Fully air-conditioned tastefully furnished 2-bedroomed luxury apartment with 33 square metre bouganvillia clad balcony, perfect for sunbathing and alfresco dining (BBQ available) and a pool view! All rooms have patio doors with insect screens leading out to the balcony. Set in tranquil, landscaped gardens surrounded by citrus and poplar trees. Hesperides Gardens is centrally located between the old town, the harbour area and The Tomb of the Kings and there are 2 mini markets within 5 minutes walk. 15 minutes from Paphos airport and an ideal base for exploring Cyprus. Three golf courses within 15km of apartment and beaches and the new marina are within 5 minutes drive. Hundreds of restaurants to choose from catering for all tastes, many within a few minutes drive. Under cover parking, solar heating (with back-up water heaters for the occasional cloudy days) and a lift is available. Plasma TV with Sky and UK channels, DVD player plus an IPod docking station. Wifi is available, at extra charges. A real 'home from home!'

Fabulous Apartment!

We are a family of four, and thoroughly enjoyed our two week stay in this light and airy apartment. As stated in the previous reviews, the place really is a home from home, and really enhanced our vacation (especially the spacious balcony)! I have no hesitation in recommending this apartment to future travellers seeking lovely accommodation in Paphos.

We had a fantastic week at this apartment with our 1 year old girl.

apartment was perfect and the great balcony meant we could BBQ and enjoy a nice glass of wine in the evenings. Great facilities with 2 pools and lovely neighbours

Wonderful apartment

Wonderful apartment with everything you need for a great holiday.

We love cooking so having a large kitchen with all the kit you need (plus BBQ) to cook up a feast.

High quality finish to the apartment so a brilliant base.

About 20 minute walk into Paphos Harbour but a pleasant walk.

Tina was brilliant in liaising with us and coordinating.

Would highly recommend.

Lovely spacious appartment

We really enjoyed our stay in this lovely spacious apartment. We booked it for 10 nights for three people but it could easily accommodate more. Our son was getting married in Cyprus and the guests all booked to stay in different places but our choice was one of the best. We had 10 people use the appartment to get ready on the day of the wedding and there was plenty of room. The balcony is a fabulous size. We hired a car and it was great to have a parking space with the appartment. We made many trips into the harbour area where the parking was free.which was a bonus. We would definitely recommend the appartment to others and would like to stay there again when we return to Cyprus.

Having had such a great time before we chose to return to Hesperides Gardens. The apartment is as good as ever, in a good location and equipped with everything you could possibly need. Huge balcony, part with shade and fabulous pool area.

Can't believe how quiet this area is. Despite there being probably 85 apts in the complex, many were not being used. Never experienced more than 9 people in the ( large ) pool, mostly several less and on many occasions just me!

In our particular block ( 10 apts ? ) only 4 seemed to be in use, indeed some appeared to never have been used. It felt as though we were in a private detached villa.We didn't bother with a car as we had explored before and the bus service is so reliable and frequent. Buy a weekly ticket for15 euros to use locally as much as you like, though sadly these cannot now be used after 9pm. This means the last usable bus from Kato Paphos is at 7.30 pm. After 9pm charge is 2.50 euros, otherwise 1.50 euros. We got our money's worth, sometimes 6 trips per day!

Would highly recommend this apartment to friends and look forward to using again. Wouldn't even bother looking for an alternative - it's so good.

Fantastic family holiday

This was our first time in Cyprus and it now won't be our last.

The apartment was excellent, very clean and superbly equipped. The pool is well equipped with plenty of sun beds and the right distance away from the apartment which can been seen from the lovely balcony. We had a couple of questions and the response was very prompt. The owners obviously know what is needed to give you a good holiday. I have already recommended the apartment to my family and friends. All amenities are easily located and the beautiful harbour is only a 10 minute drive away which has many restaurants. Parking is no problem either. We highly recommend the Jeep Safari and the day cruse on the Wave Dancer, they are both great days out and great value. The people are all so friendly and the atmosphere is very relaxing. The directions from the airport given by the owner were spot on. 20 minutes and no wrong turns.

Activity and Interests

Nearest Airport : Paphos International Airport at 10 Kilometres Nearest Ski : Troodos Mountains at 75 Kilometres Car: recommended

Special interest holidays:

Area is great for walking and cycling. A gym/indoor pool is available at a local hotel for a small daily charge.


Paphos has several municipal beaches about 5-10 minutes drive away. Paphos Harbour is about 15-20 minutes walk. A new Marina beach area was completed in May 2008. Coral bay is approximately 15 mins drive. Water sports and boat hire are available.


Paphos Airport is 15 minutes drive and Larnaca is only an hour and a half drive on the new motorway.

A car is advisable to maximise visiting all the treasures that make Cyprus and they drive on the left!


56 miles to the Troodos Mountains.

16 miles to the start of the Akamas peninsular where turtles have been found and protected.

Further Details:

Paphos is a safe and relaxed resort with something for everyone. Numerous shops, bars & restaurants are only minutes drive away or a 20 minute walk. An abundance of historical sites to visit just a short distance from the apartment. The capital city of Nicosia is about an hour and a half drive. No longer the last divided city on earth, you can now visit the Turkish side of Ledris street.

Polis and Latchi with their quaint tavernas are about fifty minutes drive over the mountains. Well worth a visit.

Lively night life is available in 'Bar Street', close to the harbour.

Numerous banks and ATMs throughout the resort.

For your peace of mind a smoke alarm, fire extinguisher and fire blanket are fitted. Suitable for children with strict supervision. Outside: 33 sq.m. balcony with flower tubs, pergola and shading. Full sun from 11am until late in Summer months. Wall and pedestal lighting 4-seater square table and chairs and matching 2 seater bench with cushions and two sun loungers. Gas barbecue. View of main infinity pool and gardens. Both pools have free sun loungers and umbrellas. Utility Room: Hotpoint washing machine located in hall cupboard where brooms/vacuum cleaner/mops and safe are also housed. Fire extinguisher on hall wall. Smoke alarm. Dehumidifier with air purifier available (small extra charge)- great for allergy sufferers!
