The property is set in a peaceful location and is conveniently located directly on Calis Beach and only a short water taxi or dolmus ride from the historic market town of Fethiye. This luxury, desirably positioned, duplex apartment has been finished to an exceptionally high standard and has been tastefully decorated and furnished throughout. The apartment includes all the facilities you would expect from a luxury property to make your holiday as relaxing and enjoyable as possible – including air-conditioning throughout, Wi Fi, Satellite LCD TV, full music system and DVD player. The Saros development benefits from a lift to each level of the complex for ease of access. There is also a dedicated solar powered hot water supply with electric back-up to compensate for any power interruptions which may occur.

Notes on accommodation: Saros Apartment 1 is modern and impressive, built and designed to exceptional standards. Marble flooring is standard throughout and air-conditioning is provided in all rooms (not just the bedrooms!) and can be used to heat as well as cool for out of season guests. The open-plan dining area features quality table and seating for 6 whilst the lounge is perfect for relaxation with its comfortable reclining sofa. The property's enviable position sets it apart from other accommodation, offering direct beachfront access from one aspect of the accommodation while from the other, guests can enjoy pool access. There is plenty of room around the development's stunning swimming pool. The combination of location, quality and ease of access of the Saros 1 apartment makes this ideal for families with young children, couples wanting a relaxing, romantic break or groups of friends who want to holiday together whilst having their own space. Outside: The property boasts extensive patio areas where guests can simply relax, drink a sundowner at the end of the day or enjoy an evening meal while admiring the stunning, panoramic vistas over Calis beach, framed by mountains and the stunningly turquoise Aegean Sea. The development also has attractive outdoor dining areas, a stunning infinity style pool for residents only and is complete with ample sunbathing areas which are furnished with comfortable sun loungers. An outside barbecue area and dining facilities are perfect for dining at home without the need to visit restaurants. There is also ample parking space for residents and their guests. Great Apartment in a Great Location

We have stayed in Calis for the last six years for our annual holidays. Without doubt this apartment is in the best location as well as being very well equipped and clean. The cleaner came in after the first week replaced towels and bedding and Ugur who looks after the property was very helpful . There were eight of us staying in the apartment and we did not feel that we were on top of each other. Lukka bar next door was very handy for late night refreshments and snacks .

Overall a great holiday was had by everyone

Brilliant holiday

We stayed at this apartment for a month and it was wonderful, it is spacious clean and in a prime location. You are close to the beach, shops and bars and the food is great, we had good food at the Oben and Timeout.Everyone is so friendly and helpful. We had a couple of issues which were put right straight away, the gardener is so helpful as is the manager Ugur she is wonderful. I would stay there again in a heartbeat

Great location

This was a great apartment for our first stay in Turkey - beach on one side and pool on the other and being ground floor very easy to reach both in 2 mins. The apartment is spacious (fourth bedroom a single) with plenty of bathrooms, and the terrace is a lovely place to eat breakfast/lunch and watch the world go by. It was very hot during our stay but he air con is efficient and quiet and the bedrooms on the lower floor are cooler anyway and the wifi worked well. The owner Chris is really helpful about booking airport transfers and other advice and there is also a good management team at the development if needed. There is plenty to do in the area if you want a break from the beach and the locals are friendly and eating out and trips are very good value - you don't need to hire a car which helps the holiday budget too. All in all a very good stay and a recommended apartment with lots to offer in a beautiful part of Turkey where you feel safe and welcome.

Worth Every Penny

I have been to this apartment numerous times with friends and will definitely return. It is modern, spacious, well equipped, clean and well maintained. The is location is perfect opposite the beach with open views of the bay. There are countless high standard restaurants within easy walking distance along the attractive promenade overlooking the beach. Transport to other attractions in the area is easy on the local bus or taxi but the water taxi is a must to Fethyie which is a busy harbour town with traditional markets, fantastic shops and high quality restaurants to suit all tastes. There is something for everyone. I have recommended this property to friends and family and will continue to do so, well worth a visit.
