Calis enjoys refreshing afternoon breezes and beautiful red sunsets every day. Every morning you can take a swim in the sea. The apartments offer high quality in modern design and with a magnificent panoramic view over the beautiful bay of Fethiye and Aegean islands. Located on the seafront promenade in the centre of Calis, a charming sea side town with a wide selection of shops and restaurants. Fethiye town is excellent for shopping and nightlife and is only 10 mins by taxi or 30 mins by scenic boat ride away. There are a lot of recreational, cultural and historical sites to be reached within maximum of 30 minutes. Accessible from Dalaman Airport, with only a transfer time of 40 minutes.

Sunset A17, duplex apartment over 2nd and 3rd floors, air-conditioned throughout.

Entrance floor: Open plan living room/dining/kitchen with 2 balconies each with stunning sea views facing Fethiye. This room has a sofa,comfy chair, coffee table, TV, dining table. Fully fitted kitchen includes cooker, kettle, dishwasher,fridgefreezer and washing machine. On this floor you have a wc/shower room. You also have the 1st bedroom which is a double.

Upstairs: Lounge 2 is on upper level which can also be used as the 3rd bedroom, this room has a large double sofa bed and balcony with sea views. You have a seperate twin bedroom with plenty of storage space. Also on this floor you have a 2nd bathroom with shower/bath, wc and hand basin. Linen and towels included (no beach towels).

We are owners of these fantastic apartments in Calis Beach. We live in Denmark with our 2 children Ida at 5 years and Anna at 3 years. Dorte is working with logistics and purchasing in a large Danish company. Jacob works as a construction engineer also in a major Danish company. We have owned the apartments since 2005. And enjoy every year our holidays in our apartments in Calis. To ensure our customers get the best experience of staying in our apartments, we work with a Turkish firm, the owners live at the Sunset complex. Calis beach apartment

Our family had a super fortnight holiday in A17 and wished it was longer, we had a great holiday. The location was perfect. On the beach, and just a 10 mins to walk to the bars and restaurants and shops.

The apartment was very well equipped plenty of towels, bed linen, kitchen equipment, tv, washing machine etc. The apartment and complex was very clean and loved the pool and beach location.

We used Julian's airport transfers, welcome pack and mid holiday cleaning and they were great. Super value family holiday. Will come again.

Beach apartment

Our family of 5 had an excellent fortnight staying in the lovely beach front apartment. Well equipped including aircon, wifi and tv. Super pools, nice complex and close to resort centre. Would recommend to friends

Many UNESCO heritage sites to visit in this region full of history. Ideal setting for trekking, cycling, water sports

Coast/Beach:

The nearest large town of Fethiye is only 4 km along the coast and retains all the ancient charm for which this area is famous. The famous beach resort of Olu Deniz is approx 13km and is a big attraction for tourists, para-gliders and sunbathers. Çalis Beach over 4km long is just across the bay from Fethiye. There is a boat-taxi service known as the Boat Dolmus that departs about every 30 mins or so and takes you from the center of Calis to the harbour side of Fethiye in a 25 min boat ride.

Travel:

The nearest airport is at Dalaman, approx 45km to the northwest with 40 mins transfer time to the resort. Both properties are managed by Property 4 Sale Turkey, they will handle your booking, will meet and greet you on arrival and can arrange transfers, welcome packs, car hire etc etc - these can be arranged via email.

Distances:

Local shops and restaurants are only a very short walk away (less than 3mins). Every family holiday amenity or activity is available to see/visit or arrange within walking distance of both Sunset A4 and Sunset A17 apartment. A new hospital is only 5 mins by car/bus. Port Gocek 25mins by car/bus.

Further Details:

Car hire is not required as the complex is close to all amenities in Calis. If you wish to go to Fethiye, Oludeniz etc etc the bus stop is just 5 mins walk away, public transport is very cheap with regular service.The closest shop is just 5mins walk at the end of the street. There are several supermarkets in the area including Kipa (owned by Tesco). There are bars and restaurants either side of the complex and a super beach club with free sunloungers at the front. There are ATM's and change offices in Calis, banks in Fethiye. In Calis itself there is a large open air market every Sunday, in Fethiye every Tuesday. On arrival you will be greeted and checked in and information on the resort provided.

For large groups you can book both A4 (ground floor duplex) and A17 (top floor duplex) as both are in the same seafront block. No animals. No smoking in the apartments please but you can use the outside balconies. Outside: The secure complex has a large swimming pool and sunbathing terrace set in pleasant well maintained gardens.
