'Le Merisier' is a perfect Provencal villa, which combines all the modern conveniences of today, with French charm. It is comfortably & stylishly furnished with French windows opening onto the terraces. The 1st floor balcony affords beautiful views. Set within a large garden extending to over 1 hectare, its hillside position offers stunning views across the valley to the Maures. Its private position offers a sense of seclusion. However, the lively town of Lorgues is only 1.5 kms away. Lorgues has all amenities, & a good selection of pavement cafes & restaurants. It also boasts an excellent Provencal market every Tuesday. Lorgues is home to the world-famous truffle restaurant Chez Bruno. The Lorgues area is surrounded by vineyards, which produce some of the best, rose wines in Provence. The area is ideal for walking, cycling, sightseeing or just lounging next to the pool & soaking up the sunshine & sipping a chilled rose wine, and the famous Provencal food.

  • The Master Bedroom is on the first floor. It is a lovely spacious room with windows on three sides making it very light and airy. It has french windows onto a good-sized balcony with a view of the gardens and across the valley to the hills beyond. The balcony has chairs and a table for relaxing and soaking up the scenery. The room is furnished with a king-sized bed, double wardrobe, dressing table, and a separate seating area. The twin bedroom is also on the first floor, furnished with twin beds a wardrobe and cupboard. It commands beautiful views across the countryside. The double bedroom is on the ground floor. It has a double-deb a large wardrobe and bedside tables. French doors open onto a covered terrace with views across the pool and gardens. A table and chairs are provided on the terrace.

Outside: Private drive to house, huge (1 hectare) garden with private 10m x 5m pool accessed via roman steps. Separate poolhouse with summer kitchen and barbecue. Several terraces (covered and open). Sunloungers, parasols, chairs and cushions all provided. Outside dining table and chairs allow you to dine al fresco throughout the summer! Utility Room: Washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board, vacuum cleaner aned other cleaning equipment all available. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen included. property is cleaned before and after your stay, extra cleaning available on request (chargeable). Other: Garage.

Security deposit is taken in the form of a credit/debit card guarantee, and no money will be taken in advance.
