GREAT LOCATION We are close and in walking distance or a short taxi/car ride to glamorous Puerto Banus, the town of San Pedro de Alcantara, and its new Boulevard de San Pedro, and the resort of Marbella. WELL MAINTAINED We regularly update and maintain the apartments to a high standard. Latest updates include a new open plan kitchen 2014, a luxury family bathroom 2013 and in 2015, a new shower room bathroom and outside furniture.


Renovated in 2014, the exceptional stylish living room has now been extended to become a spacious L-shape, including a new (2014) kitchen. The living room has a large 3-seater sofa with chaise and two arm chairs and pouffe, a coffee table, fireplace with working electric fire, large Plasma TV, DVD and UK TV package, plus nice lighting. Three separate sets of French doors open to the terrace and garden providing plenty of light, fresh air and access to the outdoors, where views are towards the sea and mountains.


The new kitchen installed in 2014 includes high end Bosch appliances, an oven, combo micro/oven, ceiling extractor fan, a dishwasher, fridge and freezer. There's and extended long quartz kitchen island with high chairs to accommodate indoor dining. High gloss white doored cupboards house plenty of kitchen equipment and additional worktops, working appliances, utensils, dishes, glass, crockery, plus stock-cupboard basics. Best of all the kitchen is adjacent to a pretty terrace with plants and dining table, via French doors, enabling the full al fresco cooking and dining experience.

A separate utility room has a washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board, vacuum cleaner.


There are two bedrooms both ensuite with their own bathrooms. Bedroom 1 feature a king size bed, TV, large mirror, wardrobes, bedside tables with lamps and drawers and overlooks a pretty courtyard with water fountain.

Bedroom 2 features a two single beds, bedside tables, large mirror and wardrobe and has its own ensuite bathroom. The bedrooms are comfortably decorated and fully fitted with their own individual air conditioning units. A baby’s cot is also available.


The terrace features individual arm rattan arm chairs and coffee table, a dining table, with both a wall based bench and separate chairs for al fresco dining, a large parasol, plus BBQ, sun loungers and a garden. The terrace and garden are surround by established, Mediterranean plants with open views towards the sea and mountains. The terrace is south-east facing so enjoys sunlight from 12 noon through to sunset – in the summer 10pm. Cumbres del Rodeo is situated next to an agricultural valley, which provides stunning open views to the mountains and the coast.


The large communal swimming pool, one of the largest in the neighbourhood (check on Google Maps ‘satellite view’), has a summer lifeguard, plenty of sunbeds and parasols, showers and bathroom facilities. All the apartments and the pool are surrounded by beautifully maintained Mediterranean gardens with well developed plants. The apartment is located next to a pretty courtyard with water fountain.

Highly recommended. This was our first holiday with our 9-month old son, so we wanted an apartment holiday that would fit in with his routine. The Garden Apartment did not disappoint. It is beautifully decorated, spacious and has everything that you could wish for and more and was perfect for a week with a young child. This included a high chair, cot, plenty of towels, bedding, BBQ, Sky TV, Wi-Fi and even some food. From the outset we felt relaxed, a home from home, apart from the 30° temperature! The air con was a welcome addition although the apartment stayed fairly cool without it. The complex is very secure, immaculately maintained and the pool was lovely. There were never more than a handful of people around it. The walk to the beach is no more than 20 mins and 30 into Puerto Banus. We found it easier to leave the car and walk most places including Marbella. Our biggest disappointment was that we only stayed a week and it went so quickly, but hopefully we'll return

Perfect Stay,

We had a fantastic stay, the location is perfect with a easy 10 minute walk into puerto banus, and taxis were about 5 euros.

We have never stayed in an apartment before we have always stayed in hotels, I can honestly say that this apartment was better than a hotel. It was an home away from home. The apartment is exactly how it looks in the pictures it's perfect. And I have taken a few design ideas for my home. The pool area is lovely and very relaxing.

We felt very welcome by everyone and everyone was extremely helpful throughout our stay.

It was a shame we only stayed for 4 nights. I could have stayed for months. We will defiantly stay again, and would recommend it to anyone who is looking.

A Shiny Hidden Jewel …..!

