About the Owner

We are a couple from the North East of England who fell in love with Andalucia in 2002 when we started to holiday there. We decided to leave the UK in 2007 and move to the Cadiz Province where we now permanently live. We love the unspoilt beauty, the climate, the lifestyle and the people.

We now have lots of Spanish friends and have integrated into the lifestyle.

Beautifull Townhous and environment

Beautiful home in a quiet ans peaceful enveronment near Jerez de la Frontera. Home is well kept and fully equiped. Challenging golf course. Great location for visit Sevilla, Cádiz, Jerez, Ronda and beaches (Puerta de Santa Maria and Tarifa) and trips through the unspoilt nature of this part of Andalusia.

We enjoyed the local restaurants.The friendly and helpful owner provide on the day of arrival some food, fruit and drinks. A very enjoyable stay.

There is a large range of excellent tapas bars and restaurants, shops, local markets, banks all at Arcos. Jerez the sherry capital, and its wonderful architecture and atmosphere, with good shopping and dining a plenty is just a 25 minute drive away. The wonderful colourful, historic, cultural cities of Cadiz and Seville are a must to visit. Fabulous uncrowded beaches are many and waiting to be discovered. Green tranquil countryside with roads without traffic are worth exploring and experience the stunning views.

There is hot / cold air conditioning to cool you down on those hot summer days or warm you up on cool winter nights. Enjoy a quiet drink in the garden with the sound of tranquil water from the stream which filters through the golf course and the sound of birds in the olive trees. bedroom terrace with sun lounger chair and coffee table. Large secluded community pool, children’s pool and sun bathing areas. Utility Room: Siemens washer and tumbler dryer, ironing board, iron, clothes airer. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Egycian cotton bed linen and bathroom towels are provided with enough for 2 week stays. The property is cleaned weekly if required.
