The apartment is on the top floor of a lovely, traditional Sevillana house, just one block from the Plaza del Museo (The Museum of Fine Arts) -- a perfect location, both central and quiet, from which the whole city can be visited on foot.

The apartment is light and airy and sunny all day, with views over the rooftops. It is well furnished and equipped, and prettily decorated.

Plant-filled terrace, southern orientation, 16m2, has table and chairs with parasol -- perfect for meals and drinks outside.

A/C. Ceiling fans in every room. WI-FI. Heating.

Towels and linen provided.

The neighborhood has all you need: bars and cafes, supermarkets, cinemas, Post Office, department stores, bike rental places, churches. Only 3 blocks from the river walks and gardens. 15-min walk through the downtown pedestrian shopping area to the Cathedral and 5-min to the Plaza de Armas bus station with buses to airport, Cordoba, Madrid and Portugal. Bus to Santa Justa train station is 5 mins' walk away in Plaza del Duque.

Please note that this apartment is a 3rd-floor walk-up, and unsuitable for children under 6 and anyone who has difficulty with stairs.

Our building is not a block of tourist flats. The neighbors are natives of Seville, mainly elderly, and we ask that you please be quiet at night, respectful of them, careful about security, and that you have no parties.

This apartment used to be my home. I looked at more than thirty apartments in Seville before buying this one. I loved it on first sight because of the light, the views, the location, the quiet. It's a peaceful and romantic place.

What makes this apartment unique

This attic is light, airy, romantic, and it has great views. It's full of windows, yet there are no neighbors overlooking. The orientation is east-west, so it's sunny all day, and most of the windows placed across from each other, creating a good through-breeze. There are ceiling fans, a/c, plants, nice engravings on the walls. The terrace is private, sunny all day long, perfect for drinks and meals eating outside.

We have stayed in the flat twice and plan to visit again in October. The apartment is very comfortable and attractively furnished with a lovely patio with views of the roof-tops of Seville. It is about a fifteen minute walk from the cathedral, Real Alcazar and very near the river.

The immediate area is one of delightful narrow streets with many churches, plazas, cafes, bars, local markets and food shops. Here you can experience the more authentic flavour of Seville and be prepared to brush up on your Spanish because people don't so readily speak English. We particularly recommend bar Alfe Que Que, a friendly bar on Calle San Vicente which has live music every Saturday night ranging from jazz to flamenco.

Excellent flat in Seville

We really enjoyed our stay in the apartment, which is spacious and well-placed in a nice residential area within 5 minutes of the Art Gallery and an easy 20 mins. walk from the Cathedral and Alcazar. The apartment is spacious, airy and cool and the private roof terrace is a real boon. Generally well equipped, though I feel that the cutlery and crockery are due for renewed, but the beds were good and the place was comfortable and quiet. Alexandra's notes were very helpful and she was a mine of information too and very easy to deal with. Overall, it was excellent value, just what we were looking for and we certainly hope to come again!

Great Location

Very well situated apartment. Up a few flight of stairs but got used to this after a couple of climbs. Apartment had everything required, although we did eat out every night. Who wouldn't in Seville? The best thing was location could walk to everything we wanted to see. Good communicarion with owners. Only problem was wish we could have stayed longer

The accommodation fully met with all details and inclusions in the property guide. It was fully equiped, very convenient for the centre of Seville and only a 3 minute walk from a supermarket. There was even quite an array of herbs, spices and condiments available in the property provided for our benefit. The friendly owner met us on arrival and explained the details of the heating, cooking and general systems and property layout; she also provided a local map and offered good advice on where to source provisions and where to explore further afield. I am completely satisfied with all aspects of the property and the holiday in Seville.

Appartement très sympa dans Séville

L'emplacement est très pratique, dans le centre de Séville et cependant très bien situé pour ne pas être bruyant. L'appartement est super et la terrasse très sympa. Nous avons adoré. De plus, les propriétaires sont tout à fait charmants et nous ont donné de très bons conseils. Nous y retournerons avec beaucoup de plaisir.

Coast/Beach: Matalascañas 1 hr

2 blocks from the river, and bridge to Contemporary Art Museum and botanical riverside garden walks. Nearest beach, Matalascanas, 1 hr. by car.


San Pablo airport 15- 20 mins by car to center. Or take EA bus from the airport to Plaza de Armas bus station. The flat is a 10-minutes walk from there. Cross Calle Torneo, go down Calle Alfonso XII, turn left on Calle San Vicente and walk one block.


All tourist sites are within easy walking distance.

Set in the historic centre (Casco Antiguo) of Seville. The neighbourhood has a General Post Office, ATM machine, various tapas bars, local supermarket, delicatessen, various shops including a bookshop, the famous church of San Vicente, the Museum of Fine Arts, small squares, and within two blocks, the department store, El Corte Inglés and the beginning of the downtown shopping district leading to Plaza Nueva and the Cathedral. 5-mins to Plaza de Armas bus station and buses to the airport and further afield to Grenada, Cordoba, Malaga, Madrid, Cadiz and points west.
