This brand new, first floor modern apartment is situated in a small fishing village 15 minutes stroll around the beautiful headland of the fjord to the spectacular walled town of Kotor. These large, 1 bedroom, air-conditioned apartments have satellite TV, shared swimming pool, including use of loungers, large terrace and an outside splash shower. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, separate utility room, and is fully equipped for self catering. The large, private balconies are perfect for alfresco dining. The air conditioning ensures you keep cool in the summer, and warm in the winter.

About Piers Jenkins

We are a Welsh couple who have always had the travel bug, but unfortunatly both work full time !!. I am an Independent Financial Adviser , and my fiance , Jayne is a doctor. We first visited Montenegro in 2006, and fell in love with the place. A year later , I found myself with a mortgage , but a beautiful view. Since then we have been back over a dozen times We are captivated by Montenegro's beauty , along with the friendly people here. I am a bit biased , as the 3rd time we visited back in 2007 , we overturned the hire car in Herceg Novi , and a man ran out of his house , called 2 friends over . Somehow , they managed to put the car back on 4 wheels !!. Not a word to Economy car rentals please !.

Why Piers Jenkins chose Montenegro

We are very lucky in owning the apartment , as it was the first batch of apartments to be built in Muo (so the best view) , which is a very quiet village with a few bars , and lots of room to swim. But then just a 2 minute drive , or a 15 minute walk (my preference) , you have a bustling city like Kotor which has all the history you can imagine , along with lots of shops , resteraunts, and good night life if you want it (I'm too old for that !!).

What makes this apartment unique

Kotor-Muo apartments only has 18 units , and it never feels busy. But it is always nice to say hello to your neighbours hanging over the balcony , or sunbathing by the pool. The company that looks after the complex are excellent as well , and there is a caretaker on site who speaks English.

The busier Kotor-Vista complex is only about 100 yards further up the hill , where there are 2 more swimming pools, a jacuuzi , and internet access by the pool : that's decadent !!.

"Hi Piers, We had an absolutely fantastic holiday thank you- the apartment is in such a beatiful spot, the view was incredible. The apartment was fantastic , lots of space & very very clean. We hopefully left it in the same way. The balcony was a great size for the 4 of us and the others said the sofa bed was really comfy. The instructions for the oven were helpful along with the washing machine. The pool was great; never too busy and very friendly people about. We spent a lot of time swimming in the fjord, which was suprisingly warm ; bliss ! Notes on accommodation: Air-conditioning/heater unit and the apartment has it's own private, on site, allocated parking space marked with the apartment number. A 'meet and greet' service can be arranged for an extra cost. Outside: Shared pool and showers set in a landscaped garden area overlooking the fjord. The pool is available from mid May to October. Loungers are provided. For the exclusive use of guests. Holidaymakers can walk down to the shoreline if they prefer , to swim in the refreshing fjord. Dobrota on the other side has been reached by a few of our more adventerous guests !!. Bar open by the shoreline serving drinks for the rest of our guests. About 100 yards uphill , is the larger sister apartment block called Kotor Vista. This has 2 further swimming pools and a jacuuzi if our guests fancy a change. Also internet access by the poolside for our business ladies & gentlemen , along with any children who need to play Nintendos on-line in the sun !!. Utility Room: Utility Room has a washing machine and iron/ironing board. Also a hair dryer , and an umbrella if it is raining !!! Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Towels and linen are included for your use in the apartment. The property is cleaned fully , and linen changed between each of our guests holiday. More frequent changed can be arranged on request at an additional charge if required. Other: Wireless internet available on request. Dining table with 4 chairs. Garden has a pool and splash shower with stunning views of the bay, along with terraces and sun decks.

Great apartment with stunning views

Breathtaking views with the added bonus of watching cruise liners come in and out of Port. The apartment is not too far from the Town of Kotor and if you choose not to walk the taxis are very cheap. A lovely location with lots of restaurants locally that offer good food and affordable prices. Would recommend.

Amazing! Couldn't have been better!

The apartment is perfect. The view from the balcony is amazing - we could have sat there all day. The apartment has everything you need and is set in a lovely location - outside of the hussle and bussle of the old town but withing easy walking distance for dinner and sight seeing.

Piers, the owne, couldn't have been more helpful. He made the entire booking process effortless and was endlessly helpful.

I can't recommend highly enough!!

Fabulous apartment with amazing views

Everything you need for a relaxing comfortable stay can be found in this apartment. Piers was very helpful and always available by email to answer questions. There is a shop 5 minutes walk away where you can get all you need. If you can drag yourself away from the balcony with fantastic views and the daily arrival of cruise liners the walk into Kotor old town only takes about 20 minutes. It is an easy walk although the first 10 minutes has no pavement and you need to watch the traffic as some drive rather fast, but a taxi is a cheap and easy option using either red taxis or Kotor taxis at about 2 to 3 euros. There are so many restaurants and bars in the old town you will be spoilt for choice. All tucked away in an amazing warren of streets. We ate in a different restaurant every night of our 7 night stay. All were very good. We will certainly recommend this accommodation.

Truly stunning views, magnificent mountains

We stayed here for one week and really regretted not booking two! All we could ask for was provided. Piers made the whole process really simple, everything went without a hitch! Listing and photos do not do it justice, and I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment to all our friends. Very well maintained and Piers arranged our transport to and from the small airport at Tivat, short taxi drive and we were there, couldn't ask for more haste free arrangements. We love Muo and Kotor, just our kind of place, relaxing with just a touch of old world about it. Loved sitting on the balcony first thing in the morning watching the man bringing in his fishing lines and seeing the guy casting his nets off one of the jetties. Kotor town was beautiful we loved the old buildings and though it's a stop off place for many cruise liners it still has atmosphere and is not too spoiled, the locals we spoke to there were really friendly too. Plenty of restaurants and bars and just a leisurely 10 to 15 mins stroll away. The supermarket was an easy walk really but Red taxis are very cheap, with really friendly drivers, we didn't use it often and shopped where the locals do in shops closer by, real 'corner shops' stocking everything, fresh bread, veg and fruit, wine and beer. Inexpensive holiday all round with cheap flights from Manchester, again would thoroughly recommend this property

Stunning View and Lovely Apartment

We picked the apartment for the view and were not disappointed, stunning both day and night. I could hardly tear myself away from the balcony to go sightseeing. The apartment was very well maintained and clean with everything we needed in it. A twenty minute walk to Kotor or a short and cheap taxi ride. The owner was very helpful both before and after we booked and gave us lots of hints and tips as well as booking our taxi from the airport. I would definitely recommend this apartment.
