Modern refurbished apartment with all new equipment in a quiet and well maintained complex. There is a large communal pool and a children’s pool with ample terraces and sun beds. This ground floor apartment is suitable for people with walking difficulties as there are only 2 steps from the complex entrance up to the apartment. 3 mins flat walk away are the shops, bars and supermarkets of the main beach road in Puerto del Carmen. The apartment has a new kitchen and bathroom and is very bright and airy with a lovely garden view. It has a great south facing terrace to catch the sun all day long. We offer full wifi internet and through internet TV you can get all UK TV channels including BBC and ITV to watch in the apartment on an up to date smart TV. The apartment has a safety deposit box for your personal items included in our rental charge.

Fantastic 2 week stay

We have just returned from a lovely two week break in this apartment. The property is fantastic and has pretty much everything you need. The bedrooms are plenty big enough as is the living area and the kitchen.

It is in a very good location within Puerto Del Carmen; ten minute walk to the beach and a multitude of bars and restaurants.

The complex is lovely, very quiet and has a more than adequate sun terrace with more than enough loungers.

My only negative point about the Barranco Seco is the swimming pool. Don't get me wrong, it is lovely and is kept immaculate by the maintenance guy (as are the grounds in general). The only issue is the depth. The "shallow" end of the main pool is 1.7m with the deep end being 2.1m. You really need to be well over 6 feet tall to be able to stand comfortably. I'm a modest 5'10" and I couldn't stand up in it. This led to the kids' pool being used a lot by people who were just wanting a quick dip without having to tread water continuously!!!

If that doesn't bother, I would highly recommend that you book this place should you be planning a stay on the fantastic island of Lanzarote.

Great Location

Very clean and comfortable apartment, beds very comfy. Close to all amenities yet very quiet location. Spar on your doorstep, Amazing Hairdressers, 150 yards away, great for nails etc. Mozzarella Restaurant, just beyond Spar is excellent. Hope to return to Barranco Seco in the future.

Amazing Apartment/location

Branco Seco is by far the best accommodation I have stayed in in lanzarote. 2 minute walk from casino and main strip. Spar literally on your doorstep. Apartment itself very modern and clean. Will definitely be returning ?

Coast/Beach:

There are a selection of beaches in the resort the main one being Playa Grande, 5 mins walk away. If you prefer smaller beaches there are several within easy walking distance of the complex. Water sports, parascending and jet skis available at Playa Chica in the old town of Puerto del Carmen.

Travel:

Airport Arrecife 10 mins in Taxi approx 12 euros. Car hire can be found within 2 mins of the complex approx 120 euros euros per week. Free on street parking is available on the roads around the complex.

Distances:

The complex is in the centre of Puerto del Carmen, the main resort of the island, 3 mins flat walk to the casino. There is

an excellent choice of bars, restaurants, shops and nightclubs to suit a variety of tastes.

Tias, a Spanish village, 10 mins drive offers a more traditional choice of Canarian restaurants and shops.

The apartment has two entrances, a front door, and terrace doors on to garden and complex communal areas. WiFi connection is available in the apartment with unlimited download. Outside: South facing sun terrace with patio table and 5 chairs. Parasol provided for shade. Private well maintained garden area to the front of the apartment. Well lit gated complex which is generally very quiet. The apartment is situated close to the communal pool area. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Bed linen and bath towels are included in the rental price. Linen and towels are changed weekly and the apartment is cleaned after each 7 day period for clients staying 14 nights or more. Clients need to provide own beach towels. Other: There is a terrace with patio table, 4 comfortable chairs and parasol provided. On the other side of the terrace is a small private garden giving a pleasant outlook.
