Property was well furnished, very clean and in an excellent location. The apartment block is fantastic.
The property was a fair walk down to the beach, but this was expected from the information supplied.

I would have liked there to have been an information book for travellers to write comments about local restaurants, walks and other attractions....it took us a little time to work out the best places and venues by trial and error.
We found the apartment extremely well equipped, very clean and felt home from home.
The complex is quiet which we preferred. No rushing out for a sun bed. They were available no matter what time of day.
It is in a very quiet area in Los Christanos but there are plenty of restaurants and bars all very near by.
It is on a steep hill but that didn't bother us and enjoyed the walk onto the beach front .
We had an excellent time and would highly recommend the apartment.and hopefully will be back before too long.
We had a very nice week in Los Cristianos, everything was better than described by the owner. A large supermarket beneath a large and lively Food Hall just a short walk away. A large set of steps to the right of our complex leads up to the very edge of town where it is possible to see lovely sunsets out across the harbour and ocean, well worth the effort when conditions are right. All in all, good value for money.
