This beautiful bungalow has recently been refurbished to a very high standard using only the finest materials. It sits in a prime location very close to the beach and the Punto Limones entertainment centre with its many bars and restaurants. Take a trip on a glass bottom boat to Papagayo beach and try snorkeling in the crystal clear waters. Or take the ferry to Fuerteventura and visit the amazing Parque Natural de las Dunas. Or if you would like to hire a car you can explore the many gems of Lanzarote. If you choose this bungalow you will not be disappointed. We also have installed an excellent choice of British and Irish television channels.

We bought it because of the location and how quite and peaceful it is. Repeat clients just love it so much and have so many friends who live locally and they enjoy the ease of just slipping back into the buzz of Playa blance with relative ease.

What makes this bungalow unique

The terrace at the bungalow is very private with a small wall and wooden gate so you can enjoy relaxing at the table or reclining on the sun bed with a little drink. WiFi is available at a cost of 20 Euros per week payable to the owner on arrival, longer rentals at reduced rate

Notes on accommodation: Suitable for young families. Excellent range of Satelite Radio channels and English and Irish television incl Childrens CBBC and Cbeebies. Outside: Beautiful, mature gardens surrounding this complex. Also this bungalow has a private walled terrace for sunbathing. Utility Room: None. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: The property includes all linen and ample amounts of towels and cleaning equipment. There will be a cleaning service done weekly where all bedding and towels will be changed on stays of longer than 10 days. A free baby pack will be provided on request to include cot, highchair and bath. Other: Dining area with table and 4 chairs. The beautiful tiling continues to a small walled terrace for private sunbathing. The patio is furnished with 2 modern sunloungers and a patio table with 2 chairs for outdoor dining.

Great Value Accomodation

We saw bargain flights and grabbed the chance for an extra break. We therefore wanted accomodation that was good but not too expensive. We didn't overly expect the Ritz and it is not. It could be improved by a few minor things like a better TV system (it was ok) and new toaster and cups low lighting in the bedroom.but - the price could go up. Overall this little bungalow fitted the bill - we have stayed in this small but lovely complex before and would book this accomodation again. It is a 30 minute drive from the airport. Driving on Lanzorote is really easy and not at all stressful. Book car with Cabrera Meldina - apart from the airport lots of outlets on the island cheap and no addtional costs for petrol fully comp insurance and excess etc. Half thre price of competitiors.

Having been to Lanzarote many times. Playa Blanca in our opinion is by far and above the best resort on the island. The bungalow is ideally situated for the beach and many bars and restaurants along the harbour front. Around a half hour each way stroll to Marina Rubicon for many more restaurants. Also a short drive to El Golfo and Puerto Del Carmen.

A short walk to the harbour to catch the ferry to Fuerteventura.

The bungalow is fine for two people but could be a tight squeeze for more.

The owner Paul is a very nice and helpful man - and the accomodation a great base to enjoy your holiday from.

Great value holiday in fabulous location

We have returned from a very relaxing week in this centrally located bungalow, which more than fulfilled our expectations. The bungalow is roomy and well equipped particularly for a couple. There were some nice touches, such as a few

very welcome food items, which are great to find at the end of a long journey. There were plenty of towels, including beach towels for use outside on the sunny south facing terrace. The sunbeds were very comfortable, as were the beds inside. The location of this bungalow is very central, being less than 5 minutes from the beach and many restaurants and bars. We particularly enjoyed the long walk to the marina, and to the lighthouse in the opposite direction. We could easily have hired a car, but chose to do lots of long walks instead. There are many boat trips on offer and some great shopping. All in all we had a fabulous week and would recommend the bungalow to friends and family in the future.

Very accommodating 1 bedroom apartment, well equipped for self-catering with exceptional all day south facing aspect. Very friendly and helpful owners who provided a very welcome and unexpected welcome pack, water, wine, food etc. Nice position and quite private even though it

is situated at the end of a row near to a service road. Good access to local shops and amenities. Suits a single person or couple.

It is what it says on the Tin....

For the money paid you could not fault this property. Paul was helpful and informative. If we had any questions he was quick to answer.

My sister and I had a great stay here... helped by the beautiful weather.

Short walking distance from Playa Blanca and even shorter to local shops and bars.

The Bungalows small terrace was south facing and had the sun from early morning to night.

The welcome pack was very welcoming and useful.

Special interest holidays:

Excellent base for Cyclists and Triathletes with fantastic quite roads to the North of the island and good areas for sea swimming and running. Mountain bike hire and Road bike hire also available just email for prices and availability.

Coast/Beach:

2 minutes walk to fabulous beach with safe bathing and swimming. Snorkelling is a must so bring yours with you. Paddle boarding and open top kayak is available at the port 500m also there are dive centres close to the bungalow.

Travel:

30 minutes drive to airport. A taxi will cost approx. 45 Euro to the accommodation but there are private transfer companies like lastminutetravel.com that charge 20 Euros for 2 passengers and there luggage. 5 minute walk to the port of Playa blanca where you can catch the ferry to Fuertaventura 20 minute sailing or take one of the cruises and explore the beautiful coastline on the South of the island.

Distances:

Playa Blanca town centre is only a 10 minute walk along the ocean front. Yaiza village is 15km away and the National park which is well worth visiting, (entrance is around 8 Euros per person ) is 20km away. If you do not want to hire a car there are Tours leaving every day ( book 1 day in advance ) from the Port to the Fire Mountains or treat yourself to a Grand Island Tour by luxury coach all entrances incl. in the price of the Tour.

Further Details:

10 minute walk to Banks and town centre with its many restaurants and shops. There is a Large Spar with fresh baked bread and all you need for your holiday 5 minute walk from the bungalow.

Wifi rental is available at a weekly cost of 20 euro payable to owner, longer rental is available at discounted prices.
