Built in 2 levels, this is a spacious, bright and attractively designed villa of fine quality. Impressive and appealing furnishings adorn the lounge, including a modern two large piece suite around an ultra-modern glass coffee table. There’s a big screen satellite TV and a further sitting room with open fireplace. Loads of space is devoted to windows which access an ample terrace with lovely views across the valley to the ocean. The dining room leads onto the terrace. Large balconies surround the villa, one having a full sized BBQ area with seating and tables and all have fantastic views of the sea, Albufeira town and the new Albufeira marina. About Villa Atlantida some words:

I am an ex- Hotel Manager and decided to built this villa for holiday purposes -it contains some aspects that an hotel possess -safe, fire blankets, etc - and villas dont.

The villa has a plot of 1500 sqm and was idealized from a famous Portuguese architect.

Beautiful sized gardens, two pools, 3 floors, 250 skm of inside areas between living and dinning rooms, bedrooms, ensuits, bathrooms, fire place, etc.

The area is probably the best one (and one of the newest) in Albufeira, with extended sea and Albufeira views, in the private spot of Cerro Grande - 10 minutes walk from the Center and all amenites.

You will not find better in the area. Enjoy Villa Atlantida!!

Excellent house

A big, beautiful house with lots of space both inside and outside.The poolarea was particularly popular with our 4 children, 2-9 yrs. They want to come back. The house is well maintained and the owner couple is very friendly and obliging. For a 2yearold all the stonestairs can be a problem, or rather for the parents. Because of all the stone and marble the acoustics are difficult but I would absolutely recommend this house to anybody. We were a group of 10 people from 2 to 70 yrs.

You are 15 minutes of walking distance of Albufeira Beach. 7 minutes car distance of Galé, Salgados, etc. The nearest Beach is less than 0.5km. Marina is less than 0.5km.

A little further afield there there is a good selection of good beaches running both to the east and west from the town...Praia de Balaia, São Rafael, Praia de Castelo, Praia de Falésia, Praia de Galé, de Olhos d’Agua, Praia de Maria Luisa being the main ones.


Faro is the next airport. 40 minutes by car. Due to villa location car is not needed.


You are located in Albufeira Centre.

Thematic Parks: Zoo-marine, Slide and Splash, The Big One, Museums of Albufeira, Zebra Safari, the list is endless...
