It is ideally located close to Meia Praia beach and within walking distance (10 mins) to the Marina and (15 mins) to the centre of Lagos. The apartment enjoys views and direct access to the pool area from lounge and master bedroom at ground floor level via the safety gate. The spacious terrace has a patio dining table with 6 chairs with barbecue and 2 sun loungers. The apartment is heated for winter months if required. It is not necessary to hire a car but secure underground parking is available if required. The apartment is suitable for 4 people with 2 fold away beds to accommodate 2 extra people by prior agreement.
We have bought our property in Lagos as a long term investment and to have a base for family holidays.
We have 3 children and we bought the apartment for family holidays.. We chose the apartment as it is ground floor and is ideal for the children to play in the pool and for us to be closeby. The complex is not big and is secure and very friendly. We have met many of the owners of the other apartments and they are really nice people.
We go to the apartment a couple of times a year and rent the apartment out to families and have been lucky enough to have some really nice people to stay.

The apartment is close to the beach, marina and town. It is possible to get to Lagos by a short walk.
Our apartment has a very large terrace and is ground floor. Five steps will take you from the terrace to the pool. This is a great feature for both adults and children. The complex is small, secure and friendly. There is a security gate to keep small children safe.
We had a wonderful time at the apt. If we had any criticism it would be that your web page does not do the apt justice. It doesn’t give the beautiful perspective from your balcony out over the beach huts to the sea as the boats sail in and out of the harbour. Nor does it explain that a walk to the beach or beach restaurants is literally 5 mins. It is a great apartment and I would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone. The apartment is very child friendly. My kids just loved it.
We had a fabulous time. The apartment was perfect – equipped to a wonderfully high standard and in an excellent position for lagos town, marina and beach whilst still being quiet at night. It was a bonus to have such easy access to the pool area while still being safe while still being safe/secure for the children. Lagos itself has something for everyone superb choice of restaurants and shops whilst retaining its charm with mostly pedestrionised cobbled streets. We shall be sure to use you again.
Me and my husband have had a wonderful 12 nights stay in this apartment, it is a lovely place like home from home, great pool and sunbathing area with easy access,also has a very spacious patio area.

30% depsosit required to secure booking and full payment required 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment by electronic transfer or cheque. A refundable deposit of £200 is required at time of final payment to cover breakages, damage, loss of keys etc. This will be returned 1 week after the holiday subject to confirmation that all is OK from our property manager.
Changeover day is flexible. Access to the apartment is after 4pm and the apartment is to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. We will however be flexible on these times if possible.
Notes on prices:
Please note we do accept payment in euros. Prices are per property per week based on up to 4 people.
Discounts are available for long term lets excluding July and August. Please contact owners.
There will be an additional charge of £50 per person per week
for 5-6 people.
October - April - there will be an additional charge for electricity to cover the cost of heating - meter readings to be taken.
30% on booking balance 8 weeks prior to departure including security deposit.
