Bedrooms: both bedrooms offer king size bed (can be exchanged for twins), fitted wardrobes, oak bedside cabinets, oak chest of drawers.
Bathrooms: There are two bathrooms, the first (en-suite) offers a jacuzzi bath with shower over bath, dual sinks, toilet, bidet and heated towel rail. 2nd bathroom offers hydro/massage shower, toilet, heated towel rail and sink.
Kitchen: kitchen is luxuriously appointed with all mod cons including: granite work tops, ceramic hob, extractor fan, F/F, washer/dryer, dishwasher, oven, microwave, kettle, toaster, cafetiere.
Lounge: 2 leather sofas, oak coffee table, sideboard, lamp tables, dining table and 6 chairs, 32 Inch LCD TV and DVD player.
Misc: spacious entrance hall and store cupboard with ironing board, iron, dustpan and brush, mop, bucket and airer. Large balcony off both lounge and master bedroom with patio table, 4 chairs and parasol and sun loungers. The apartment is very secure with electronic blinds on all the windows.
These apartments were built and furnished to the highest specification with air conditioning throughout. Each offers 2 double bedrooms (both of which can be converted to twins). The master bedrooms all have en-suite bathrooms with dual sinks, jacuzzi baths, toilet and bidet. There is also a second bathroom with a hydro massage shower. Each lounge offers luxurious leather sofas, 32-inch LCD TVs and DVD player, and is finished with high quality oak furniture including a dining table for 6. The sleek kitchens are fitted with all mod cons including oven, dishwasher, washer/dryer, fridge/freezer and microwave. Each apartment has two private balconies with dining areas and sun loungers overlooking the secluded pool area that is shared between the 12 apartments that occupy the block. Just 5 mins to Lagos town centre by car or 20 mins walk, everything you could require is within easy reach. Porto de Mos Beach is on your doorstep and Boavista Golf Club just a few minutes away.
The apartment was a beautiful place to stay and in a great location. Everything was clean and very well organised. Barbara was the perfect host for our visit. Friendly, Kind and helpful whenever we needed some advice or assistance. She made the stay even more pleasant and made us feel very welcome, we could not thank her enough! Highly recommend to any family looking for quality time together and a getaway from the busy home life!

We stayed in Apartment C for 5 nights (2 couples in our early 30's). The apartment is very clean and spacious. The A/C works well, but was hardly needed as you get a cool breeze in the evenings. Barbara greeted us at the apartment and provided a few groceries to get us started. She also gave us beach towels to borrow for our stay. The best part of the apartment is the location to the beach - with just a short walk you are at a beautiful beach!

Booking is made with a 25% deposit to secure booking. Full payment due 8 weeks before departure. If booking within 8 weeks of departure, full payment will be required in advance. A security deposit of £150 will be taken prior to occupation of the property. This will be returned at the end of your stay upon inspection of the apartment.
Preferred changeover day is Saturday, however, other days will be considered on request. Guests arriving can enter the property from 3pm onwards. It is requested that the apartment is vacated by 11am on departure days.

Lovely modern apartment, two good size comfortable ensuite doubles. High quality furniture/kitchen fittings. Nice balconies on either side. Nice small development within 5 minutes walk from the beach and beach restaurants. Perfect for a relaxed stay by Porto de Mos and with easy access to Lagos.
These apartments were amazing, superbly equipped and quite luxurious. Spotlessly clean and well maintained. The kitchen was fantastic and everything supplied. Security was very high.
The area is beautiful with a great beach and two lovely restaurants nearby but there was a complete lack of shops in the area. The nearest supermarket was too far to walk and there wasn't a convenience store any nearer. Without a car we found it impossible to get even the basic essentials daily like bread and milk. However, this all adds to the character of the place itself and if you have a car it is not a problem - the said supermarket has everything and Lagos is my favourite holiday resort anywhere.
