Situated only 100 yards from the marina, 5 minutes walking distance to the nearest shops, restaurants, bars and also the local beaches, it makes this an excellent location. The villa's location also has easy access to the surrounding area which offers a wide range of activities including multiple Golf Courses, Water-sports and Mondrago Natural Park.

We stayed here last August and have booked to return this August with 3 children 10 and under. After trying different holidays / destinations for years I can see us returning here again and again. House is lovely , has everything you need and more , area and complex clean and convenient cannot fault anything and cannot wait to return.

Very good, great location, excellent villa.

The villa was very clean and well maintained, it was exactly as seen in the pictures. There was a welcome pack when we arrived which tied us over until we could get to the supermarket which is only a short walk away. The 3 pools were great for our children (4 & 7), to play in or practice their swimming.

There was a wide variety of eating places 10-15 (strolling with children) minutes away, either the marina or in Cala Egos you can find Indian, Chinese, Spanish, Italian etc. Plenty of variety for 2 children who are very picky eaters.

We hired a car just to go out and explore some of the local beaches, but with everything so close you don’t really need one. It was easy to deal with the owner before we went; and the owner called us during our holiday to check if all was well. We had been to this property before, and would book again in the future.

This is a perfect villa for all ages, so convienent a car is not necessary. The villa was spotless, everything needed for a holiday, It is close to a selection of restaurants and a short stroll to the Marina and about 10-15 min walk into Cala D`OR . Nothing is to much trouble for the owners and it is maintained to a first class standard. It was so good booked again for June 16.

Activity and Interests


Cla Egos and E's Pou (Es Forti) beaches are easily reached within 10 mins walk.

Mondraego beach with 2 fantastic restraunts is well worth a visit and can be reached in 10 mins by car/taxi or catch the road train and take in the scenery of the surrounding areas of Mondraego national park.


Palma airport is 80km away and takes approx. 40 mins by car.

Car hire is useful for travelling around the island but not essential

As all the local amenities are within walking distance and the local taxi and public transport service is very good.


Cala Egos with lots of shops, restaurants, bars etc. go-carts, crazy golf and ten pin bowling are all within 5 mins walk.

The marina is only 5 mins walk away and a 15 mins stroll around the harbour passed its numerous recommended restaurants and bars will lead you into Cala D'Or centre.

Further Details:

Local supermarket is 5 mins walk.

2 banks and numerous cash machines 10 mins walk situated in Cala Egos.

Tennis courts, indoor swimming pool 3 mins walk.