My family and I have recently had the pleasure of spending 2 weeks at this delightful, pristine and stylish apartment. I holidayed with my partner and our 2 little boys, aged 3 & 6. We regular visit the area around Puerto Banus and have stayed many times, staying at locations as far west as Estepona, back to Puerto Banus and in between. We have concluded the area close to Azela Beach, next to the Guadalpin Hotel, Puerto Banus, is our preferred area. Unable to find any suitable apartments in this specific area this year, we happened to find this apartment which is located on the north side of the A-7 motorway.


I found the unique factor to this apartment is the modification that the owners have made. Many apartment blocks on the Costa del Sol have a similar lay out originally designed over 10 years ago comprising of: Entrance, access to galley kitchen, Open plan living area, Master bedroom suite sharing balcony/terrace with living access, middle bathrooms and the second bedroom back adjacent to kitchen. The owners here have really thought about what works in modern living and have moved the kitchen area into the ‘traditional’ master suite area and cleverly rearranged the living space to have direct access on to the terrace and garden. Both bedrooms are now at the back of the apartment, so not disturbed by people enjoying the terrace in the evening … plus no more carrying trays from the rear galley kitchens all the way through the apartment!

The whole apartment is beautifully designed and styled throughout. Having young children, the appeal is that the children have their own sleeping quarters leaving the adults to enjoy cooking, watching Sky TV and also enjoying wine on the terrace candle lit at night time. Lots of lovely candles available

The décor and quality of bedroom linens are of a very high standard and I usually take my own towels, never quite believing the quantity and quality of towels included in apartment briefs … this apartment provides well stocked towels spick-and-span!


We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 week stay and are definitely considering returning. The owners have done an amazing job in creating a beautiful, restful and functional living space that delivers on so many levels. Thank you Sharon for all your help …. the only issue I’m worried about is keeping this shiny hidden jewel a secret!!!

Perfect holiday location for family of four

Our family of four stayed in this lovely location for two weeks. The apartment is spacious and with a modern touch. We found it very well equipped, with everything we needed for a relaxing holiday with good cooking, television, high speed WIFI, sunbathing in the very private little garden outside, air-condition in all rooms, and good sleep (lovely mattresses in all beds). A professional maid cleaned the apartment once a week, and after our stay. Our two teenagers also loved the pool: always clean and of good size. The lifeguard made it feel extra safe. The location has spacious, airy and well maintained gardens. The lovely lady who is the supervisor of the apartment helped us very quickly when needed. We also think the security system at the site contributed to the relaxed atmosphere.

We did not hire a car, and never missed one; reasonable taxis was always available nearby, or cheap busses to Marbella centre (or other destinations) from the highway. Busses 7 min. stroll, Puerto Banus coastal path 10-15 min. stroll. Puerto Banus 20 min. stroll. Mistral beach 10-15 min. stroll. Lots of supermarkets and shops in the area – and lovely restaurants and bars. Our teenagers loved La Cañada, a huge mall with lots of shopping opportunities - for all ages. El Corte Inglés in Puerto Banus was poplar as well. We also found the area suitable for jogging, with walkways available for miles.

We hope to visit this lovely location again soon.

Home from home

Omg what can I say....,like home from home literally, jack and Sharon were both amazing people, the apartment was amazing, my two boys loved it so much they didn't want to leave, only thing that was missing was a local shop!! Other than that couldn't have asked for anything more!! Literally taxi turned up when they said within 5 minutes, not even long enough to walk to the gate lol!! Will defo come back xxxx

The apartment is in the highly desirable development of Cumbres del Rodeo, featuring beautiful gardens and a quality build. It's in a great location in Nueva Andalucia, overlooking a peaceful valley with clear views to the mountains and sea, yet close and in walking distance to the beach and Puerto Banus. It's situated on the lower level of Cumbres, the same level as the large swimming pool. It's easy to reach and find from the main motorway enabling easy access to Marbella, Malaga and Granada and in the opposite direction San Pedro de Alcantara, Benahavis, Estepona, Sotogrande, Gibraltar, Cadiz, Jerez, Ronda and Seville. Our family own a number of apartments in this gated community including the adjacent studio apartment next door, which we use as we need it. Occassionally we're your neighbours and happy to advise on local activities and amenities.

