My wife and I would just like to say that we had a wonderful holiday at your holiday home in Cabo Roig, both the accommodation and area were fantastic and the weather was great.

Your holiday home is ideally located far enough out of the town for peace and quiet but close enough for a 10min walk to the centre.

We will be recommending your accommodation to our friends and family and would stay there again if we decide to holiday in Spain in the coming years.

Excellent location

Lovely clean property in an excellent location for the beach bars restaurants and tge shopping centre . Liam answered all our emails quickly and helped to arrange transferes for us. Cathy who looks after the property for liam is a gem giving us a quick tour of the area and lots of useful information nothing is to much trouble for her thanks cathy. The roof terrace excellent for sunbathing and so peacefull swimming pool area lovely and clean.this was our first visit to the area but we will be coming back soon .

Our stay in Cabo Roig

We had a lovely time in Cabo Roig. We were greeted by Cathy (on time) at villa who was helpfull, the villa was clean, well equiped and close to everything we needed. good parking for car and a lovely pool close by (also spotless) the owner Liam who I would like to thank was also very helpfull and answered all my emails. All in all a lovely relaxing stay and I would like to come again next year, I will be in touch, Ian and Wendy

Great house and location

Just a quick note to say what a great stay we had in your holiday home. The house was very clean and tidy and the private parking was great. The swimming pool area just around the corner was very handy. What we liked most was the location. It is within walking distance from the main strip and local shopping centre. Looking forward to staying there in the future

Everything you need, with reservations

One of the better equipped rentals we've ever had. Disappointed there was no info, though, either of the local area or recommendations by previous visitors. We'd hired a car to explore further afield but could rarely get access to/from the drive with neighbours parking too close on the very narrow road. Ended up having to leave the car on the adjoining public road. Bungalow needs a bit of attention, too. Sunroof walls are cracked and grubby; the "garden" is just a weed strewn gravelled area; there are no cushions for the sun loungers (despite a note about putting them back in their bags), and the staircase is steep, badly needing a handrail. Otherwise, it's a good base for exploring, and is reasonably priced, but we won't be booking it again.

Lovely bungalow

Lovely clean house exactly as described , pool was very clean and well supervised , great location everything within walking distance . Liam was great to deal with always available to answer our questions when booking . We. had a most enjoyable holiday .

There are several beaches within close proximity of the property, Cabo Roig being the nearest (5-10min walk).

Travel:

Nearest airport in murcia (san javier) - 15 mins drive. Alicante airport - 40 mins drive. Competitive car hire or airport transfers can be arranged.

Distances:

For those who wish to explore outside Cabo Roig there are extensive amenities for all to enjoy in such areas as La Zenia,

Playa Flamenca, Torrevieja, Villamartin and San Pedro Del Pinatar. These are all within 5 -10 mins drive but some are also accessible walking. Alicante city is a 45 min drive from the property. For other means of transport Cabo Roig provides a local taxi service and efficient public transport.

Further Details:

Local amenities include shops, restaurants and bars for all tastes all located within walking distance. Facilities include water sports, water park, fishing, horse riding, go carting, shopping, local markets and more nightlife.

Also a 10 minute walk to the brand new La Zenia Boulevard shopping centre. The biggest shopping centre in the province of Alicante with over 140 shops such as Primark/Pennys and restaurants to chose from. There's something for everyone Outside: The property is based in a private residential area. Outside is a private garden with terrace and stairs leading to a roof solarium with Shower. Patio furniture is provided including sun loungers. Private parking is available. Surroundings provide a communal pool, children’s playground and park facilities. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Linen and towels are provided but please bring your own beach towels. The property is maintained regularly while vacant and is thoroughly cleaned before and after each guest. Other: There is a small private gallery beside the kitchen which mainly contains the mops and buckets and there is a sink with running water.
