The lounge includes LCD TV, DVD player, iPod/CD/radio system and a top range sofa bed that easily converts into a large comfortable double bed with a luxurious 11 cm deep mattress. Dining table with seating for 6. Patio doors opening on to the patio overlooking the pool. Fully tiled bathroom with vanity unit and mirror. Shower over bath with glass screen. Top of the range Danish units with built-in Siemens appliances - oven, hob and stainless steel hood, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.
2 luxury 2-bedroom 1+1 apartments on the new Parque de Corcovada development in Albufeira. A wide range of facilities and amenities are on your doorstep - only a 5 min walk to restaurants, bars & shops, 10 min walk to the nearest beach & 20 mins walk to the 'Old Town' (recommended). It is a short drive or bus to Algarve Shopping Mall & a short drive or bus to Aquaparks Zoomarina. There are 18 golf courses within 20km. New in 2007, our 2-bedroom apartments on 1st and 2nd floors overlook the largest shared pool in the complex, which includes facilities such as a restaurant, snack bar, crazy golf and children play area. The on-site office will help with booking taxis, car hire, excursions, trips etc. The apartment is furnished to the highest standards, with Brazilian hard wood flooring, and fully-equipped kitchen with Danish HTH units an Siemens appliances, state of art air-conditioning, 32" TV, Sky, DVD/CD player, DVDs, patio doors and electric shutters over 3 terraces.
Standard rental charges are for 4 guests. Other than for a baby in a travel cot, a charge of 10% of the rental will apply for each additional guest (maximum of 2). A 30% non-refundable deposit paid within 7 days of booking will confirm your reservation. Payment balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. If full payment is not made by 6 weeks before your arrival date we will assume you have cancelled and you will lose your deposit. £150/€200 security deposit is refunded in full within two weeks after you depart if there is no damage. Payment for damages will be deducted from your security deposit if necessary, and any damage in excess of this deposit will be payable by the renter. No monies will be deducted from the security deposit for anything considered as general “wear and tear” eg breaking a glass.
We stayed in Fred and Patricia's apartment for four weeks recently. Booking was easy and we felt that they made any contact personal which was appreciated. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. The view over the pool and gardens was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped with all that you needed if you wanted to cook for yourself. It is fairly close to bars and restaurants but far away enough if you want a quieter time.
We shall be booking again and have no reservations in recommending this property. Thank you Fred and Pat for loaning us your beautiful apartment.
