El Puerto 2 is a new development built by Taylor Woodrow, approx 45 min drive from Palma airport. Furnished stylishly, with air conditioning and heating, this spacious apartment is situated on the first phase of the development which has recently been finished. Ideal location for the marina, a 5 min walk takes you to the marina with an abundance of quality restaurants and bars overlooking views of the marina. The town is a short stroll with many bars, restaurants, designer shops, banks, and convenient stores. The apartment is on a secure complex with an electric gated entrance. The 3 pools are situated to either side of apartment. The apartment is offered for short term ordinary rental subject to Spanish Tenancy Act 1994-LAU.

Nice place to stay.

Went here with some friends and family. A great place to stay very quiet, very clean and great location. Apartment is very clean and tidy, with all the mod cons you need to get by. Nice and close to Cala Dor centre just a short walk away.

Choose of 3 shared pools again nice and clean and tidy all around pool areas. The apartment benefits from having a large patio and garden area. So just as good to chill out there if you fancy a change from the pool.

Would recommend this apartment to any friends/family wishing to stay in Cala Dor, and would return again.

Fantastic Holiday Apartment!!

Thank you so much, A wonderful setting, a very immaculate and newly decorated apartment. What a lovely place to stay and thank you so much. The area is delightful, very close to the marina and local town. A friendly area and well kept grounds. 3 pools to choose from, quiet and very clean. The apartment has a fabulous garden, and is equipped with all you need for a great stay. Very easy to get to and to find from the airport. Comfortable and has lovely furnishings. Great beaches nearby. The Marina is packed with every type of restaurant you need. The town is a hive of activity with lots of food choices and good shops.The owners are great communicators and have a wonderful holiday apartment for you to completely enjoy!!
