A modern air-conditioned apartment situated in the prestigious port of Portals with a view of the yachts and the beautiful landscaped gardens with communal pool.

A stones throw away from the glamour of the marina and the excellent restaurants. Dine the night away and play spot the celebrity in Mallorca's finest marina location.

A two minute walk will take you to the secluded beach, shops or bank all located in the port.

Puerto Portals is in a fantastic location between the main towns of Palma and Andraitx and a short 15 min cab ride from the airport.

The apartment is decorated to a very high standard, has Internet TV with appx 300 channels including all the main SKY TV & its sport and entertainment with fast fibre broadband. Both the TV and internet service are all free. Service is generally very good although it can have the odd glitch but soon recovers.

Hi, we have owned the apartment now for coming on 20 years and have enjoyed fantastic hectic family holidays and now thankfully, far more leisurely relaxing times too. We have relished every moment here and each time we just hate leaving it behind. Judging from all of our guests comments, then i am sure you will feel the same too. We have tried to add everything here possible in a very honest way but if there is anything at all you want to know then email me or i more than happy to do the old fashioned thing, use a Telephone.

Puerto Portals really has everything for everyone and is an amazing place to enjoy a holiday and the apartment is in pole position for the lot. You are close enough to, or far enough away, from everything to suit what whatever mood you are in on the day.

It is really in the most wonderful location on the island for the best food, drinks, super yachts, celebrity watching and it just doesn't get any better in our opinion.

Everything that is great about the island is all here in one square mile and the very best of everything too.

Notes on accommodation: We regret no pets allowed. There are ramps for wheelchairs. Cots or highchairs available upon request. Outside: Private and secure beautiful tropical landscaped garden with swimming pool and separate children's area. Two entrances provide easy access to the either the port or the main village. Other: Separate spacious sunny terrace with dining table and chairs for 6 with a view of the marina and nightlife.

Fabulous Apartment, perfect location

We really enjoyed our holiday in Russell's apartment. We were a group of 4 friends and loved Puerto Portals, the apartment was perfect for us & is so convenient. It is also immaculate,very clean & with everything restaurants, swimming pool, bars & beach on your door step. Russell was a pleasure to deal with, always quickly responding & very helpful. The air conditioning worked well as did the internet . The apartment is extremely well equipped, although it is such a central location ( behind cappuccino's ) it is still quiet & the balcony is a great chill out area. We enjoyed visiting Roxy's beach bar & mood beach club. Thank you Russell, we would love to come back .

Apartment great!

The apartment we stayed in was clean and had everything we needed. The view from the balcony was fantastic especially if you love to people watch!. Thank goodness for the air conditioning as it was extremely hot and humid. There are lots of places to eat at but be aware unless you plan to spend, spend, spend or just have one special meal, i would avoid the restaurants in the square which the balcony overlooks.

The owners of the property, Russell and Beth,are very helpful and more than willing to answer any questions you have. They also have in the apartment a very useful guide to places to eat at and visit.

We would definitely stay at the apartment again.Loved it. Thanks Russell and Beth.x

Superb location and very comfortable apartment

Apartment was just what we were looking for, for a 3 night break to Majorca in November. It is ideally located being right next to the Port and only 400 metres from the beach. Even though it was November the sea water was still warm enough to swim in. Within the apartment there is all the usual creature comfort that you would expect and Beth was very helpful in providing suggestions for places to visit/eat.

Owner's Response: Wow you are brave i have to say. It is always nice to see guests enjoy themselves to the max but that might just be taking it a bit to far for me i have to say. We have had some great weather that time of the year and late season is my personal favourite. It still has atmosphere in the port but just that bit easier to get about and get tables where you want without thinking about it but i hadnt considered swimming in the sea for sure. Glad you had a good stay and enjoyed yourselves Russell

Very nice Apartment

The apartment is spacious, clean and comfortable. Satellite TV channels, WiFi and air conditioning. Bonus was the mini dishwasher so we didn't have to was our breakfast dishes. What a treat. There is a ground floor entrance which goes straight out into Puerto Portals and there are plenty of taxis. Local buses run from the top of Puerto Portals so you don't need a car. However there was plenty of parking just outside of the apartment block should you prefer one. You couldn't ask for a more luxury location, Port, beach, stunning shops and supermarket all in very close proximity. The lady that looks after the apartment was easy to contact by telephone if you had any problems of which we didn't. Would definitely use again.

Fantastic Location..Perfect accomodation..

Russell is a pleasure to deal with.. this was our first time renting through owners direct.. we have been lucky enough to visit portals before so we knew the area, however Russells information pack on arrival pointed us to some restaurants we had not been to before such as Malbec, directly behind the apartment block, which does the best fillet steak.. the apartment has everything you need, we were four people, two teenagers and the Wi-Fi was a god send! it was perfect for them to catch up on facebook etc.. the TV was also excellent with all UK channels.. the apartment is located right opposite Tiahini restaurant so right on the port and a short walk to the beach. the pool at the apartment has plenty space for sunbathing... all in all excellent value for money.. we will be back!

A fabulous apartment in a fantastic location.

The apartment was in pristine condition, with every thought given to make the guests feel totally comfortable in their stay. The location was exactly what we imagined, and it also had the use of a fabulous pool and garden area to sunbathe. Russell the owner went out of his way to support our every need, and even accommodated our late departure. Russell also went the extra mile to leave a fully detailed welcome pack to ensure we had as much information on almost every matter you could think of, and we most certainly would recommend using the apartment to anyone wanting to stay on Puerto Portals. We intend to re-book next year, as soon as we can confirm dates.

Location

Coast/Beach:

The beach is at the end of the marina so less than a few hundred yards. The beach is a long sandy well kept example with its own island to swim to. Access is easy with no steps or hills to negotiate. It has a couple of small well kept refreshment bars and a small restaurant.

Travel:

Palma airport is 20 minutes away and the main town of Palma with its cathedral a 10 minute cab ride.

Local attractions and amenities are the Marine life park with sealions and dolphins with daily shows and the tennis club with sports centre.

There is an excellent air conditioned regular bus service that passes on the coast ride and can take you in the direction of both Palma town and Andraitx and with so much to do in the area of the port there is little need for a car.
