Incredible views of the Tramuntana mountains, and only 2mins walk to the beautiful village of Fornalutx with shops, restaurants, cafes and bars. 5mins to Soller and 10mins to the beach at Port de Soller. House is fully equipped with DVD/TV/satellite/music, enclosed log fire for winter months, air-con, and choice of indoor and outdoor dining and seating areas. High chair and cot and selection of toddler friendly toys available. Close to tennis and golf. Strictly no smoking inside the property please.

Notes on accommodation: Very suitable for year round rental; in the heart of excellent and well sign posted walking country whilst still close to beaches, golf and tennis. No pets please. No smoking. Outside: All day sunshine but with choice of terraces, patios and seating areas if you wish to avoid the sun. Sun loungers, outdoor dining, terrace chairs. Stunning views - you could spend you entire holiday here without leaving the house and village. Cleaning / Towels / Linen / Maid service: Weekly clean and towel/linen changeover. Additional maid service available on request. Garden and pool fully maintained. Other: Beautiful covered outdoor kitchen with sink and bbq and table for 6 plus, and additional seating area. Magnificent views of the mountains. Can be used all day and evening. Beautiful terraces, large shaded patio and small enclosed front garden.

Most enjoyable stay. The inevitable odd quirk - one of the coffee machines didn't work and the satellite TV reception was distinctively dodgy - didn't detract from a most relaxing break.

Beautiful house in breathtaking location! The perfect place to relax and unwind, gazing at the view!

The house took some finding, even the taxi driver struggled. We didn't hire a car, but if you do then hire a small run around, due to very narrow, winding roads. The house was well equipped and comfortable, a real home from home. Views to die for and a compact pool to relax in, we loved the outdoor eating area and the leisurely stroll down to the village centre to eat out or sit and have coffee in the square and people watch. Air conditioning in the bedrooms was perfect, enabling a good nights sleep in comfy beds. There are fans in the kitchen and outdoor area, for when it was really hot, which it was! Lots of places around the house to sit, lots of books to read and well equipped. Pretty, up market area and you can hear the tinkling bells of mountain sheep, donkeys, poultry and dogs! Tennis courts a 10 min walk, lovely outdoor lido for larger pool is about 10 mins away. Great pizzas at the Italian restaurant and they also do takeaway..! The owner is lovely and helpful, we were well looked after. I'd happily recommend this property as it is beautiful with a good location.
