This is a renovated 3 double bedroom villa with 10 x 5m pool. The house is situated in private gardens, well screened from neighbours, on a quiet residential road, 2 minutes from Javea Golf Club, a few minutes by car to the nearest supermarket and 10 minutes drive from Javea or Moraira. The village of Benitachell is just a few minutes away where you can find all day to day shops and services. The house has been updated to include two new en-suite shower rooms and a family bathroom, complete redecoration and new tiles throughout. There is a lovely sunny 5 x 10m swimming pool with lots of sunbathing terrace and an outside kitchen for al fresco dining during the summer months. There is air conditioning and ceiling fans in all of the bedrooms and ceiling fans also. A real home from home with everything you will need for an enjoyable holiday.

Notes on accommodation: The pool is accessed directly from the house by a number of steps and there is a pond. Children must be closely supervised at all times. This is a non-smoking villa. Outside: Outside there is a 10x5m swimming pool with roman steps into the shallow end. There is a pool house with shower and sink and storage for pool toys. Some pool toys are available. There are 6 sun loungers, a parasol umbrella and outside dining for 8. There is an outside kitchen with charcoal barbecue. There is also a fish pond on the dining terrace with lighting. Utility Room: With washing machine and outside sink and usual array of brooms and mops. Clothes airer. There is a rotary washing line outside. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are provided and will be changed weekly. The villa will be cleaned before your arrival and a welcome pack provided. Extra cleaning can be arranged for longer stays but will be charged. The pool is cleaned twice a week. Other: There is also a lovely glazed naya to the front of the villa overlooking the pool, with a breakfast table seating 6 and a sofa.

My names Will, I run a business based in the South of England and have done so since 1991. I am 53 years old. I have owned this gorgeous Villa in Javea for over 5 years and initially purchased and renovated the property to an extremely high standard with a view to living there full time. However, due to changing circumstances I have not been able to spend the amount of time there that I would like. I have let the villa for 3 years now and have had fantastic feedback from everyone who has visited with one of the most commonly used phrase being that 'Its just so welcoming and homely' It really is a very relaxing place to spend a Holiday.

Why Will Sawyer chose Xàbia

I spent a month looking at many properties in the surrounding area and I think this was about the second property I looked at. It had a 'feel' that no other property could match. Its quiet and secluded and yet within easy reach of the fantastic Beach and all facilities. An excellent base for Cycling with a 9 hole Golf course at the end of the drive.


Car: recommended


There are good beaches in both Javea, Moraira and Denia, the nearest being L'Arenal in Javea which is about 7 minutes by car. Javea also has a working fishing port and a lovely old town to explore.


About 90km from either Valencia or Alicante airports. 2 minutes from the nearest supermarket. A few minutes by car to the nearest restaurants. A car is essential.


10 minutes drive from Javea or Moraira. With easy access to the pretty villages of the Jalon and Orba Valleys. Around 20-30 minutes from the water, theme and wildlife parks of Benidorm.

50% of the full rental price plus a returnable £100 breakage deposit must be paid on confirmation of booking with the balance being paid 4 weeks prior to arrival. Discounts are available for longer lets. Please contact the owners to discuss terms.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is Saturday. Arrivals are from 4pm and guests are asked to vacate by 10am on their day of departure.

Please be aware that we feel we have set the price structure to represent good value for money. In fairness to all pre booking guests we are unable to offer last minute discounts.
