A wide range of facilities and amenities are on your doorstep - only a 5 min walk to restaurants, bars & shops, 10 min walk to the nearest beach & 20 mins walk to the 'Old Town' (recommended). It is a short drive or bus to Algarve Shopping Mall & a short drive or bus to Aquaparks Zoomarina. There are 18 golf courses within 20km. New in 2007, our 2-bedroom apartments on 1st and 2nd floors overlook the largest shared pool in the complex, which includes facilities such as a restaurant, snack bar, crazy golf and children play area. The on-site office will help with booking taxis, car hire, excursions, trips etc. The apartment is furnished to the highest standards, with Brazilian hard wood flooring, and fully-equipped kitchen with Danish HTH units an Siemens appliances, state of art air-conditioning, 32" TV, Sky, DVD/CD player, DVDs, patio doors and electric shutters over 3 terraces.

Master bedroom has 2 single beds, each with bedside cabinets, large built-in triple wardrobe with sliding doors, spacious hanging area & double drawers. Balcony is accessed via a patio door and electrically operated shutter. The second bedroom has 2 single beds, bedside cabinet, and built-in double wardrobe with sliding doors, spacious hanging area and drawers.

The lounge includes LCD TV, DVD player, iPod/CD/radio system and a top range sofa bed that easily converts into a large comfortable double bed with a luxurious 11 cm deep mattress. Dining table with seating for 6. Patio doors opening on to the patio overlooking the pool. Fully tiled bathroom with vanity unit and mirror. Shower over bath with glass screen. Top of the range Danish units with built-in Siemens appliances - oven, hob and stainless steel hood, large fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

Stunning appartment

My family stayed here for 9days our apartment was everything that it was advertised to be the best Appartments I have stayed in we where near by everything no problem getting a sun bed lovely clean pool area short walk to main strip and yet so private and quiet at night you wouldn't hear a sound air conditioning was great so safe for family's security was very visual Aldi and lidl was near by on a taxi and eating out was reasonable Fred and Patricia the owners where lovely to deal with and David. Was very helpful while we where there I could not praise them enough there apartments are home to home and will look forward to returning here thanks for a great holiday really appreciated could fault nothing

Activity and Interests

Coast/Beach:

Albufeira boasts several beautiful white-sandy beaches and rugged coves. The nearest beach is Praia da Oura, only 1km away, with Santa Eulalia 15-20 mins away. Take a taxi or catch the local sightseeing bus to Fisherman's beach at the old town which is close to lots of shops and bars. For small children, the tourist train is a must.

Travel:

Albufeira is just 36km from Faro airport, a 30 min drive. Transfers to and from the airport can be arranged locally at a very reasonable price. With the complex so close to all amenities car hire is not needed but if you want to explore the Algarve then car hire is easy to arrange.

Distances:

From Albufeira: Faro 40km, Lagos 45km, Portimao 35km, Tavira 60km, Vilamoura 22km, Lisbon 256km, Spain 100km.

Fees No additional mandatory fees

Standard rental charges are for 4 guests. Other than for a baby in a travel cot, a charge of 10% of the rental will apply for each additional guest (maximum of 2). A 30% non-refundable deposit paid within 7 days of booking will confirm your reservation. Payment balance is due 8 weeks before your arrival date. If full payment is not made by 6 weeks before your arrival date we will assume you have cancelled and you will lose your deposit. £150/€200 security deposit is refunded in full within two weeks after you depart if there is no damage. Payment for damages will be deducted from your security deposit if necessary, and any damage in excess of this deposit will be payable by the renter. No monies will be deducted from the security deposit for anything considered as general “wear and tear” eg breaking a glass.
