Situated to the rear of the Hotel Illa D'or within 150m of the beach and famous pinewalk, a short walk to the restaurant and bars around the market square. The property affords private gardens to both the front and rear, with the front garden overlooking the communal and separate children’s pools set within landscaped gardens, whilst the rear garden and patio area enjoys privacy with the afternoon/evening sun for al fresco dining with a fabulous mountain view.

The apartment sleeps 6 people and comprises of 3 bedrooms, 1 double bedroom with a super king sized bed and full en suite bathroom, one twin bed and one bunk bed room sharing the shower room.

A comfortable lounge/dining room with a TV covering local stations with a sky box, video, DVD player and recently added Wifi..

The kitchen is equipped with fridge/freezer, cooker/hob, dishwasher etc with a separate utility containing a washer, tumble dryer and ironing board.

Notes on accommodation: The apartment is situated on the ground floor with private enclosed garden areas ideal for families. It has the benefit of air conditioning for the summer and the same unit provides heating for the winter. Outside: The apartment is situated within a community that has landscaped gardens with a three tier pool and seperate paddling/childrens pool areas for our younger visitors. Sun loungers are provided for sunbath in privacy both in the apartment and around the pool. Utility Room: With washing machine, tumble dryer, iron, ironing board, drying rack and further sink. Other: The apartment is fully air conditioned with heating for the winter months. A travel cot and highchair provided.

Very nice apartment

We found the apartment clean and very comfortable for a weeks stay in May 14. Pleasantly surprised to find a welcome pack on arrival. In the upmarket Bellesregard estate the apartment is in one section around a central swimming pool. In May we found the area quiet - which was great - I imagine it would much more busy in the summer / school holidays. Access to pool via patio doors on one side of apartment and a decent sunny lawn /area with table to the other side. Nicely located close to complex supermarket & café and the Pine Walk. Only nit picking to say it needs wifi to be a complete 3 bed package.
