The house has 3 bedrooms, 1 shower room, 1 bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining room. The adjoining apartment has 1 bedroom, a kitchen, lounge, shower room/WC. Outside there are well maintained terraced gardens, a roof terrace which leads from the Naya, BBQ/outside eating area and an 11x5x 2m private pool. At the front is off road parking for 4 cars. Swimming pool newly refurbished to incorporate a shallower area for children, mosaic tiling and Roman style entry steps.
Matt and Donna live in England with their 2 children and our 4year old pet Dogue de Bordeaux called Ponche (named after the Spanish liquer Ponche Caballero or punch of gentlemen). Donna is a Teacher and I work in the Offshore Oil and Gas industry. We spend most of our holidays in Spain, where we have family and made many friends. We have fallen in love with the country, traditions, cuisine and lifestyle.

The villa is located on the South side of calpe in a quiet established urbanisation dating back to 1970. It offers the best of both worlds in that peace and quiet can be enjoyed whilst remaining close (only 10 mins drive) to the vibrant bars and restaurant the town of Calpe has to offer.
Calpe is conveniently located between Alicante and Valencia airports, and we consider it centrally placed to enjoy the many attractions that the Costa Blanca has to offer.
Whilst in a quiet location, the villa enjoys the benefits of 4 fabulous restaurants, a kiosk selling fresh bread daily and a secluded beach within 15 minutes walk of the villa. There is also an intimate Sea Lounge bar near the beach overlooking a small marina which offers great cocktails and light entertainment in the evenings featuring Jazz, Bossa Nova and Samba bands.
We all just wanted to thank you for a lovely holiday. Your Villa is lovely and we have reccomended you to many friends and family which i hope you do not mind. We left a number of inflatables at the villa as the boys spent 90 euros between them and we thought it would be a waste to throw them away so we hoped that your children may find a use for them.

Just to say we had a wonderful week (which wasn't long enough). The villa and outside area was great, couldn't keep Maisie out of the pool and everyone had their bit of space to relax. We all loved Calpe, particularly the south side and we definitely would return. The meals we chose at Restaurant Maryvilla were lovely, I couldn't get enough of the gnocci with mushrooms. L.O.

A group of friends and myself have just spent a week in this superb villa. We all just wanted to relax and that's exactly what we did. It was the most chilled we had been in a long time. The villa was nice and spacious and had everything we needed. The pool was fantastic with plenty of terraces to sunbathe or admire the spectacular views. The nights we didn't bar-b-que we walked 5 minutes down the road to the restaurant where the food was superb.
It was quite easy to find once we'd mastered the Maryvilla roads and was only a 15 minute drive to the centre of Calpe. I would thoroughly recommend this villa, we had a fantastic week. Thank you x

Deposit: 25% of total rental price to be paid within 7 days of booking being confirmed.
Balance: Payable 8 weeks before departure together with a security deposit of £150. The security deposit will be fully refunded within 28 days of return provided that there are no damages or breakages at the property, or any excessive use of electricity. If you fail to pay the balance when due, your booking may be cancelled.
Saturday changeover. Arrival time 4 p.m. Departure no later than 10 a.m.

£150 Refundable security deposit is required when balance is paid. This will be returned providing there are no major damages or excessive cleaning required.
IMPORTANT NOTE : It is mandatory that you have your own personal travel insurance for all members of the travelling party which incorporates the duration of the stay. We will not accept liability for any personal claims
