This detached traditional villa is advantageously located in a peaceful area of the resort close to open countryside, cliff tops and sea, yet just a short walk from the resort's amenities and sandy beach. Las Dos Palmeras features two twin bedrooms, comfortable lounge/dining room area, modern kitchen and shower room. The roof top sun terrace is internally accessed via a unique spiral staircase, affords extensive views of lovely open countryside and sea. Guests will enjoy the exclusive use of the villa's swimming pool. Sunbathing is facilitated by the two terrace areas adjoining the pool. Off road parking is available for one vehicle. Easy access to coastal footpaths and the Cami de Cavalls a bridle path around the island which make it an ideal base for walking. Bird watchers will also enjoy regular sightings of Booted Eagles, Fly Catchers and in the right season the Sardinian Warbler and occasionally the Egyptian Vulture.
Ideal for couples and families. Please note the villa is not suitable for children under 7 years of age.

Lovely villa. We stayed for one week with our son during school half term. Although pool temperature a little on the low side it wasn't a problem going to the beach where sea temperature was slightly warmer. Had good weather mainly and warm enough for shorts and t-shirts. Some restaurants were closed at this time of year but there was still plenty open to choose from. Lorengo was particularly good. Property was very clean and well maintained. Villa also easy to find from the details provided by Valerie.

Second time at this lovely villa. Location and facilities are super, pool great for all the family, selection of terraces to suit all.....the roof terrace gives fabulous views and a great retreat with a glass of wine! Close to the restaurants and shops in a very relaxed and friendly town. Amazing walks across the beautiful countryside to nearby coves and beach. Perfect way to relax, becoming a very welcome regular feature in my year, and have a 3rd visit already booked up!! Thank you for sharing this little spot of heaven Valerie.
This was our second visit to this villa and won't be our last. The villa is very clean and well equipped and you can enjoy lovely views of the sea from the roof terrace. The pool is a good size and was well used during our stay-very refreshing. There are plenty of shaded areas around the villa for those times that you need a break from the sun. It is just a 10 minute stroll to the shops, bars, cafes and beach which is definitely worth a visit - spectacular!! We have stayed in many villas in Menorca and this is without a doubt one of our favourites. We would highly recommend this villa.
We have stayed at this villa three times and it just keeps getting better and better. We love a bottle of vino on the roof terrace watching the sun go down after chilled day by the pool, a country walk, a hot run or a swim in the sea. This home from home is far enough away from town for peace and quiet yet walking distance from the beach, the shops and restaurants. We will be back!
Easy to find location of villa. Villa facilities were good, shower very good. So peaceful sitting by the pool or by the kitchen. Pool was very welcome more than once. Really got used to the walk down to Call n porter and tried numerous restaurants /bars. Favourite was Brasserie Don Pablo and Case tia. All in all it was a lovely peaceful week but we still managed to get to Mahon and Cituedella both lovely places. Will definitely be back and will also recommend your villa.
Coast/Beach:
Cala'n Porter village with its restaurants, bars and supermarkets is 10 mins stroll away. The sheltered bay is accessed by steps or by road. In the high season there is a tourist 'train' to transport you at regular intervals to all parts of Cala'n Porter.
Travel:
Mahon airport is a fifteen minute drive away. To appreciate Menorca and to visit its beautiful beaches, car hire is recommended. There are rental companies in Cala'n Porter. There is a bus service to Mahon from where you can travel by bus to all areas of the island.
Distances:
Menorca is 47 kilometres from one side to the other and has a coast line totalling 216 kilometres, therefore it is easy to visit every corner of this beautiful island. Mahon, the largest natural port in the Balearics is a twenty minute drive away.

Cash machines are located in Cala'n Porter centre. A taxi rank is available opposite the Sa Paissa restaurant. In the high season live music is provided in the bars and restaurants.

Booking Notes:
At the time of booking a non refundable deposit of 20% of the total villa rental is payable. The remaining balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to the departure date.
Changeover Day:
Saturday is the preferred changeover day but may be flexible for bookings in April and October. The villa may be accessed after 14.00 on the day of arrival and vacated by 10.00 on the day of departure.