The apartment is situated in walking distance to the beach (10 mins) – accessed by a walkover bridge at the bottom of our road - and in a direct line to Mistral Beach (the beach of the 5-star Guadalpin Puerto Banus Hotel) and designer beach resorts of Ocean Club and La Sala Buddha Beach. We're a 20 mins walk to the new Boulevard San Pedro. Puerto Banus is further 10 minute walk to the left (west). Apt to Beach 10 mins walk, Apt to Puerto Banus 20 mins walk. Taxi or driving to both 5 mins.


Both Malaga airport and Gibraltar airport are equi-distance to the apartment. The Marbella area is often described as the 'California' of Europe - so car hire is recommended although not essential.

On request, groceries can be supplied in the apartment for your arrival and pick up/taxi services can also be arranged. Cooking, cleaning services, baby sitting and child minding services can all be arranged for during your stay.

CAR, TAXIS, BUSES: It is not essential to have a car but we advise you to have a car as there are many fantastic things to do around Marbella and the Costa del Sol which makes a car most convenient - think similar to Los Angeles "everyone drives a car". Taxis and buses are very reasonably charged for short journeys so a good alternative. Walking in hot summer heat whilst carrying your shopping can be really tiring!

ANIMALS AND CATS: We also request guest who do not like or are allergic to cats do not book this apartment. As it is a garden apartment then occasionally a neutered neigbourhood cat might come and visit the apartment to say hola (or have a sneaky sleep on a sunny spot on the terrace) and this can distress some people.

RENOVATION We're constantly upgrading and improving our property and try to keep all features in good condition and order. The current photos are as up to date as possible, but there's always a chance something might have changed - we hope for the better - prior to your holiday.

Smoking is permitted on the outside terrace.


Our family own a number of apartments in the urbanisation including the studio apartment next door. Occassionally we will be at one of the neighbouring apartments at the same time as you. We promise to keep the noise down!

Our family also own adjacent and nearby apartments which we use as and when needed. Occasionally we’re your neighbours and we’re happy to advise on local activities and amenities. Many of the people who visit Cumbres del Rodeo are long-term owners of apartments and some live all year round at Cumbres. Return visitors over the years meet familiar faces and it’s been sweet to see little kids become all grown up! This makes for a friendly, secure and tranquil community of interested parties, always keeping an eye out for visitors and the urbanisation.

… to name but a few! Cumbres is situated close to a small farm, which provides lots of benefits including wide open country side and direct views to stunning mountain and sea views. Watching the farmer, in close-by fields, coralling his cattle on horseback at dusk is a memorable and stunning view from the apartment. We think Cumbres is uniquely positioned to offer you a real view of Spain so close to Puerto Banus.

As well as our own cats and a dog who live here all year round, there are neighbourhood cats and dogs too. The cats are generally very shy, and live outdoors, but a brave one will occasionally wander through the apartment when the doors or windows are open – this is probably likely for most ground floor garden apartments. They’re easily shooed away with a clap of hands from a stranger. We understand some people are allergic to cats and some people do not like them. So if a visiting cat is a problem for you, or the thought one might have visited the apartment before, then please do not book our apartment.

We’re fine with people smoking on the terrace and ash trays are supplied for you. Please do not smoke in the apartment or discard your cigarettes by throwing them in the garden or around the swimming pool.

We've developed this property extensively, perfecting the layout by creating a large open plan living room and kitchen, with a kitchen island. This room has immediate access to the outdoor terrace via 3 sets of French doors. The terrace has a modern glass dining table, plus an al fresco seating area. Both en-suite bathrooms have recently been modernised, both featuring walk in showers, double sink units and beautiful contemporary floor to ceiling tiles. One bathroom also has a bath. Each room has its own individual air-conditioning unit, so different people can choose their own settings. Cumbres del Rodeo has two levels, an upper level and lower level. Our apartment is on the lower level, the same level as the swimming pool, just a minutes walk away. The apartment looks towards an open landscape towards the sea and also the nearby mountain range, making for spectacular evening sunsets. The landscaping features well developed Mediterranean plants and people comment on how beautifully maintained the whole development is.
