The lounge includes LCD TV, DVD player, iPod/CD/radio system and a top range sofa bed that easily converts into a large comfortable double bed with a luxurious 11 cm deep mattress. Dining table with seating for 6. Patio doors opening on to the patio overlooking the pool. Fully tiled bathroom with vanity unit and mirror. Shower over bath with glass screen. Top of the range Danish units with built-in Siemens appliances - oven, hob and stainless steel hood, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

New in 2007, our 2-bedroom apartments on 1st and 2nd floors overlook the largest shared pool in the complex, which includes facilities such as a restaurant, snack bar, crazy golf and children play area. The on-site office will help with booking taxis, car hire, excursions, trips etc. The apartment is furnished to the highest standards, with Brazilian hard wood flooring, and fully-equipped kitchen with Danish HTH units an Siemens appliances, state of art air-conditioning, 32" TV, Sky, DVD/CD player, DVDs, patio doors and electric shutters over 3 terraces.

Rates quoted are for 4 guests. A charge of 10% of the rental will apply for each additional guest (maximum of 2), except for a baby in a travel cot. An end of stay cleaning and laundry charge also applies to all bookings. A 30% non-refundable deposit paid within 7 days of booking confirms your reservation. Payment balance due 8 weeks before arrival date. Full payment not made by 8 weeks before arrival date may be taken as cancellation and may result in loss of your deposit. £150/€200 security deposit refunded in full within two weeks after you depart if there is no damage. Damage charges will be deducted from your security deposit, and any damage in excess of this deposit will be payable by the renter. We do not make deductions from the security deposit for anything we consider as general “wear and tear” eg breaking a glass.

Notes on accommodation: Smoking is not permitted in the apartment, and no pets are allowed. Outside: Front door is fitted with a keypad and video entry system covering the outside and main block doors. Master Bedroom, lounge and kitchen balconies all accessed via patio doors and electrically operated shutters that can provide shade from the hot summer sun, or complete darkness in the master bedroom for that perfect night's sleep. Had a wonderful holiday in this gorgeous apartment ... everything you need ... and lovely views over looking the pool ... we are a family off 5 .. 17 year old 11 year old and 5 year old .. lots off space in the apartment .. kids loved it .... we have booked again for next year ... highly recommended

Perfectly located, best views of pools and gardens

A fantastic apartment. Has everything you need for a home from home experience. The apartment was really spacious Owners and local staff where very helpful and provided a good customer service on our break. We had a late plane to catch at night so they stored our luggage for us till the end of the day.

The location is spot on. Nice terraces to sit out on if you don't want to group around the pool. Pool was never too busy and had no problem securing a group of sunbeds. Excellent views of the pools and straight out the door to the pool, which is perfect when you have kids to look after. Close to restaurants and bars. Only 5 mins walk to the main strip and supermarkets also within walking distance.

Loved the New Dubliner pub just across the roundabout. Great pub with food at reasonable prices and entertainment most nights.

The Chinese store across the main roundabout has everthing you could possibly want if you need any goods other than food.

Pools and gardens are well maintained and security checks the pool area and straightens everthing up ready for the next morning.

Would highly recommend and would happily book again.

Beautiful apartment

We stayed in Fred and Patricia's apartment for four weeks recently. Booking was easy and we felt that they made any contact personal which was appreciated. The apartment was very clean and welcoming. The view over the pool and gardens was lovely. The kitchen was well equipped with all that you needed if you wanted to cook for yourself. It is fairly close to bars and restaurants but far away enough if you want a quieter time.

We shall be booking again and have no reservations in recommending this property. Thank you Fred and Pat for loaning us your beautiful apartment.

Albufeira boasts several beautiful white-sandy beaches and rugged coves. The nearest beach is Praia da Oura, only 1km away, with Santa Eulalia 15-20 mins away. Take a taxi or catch the local sightseeing bus to Fisherman's beach at the old town which is close to lots of shops and bars. For small children, the tourist train is a must.


Albufeira is just 36km from Faro airport, a 30 min drive. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged locally at a very reasonable price. With the complex so close to all amenities car hire is not needed but if you want to explore the Algarve then car hire is easy to arrange.


From Albufeira: Faro 40km, Lagos 45km, Portimao 35km, Tavira 60km, Vilamoura 22km, Lisbon 256km, Spain 100km.
