An attractive air conditioned 1 bedroom apartment overlooking the 3 shared pools on a beautiful complex. Ideally located for the beach and town centre. There are also tennis court, basketball, football facilities and child’s play area. There are large sun terraces with ample sunbeds. Prime positioned on top floor with balcony overlooking the swimming pools and sun terrace. Recently painted and refurbished.

The apartment was lovely and had everything we needed to have a nice break away...Loved the fact the apartment had a safe and the pannini machine which was a god send, we had a brill time and may be back to you in the future and will definitely refer friends. Sarah and David (July 2010).

Spent most of our time on the beaches at Cotillo - the weather was absolutely fabulous and exceeded all our expectations. We had a couple of great nights at Rock Island Bar and visited a few other old haunts (from a past life!)... so all in all we had a fabulous holiday - apart from the fact that it went in too quickly! That's the first time we've had air conditioning in 12 years of visits to Fuerteventura - and although we used it sparingly - found it at times a God send!

So we're awarding you 10 out of 10 for a fantastic holiday

Fantastic

I had a fantastic 10-day stay in this apartment. It is perfectly located close to the beach, a lovely shopping complex / supermarket right next door and Corralejo's main street only 10 minutes walk. The area is quiet, safe and the complex is beautifully maintained - with 3 amazing pristine swimming pools with lovely sunbathing areas dotted around.

The apartment itself, is probably one of the prime locations - as the balcony is extra large, gets the sun from 11am-sundown, has 2 sun loungers, a dining table and even a natural umbrella for shade with perfectly positioned greenery to one corner. The apartment was pristine clean, well equipped in all areas and very comfortable. The owner could not have been more helpful, and I honestly cannot recommend this accommodation highly enough. My only tip from the top would be for those who wish for peace and tranquility to avoid school holiday periods. Equally for families with kids, the pools are lively, safe and very well-manned by a friendly life-guard. Thanks for a fantastic holiday : )) will definitely return : )

Nice complex and apartment

Lovely apartment on a nice complex. Situated close enough to the main road which is full of modern shops and bars, yet far enough away not to be noisy. Right next door to a new shopping centre, and a Hyperdino supermarket, most places were open 10.00-23.00 so no late night noise was experienced. Exactly a mile down the main road is the "Old Town", which was full of Spanish Tapas bars, Sports bars, restaurants and English (Irish) pubs, serving everything from fish and chips to top notch Italian cuisine, and a great "music square" where you can sit and enjoy a beer in the Sun whilst listening to the buskers. Enough to do around and about and a good place for couples and families to "chill out". There were no issues with the apartment, Andrew (owner), was a delight to deal with, fast responses to emails, and didn't shout at me when I had to call him as I had forgotten the key code.

The only negative I can think of (and it has nothing to do with the apartment) is the wind, for which Fuerteventura is famous, this can be quite strong at times yet is probably a welcome cooling factor in the hot summer. However the apartments balcony is sheltered and gets the sun nearly all day. There are 3 swimming pools, where you can splash around or enjoy a cocktail at the pool side bar, which shows the live football matches on a large TV.

Fantastic apartment

Twelve years holidaying in corralejo, this is the best apartment I've stayed in. The apartment is spotless, New lined curtains, New fridge, big enough safe to keep your I pad in, even down to an oil filled radiator for a chilly night,, well done Andrew

Great Apartment in a lovely Complex

Have just returned after 2 weeks holiday what a great apartment, location is really good as next door there is a shopping mall with bars, restaurants and large supermarket, the beach is only 10 mins walk away and the old town approx. 20 mins.

The apartment has all you need, including washing machine which we used, the sun is on the balcony from late morning for the rest of the day, so having air con was of benefit

The complex is really nice the pools are cleaned daily and the pool bar not expensive so enjoyed a number of days just lounging by the pool.

There is also BBQ nights each week on Tuesday & Thursday which costs 10 euros each just reserve your place at the pool bar

Will definitely be going back

5-10 mins walk to main beach.

Travel:

The airport on the island is Fuerteventura (FUE) -approx 40 mins transfer time to apartment - Flights from UK approximately 4 hours. Car hire is available at the airport though not essential. Local taxis transfer costs approx 40/50 euros. Local buses also available.

Distances:

The ferry to Lanzarote from Corralejo harbour 1km. Resort of Caleta approx 50 mins bus ride and worth a visit.

Further Details:

Apartment ideally located for all shops, restaurants and bars.
