This luxury 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment and is part of an intimate 36 apartment condominium. It is ideally located close to Meia Praia beach and within walking distance (10 mins) to the Marina and (15 mins) to the centre of Lagos. The apartment enjoys views and direct access to the pool area from lounge and master bedroom at ground floor level via the safety gate. The spacious terrace has a patio dining table with 6 chairs with barbecue and 2 sun loungers. The apartment is heated for winter months if required. It is not necessary to hire a car but secure underground parking is available if required. The apartment is suitable for 4 people with 2 fold away beds to accommodate 2 extra people by prior agreement.

About Peter and Fiona Farmer

We have bought our property in Lagos as a long term investment and to have a base for family holidays.

We have 3 children and we bought the apartment for family holidays.. We chose the apartment as it is ground floor and is ideal for the children to play in the pool and for us to be close by. The complex is not big and is secure and very friendly. We have met many of the owners of the other apartments and they are really nice people.

We go to the apartment a couple of times a year and rent the apartment out to families and have been lucky enough to have some really nice people to stay.

We have an efficient booking process and keep our clients informed.

It is furnished to a high standard, and on the ground floor with easy access to the communal pool. It is part of an intimate, 32 apartment condominium. The apartment is close to the beach, marina and town. It is possible to get to Lagos by a short walk.

What makes this apartment unique

Our apartment has a very large terrace and is ground floor. Five steps will take you from the terrace to the pool. This is a great feature for both adults and children. The complex is small, secure and friendly. There is a security gate to keep small children safe.

We had a wonderful time at the apt. If we had any criticism it would be that your web page does not do the apt justice. It doesn’t give the beautiful perspective from your balcony out over the beach huts to the sea as the boats sail in and out of the harbour. Nor does it explain that a walk to the beach or beach restaurants is literally 5 mins. It is a great apartment and I would not hesitate in recommending it to anyone. The apartment is very child friendly. My kids just loved it.

We had a fabulous time. The apartment was perfect – equipped to a wonderfully high standard and in an excellent position for lagos town, marina and beach whilst still being quiet at night. It was a bonus to have such easy access to the pool area while still being safe while still being safe/secure for the children. Lagos itself has something for everyone superb choice of restaurants and shops whilst retaining its charm with mostly pedestrionised cobbled streets. We shall be sure to use you again.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is in an up and coming area of Lagos. It is located in a 36 apartment condominium which is small and intimate, very friendly and secure. The apartment is suitable for all ages of children. The apartment is secure and is on ground floor level. There is a safety gate with lock to the pool area. The pool area has a children's pool in addition to the large shared pool. Outside: Large spacious terrace with full built in barbecue. There is a dining table and chairs for 6 people and 2 sun loungers. The terrace is approximately south facing and gets the sun until midday. The terrace has direct access to the shared pool area which gets the sun all day long. There is a large (approx 15m) shared swimming pool with small splash pools for the children. Utility Room: Utility balcony at rear of kitchen suitable for drying area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: All bed linen and towels are provided with the exception of beach towels. The apartment will be cleaned weekly with a change of towels and linen for guests staying for 2 weeks. Other: Large terrace (10sq m) with direct access to the pool via the safety gate. Full built in barbecue on terrace.

Me and my husband have had a wonderful 12 nights stay in this apartment, it is a lovely place like home from home, great pool and sunbathing area with easy access,also has a very spacious patio area.

Excellent location for beech,Marina and the old town,we will definitely be returning

The apartment is located a pleasant 15 minute stroll from the beautiful golden sands of Meia Praia beach. The beach is never crowded and has a couple of beach bars serving drinks and food during the day and evening. Water sports are available from the beach during high season. Donna Ana Beach is a smaller more intimate sheltered cove with cafe and restaurant. It is a 10 minute drive from the apartment but it is possible to take a tourist train from the marina during the summer season.


The apartment is 45 minutes drive from Faro airport. Car hire can be organised for collection at the airport. The airport shuttle costs approx €20 per person or a taxi for up to 4 people will cost approx €75. There is a bus from the airport to Faro train station (€1) and the train (running every 2 hours) costs (€6) - takes 1.5hrs. Apartment 5 mins walk from station.

It is not necessary to have a hire car once at the apartment as it is possible to walk to the beach, Marina and centre of Lagos.


The apartment is ideally located within walking distance of the bus and train stations where transport can be found to the many attractions of the Algarve including the water parks, zoo marine, aqualand, zoo. Shopping malls at Portimao and Albufeira and also the beauty spots of Monchique and Cabo De Sao Vincente are all a short car drive away. Sagres offering watersports and Silves with its beautiful castle are also only a short drive away and well worth the visit.

Further Details:

Wi-Fi can be arranged for a small extra cost. There is a supermarket 15 minutes walk (5 minutes drive) from the apartment. It is possible to get a taxi from the supermarket if you do not have a hire car. There are a couple of bars on Meia Priaia beach (15 mins walk)and many shops, bars and restaurants on the Marina (10 mins walk) and centre of Lagos (15 mins walk). The centre of Lagos has Barclays and all the major Portugese banks. It is possible to take Dolphin spotting trips, fishing trips, boat chartering, sailing and grotto trips from the Marina and Harbour. There is large leisure centre (15 mins walk) from the apartment that has a large olympic size swimming pool with fully equipped gym and offers a range of classes.

Damage Deposit £200

Booking Notes:
25% depsosit required to secure booking and full payment required 8 weeks prior to departure. Payment by electronic transfer or cheque. A refundable deposit of £200 is required at time of final payment to cover breakages, damage, loss of keys etc. This will be returned 1 week after the holiday subject to confirmation that all is OK from our property manager.

Changeover Day:
Changeover day is flexible. Access to the apartment is after 4pm and the apartment is to be vacated by 10am on day of departure. We will however be flexible on these times if possible.

Notes on prices:
Please note we do accept payment in euros. Prices are per property per week based on up to 4 people.
Discounts are available for long term lets excluding July and August. Please contact owners.
There will be an additional charge of £50 per person per week
for 5-6 people.
October - April - there will be an additional charge for electricity to cover the cost of heating - meter readings to be taken.

100% refund for cancellations more than 30 days before check-in date.
