This very spacious apartment is situated on the exclusive, security controlled, golfing estate of Roca Llisa on the eastern side of the island where the majority of villas and apartments are privately owned.

The ground & first floor apartment with air conditioning has been furnished by the English interior designer owners to form a welcoming, attractive place to stay. There is direct, private access to the large fully enclosed, landscaped gardens and pool (never busy, always tempting) where you will also find a BBQ area.

Both the ground and first floor terraces catch the sun all day long-the perfect place to laze or dine. The ground floor terrace is particularly spacious & has a covered area for shady dining al fresco.

The ground floor comprises a large spacious open plan living & dining area with built in L- shaped sofa (would accommodate an additional 2 further guests for sleeping). Also on the ground floor is the compact but fully functional kitchen together with the 3rd bedroom with twin beds, wardrobe & chest of drawers.

Most of the living, dining & cooking is done outdoors in Ibiza & there are facilities in the apartment to provide grilling/cooking on a plancha grill on the terrace together with BBQ entertaining.

On the first floor is the spacious master bedroom suite providing a king size bed, 3 triple wardrobes, bedside chests of drawers, en-suite bath/shower room & access to a spacious 1st floor terrace with L-shaped built in seating & lighting.

In addition, on the 1st floor is bedroom 2 with twin beds, triple wardrobe and the second bath/shower room.

For those of you who enjoy sightseeing, shopping and eating, the family friendly resorts of Cala Llonga, Jesus and Santa Eulalia are close by with Ibiza town just 15 minutes away. A welcome pack can be provided for an additional fee & a luxury hamper is available upon request for a supplementary additional fee).

To enjoy all that the island has to offer, it is advisable to hire a car & we have a number of reputable companies that we can recommend..

Clean, safe and a home from home experience

Alan the owner was very helpful, a few small hiccups were rectified in good time.

The apartment is clean and fresh and built in a secure complex with security guards at the main entrance. The complex is quiet which is what we wanted. The gardens surrounding pool were well kept and clean as was the huge pool.

Cala Longa is the nearest beach resort which is very pleasant, great restaurants and on a Thursday evening a market takes place.

Car hire is a must as not walking distant to any shops bars or beaches, we loved finding all the hidden beaches along the cost line, driving is safe in Ibiza.

A taxi is around 11 euros one way into Cala Longa if you fancy a drink or two.

There is a hidden gem just close by to the apartment, a small cove beach with a bar that serves the most amazing sardines I have ever eaten, its so tiny only a hand full of people can be there, very quaint, but still not accessible by foot due to distance unless you like walking miles in the heat of course! the views are stunning.

We traveled with teenagers and they loved the beaches, the hippy market which is a 15 minute drive away in Es Canar was fabulous and we took them to the other side of the island to Ocean Mania (a huge inflatable on the sea experience) which they loved.

If you are looking for a quiet Ibiza experience, to see the beautiful side of the island then I recommend this apartment to you, remember hiring a car is a must. Thank you once again Alan.

This property was purchased off plan in the early 80's & was specially selected as the best apartment in the L-shaped development by a senior planning consultant/architect friend who also loved coming to Ibiza.

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

The nearest bay is at Cala Olivera on Roca Llisa which is 5 minutes by car-this is a very quiet pebbly beach with a small beach bar. The family friendly resort of Cala Llonga is 5 minutes by car-very sandy, shallow waters, plenty of bars, restaurants, supermarkets and souvenir shops. The beach at Santa Eulalia is 10 minutes away-shoppers paradise, many bars, restaurants. There are so many coves and lovely bays within 10-20 minutes drive-details of which you will find in the apartment.

Travel:

The airport on the island is a 20 minute car ride away as is the main ferry terminals in Ibiza town. To enjoy all that the island has to offer, it is advisable to hire a car.

Distances:

By car Cala Llonga-5 minutes. Santa Eulalia 10 minutes. Jesus 5 minutes. Ibiza town-15 minutes. Ibiza town is full of history and interesting museums and galleries to visit.

For those of you who enjoy sightseeing, shopping and eating, the family friendly resorts of Cala Llonga and Santa Eulalia are close by with Ibiza town just 15 minutes away. The nearest supermarkets are in in Cala Llonga and Jesus(both 5 minutes by car). There are also some lovely places along the roads where you can buy fresh farm produce. The closest centre with banks is Santa Eulalia althought there are cash points at both Jesus and Cala Llonga. Most of the coves have water sports facilities and there are regular coastal ferries from Cala Llonga and Santa Eulalia. The rental fee includes cleaning, bedding & towels, electricity & water rates. A welcome pack may be arranged for an additional fee.For those guests staying for a 2 week + period, there will be an interim clean, change of bedding & provision of fresh towels.

Changeover Day:
Preferred changeover day is Saturday-flexible by prior arrangement. Arrival time 3.00pm. Departure time 10.30am (flexible by prior arrangement). We can store luggage for a few hours if needed.

Notes on prices:
Prices are for the property per week in UK Pounds.
We are happy to consider discounts for longer term lets and also will price separately for a long winter let. Should your stay be for a part week, we shall calculate the price on a daily pro-rata basis.

30% deposit required to confirm the booking.The balance together with the security deposit to be paid 6 weeks prior to the holiday commencing. The security deposit will be returned once the housekeeper has confirmed that there have been no significant damage to the property or contents.

We particularly appreciate the spacious, open plan areas of the apartment together with the relative tranquility of the location. The gardens & pool are never crowded as the development is privately owned & is not re-knowned as a 'holiday development' attracting the crowds.

  • Notes on accommodation: Both the ground and first floor have air conditioning and heating. The property is particularly suitable for families and couples alike. A welcome pack is included (a luxury hamper available for an additional fee upon request). Outside: The large gardens are fully enclosed and the pool is lovely for children as it has several full width and shallow steps on which to lounge and paddle. The large ground floor terrace has a table which seats 6 under the shade and a more private area for sun bathing and relaxing. There are steps which lead down to the large gardens and pool where you will find several communal sun loungers and a BBQ area together with a large stone table and seats. The permanent sails / awning provide an area of shade in the gardens by the pool. Utility Room: Mop, bucket, brushes, vacuum cleaner and all cleaning equipment and materials. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bath and Hand Towels are included together with kitchen towels and quality bed linen. These are changed at weekly intervals. For those guests staying 2 weeks or longer, the apartment will be cleaned at weekly intervals.
