My wife and I would just like to say that we had a wonderful holiday at your holiday home in Cabo Roig, both the accommodation and area were fantastic and the weather was great.

Your holiday home is ideally located far enough out of the town for peace and quiet but close enough for a 10min walk to the centre.

We will be recommending your accommodation to our friends and family and would stay there again if we decide to holiday in Spain in the coming years.

Notes on accommodation: The property and area is suitable for families and couples looking to relax and enjoy the surrounding area. The property is less than 5 minutes walk away from Cabo Roig's famous restaurants and bars for all tastes. Also the property is great for the ideal golfing holiday as it is situated close to some of Costa Blanca's finest golf courses. Also a 10 minute walk to the brand new La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre. The biggest shopping centre in the province of Alicante with over 140 shops such as Primark/Pennys and restaurants to chose from. There's something for everyone Outside: The property is based in a private residential area. Outside is a private garden with terrace and stairs leading to a roof solarium with Shower. Patio furniture is provided including sun loungers. Private parking is available. Surroundings provide a communal pool, children’s playground and park facilities. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. The property is maintained regularly while vacant and is thoroughly cleaned before and after each guest. Other: There is a small private gallery beside the kitchen which mainly contains the mops and buckets and there is a sink with running water.

10 Days at the Bungalow

Impressed with the prompt way our booking was handled. We would rate our stay at the bungalow somewhere between OK and fairly good. The Bungalow had all of the facilities that you would require but on a "just adequate" standard. The standard of cleaning could have been better - it all looked a bit "tidied in a hurry" - e.g. the day after we arrived, we mopped all the floors throughout. I feel I must mention that there was an odour in the small bedroom of (dare I say urine?) which on inspection, seemed to emanate from the bottom part of the curtains or in the area around the bottom of the bed nearest the window/curtains - not nice, especially in 30 degrees! Needless to say we did not sleep in that bedroom, but feel obliged to inform you, in order that the problem can be attended to. No complaints at all regarding our transfers to and from the airport. Damien was very helpful with regard to our welcome and giving us a quick tour of Cabo Roig Strip. Unfortunately, going by our experience we would not consider another holiday at the Bungalow. Nevertheless, we enjoyed our holiday in Cabo Roig - beautiful beaches, plenty of bars and restaurants and great weather.

Located in a good position close to the strip for night life and Thursday market and a supermarket.

First impression of the property, kerb appeal on arrival looks tired with old patio set with badly worn and damaged table and some of the seating slats broken I couldn't persuade myself to eat off it. The rooftop solarium was excellent with a good selection of sunbeds etc.

The interior of the property was good with 2 excellent bedrooms with ample storage space.

The kitchen and facilities provided were excellent as was the lounge and dining area. The dining table and chairs were very nice.

The lounge settes including one that converted into a bed although ideal for families with children to sleep on are not comfortable to sit on for any period of time.

In all we enjoyed our stay despite these little niggles and would stay again.

we like the areas

The furniture was not so good and the heater don't work I have to maintain it before us.

Furniture outside was old and there was no pillow to sit on.

We have to bye bedclothes because there was only a thin blanket for the bed.

We like too rent the flat another time if everything is beeing in order

Owner's Response: Hi, I am very sorry to hear your stay was not up to standard. Please note the since February 2016 we have upgraded the furniture. We provide pillows for the outside chairs and they are stored within the property. Also we provide heavy blankets for our guests and these are stored on the property. Christmas & New Year Holiday in Cabo Roig

We enjoyed our stay very much. The property has everything you might require during your stay. It was very easy to book this villa & the owner responded quickly to emails. Cabo Roig is a great place for a holiday, loads of café bars, shops & restaurants, beaches & La Zenia Boulevard & various supermarkets. Also it is flat & everything is within walking distance of this villa. We stayed 10 days & haven't used the car at all. We would recommend The Orange Tree restaurant, food excellent & great staff. Also an Irish pub called The Bog Road, great place & a lovely lady serving you. Both of these are on Cabo Roig Strip.

Excellent location

Lovely clean property in an excellent location for the beach bars restaurants and tge shopping centre . Liam answered all our emails quickly and helped to arrange transferes for us. Cathy who looks after the property for liam is a gem giving us a quick tour of the area and lots of useful information nothing is to much trouble for her thanks cathy. The roof terrace excellent for sunbathing and so peacefull swimming pool area lovely and clean.this was our first visit to the area but we will be coming back soon .

There are several beaches within close proximity of the property, Cabo Roig being the nearest (5-10min walk).

Travel:

Nearest airport in murcia (san javier) - 15 mins drive. Alicante airport - 40 mins drive. Competitive car hire or airport transfers can be arranged.

Distances:

For those who wish to explore outside Cabo Roig there are extensive amenities for all to enjoy in such areas as La Zenia,

Playa Flamenca, Torrevieja, Villamartin and San Pedro Del Pinatar. These are all within 5 -10 mins drive but some are also accessible walking. Alicante city is a 45 min drive from the property. For other means of transport Cabo Roig provides a local taxi service and efficient public transport.

Further Details:

Local amenities include shops, restaurants and bars for all tastes all located within walking distance. Facilities include water sports, water park, fishing, horse riding, go carting, shopping, local markets and more nightlife.
